My JBoard Experience Has Blown Me Away

Kommentare: I think being new to this space and despite planning for months before launch, I didn't research the tech in its space and went for the industry OG. All credit to SJB; they are great, but in my opinion, JBoard is better, and I wish I had started here.

Vorteile:

My first impressions of JBoard have blown me away. I moved across from Smart Job Board, and my user experience is far less complicated. The back end is quick and easy to use—very simple. There are some features that SJB doesn't have, and the cost is less, which is always a win. Since joining the support staff, I have been fantastic. The wait time for my daft questions is minimal; I always answer with detail, and nothing is too much trouble. They do go above and beyond.

Nachteile:

I haven't found anything I don't like about JBoard yet, but I am still new to the platform. There are a few features that I wish I had, but the planned new drag-and-drop release will alleviate that and give me more custom opportunities.

Warum JBoard gewählt wurde: I took a demo, and I really liked the ease, feel, and simplicity of using the platform. I took the trial, and I'm hooked.

Gründe für den Wechsel zu JBoard: As I said, the ease of set-up, the simplicity, and the candidate journey feels simple. The demo and onboarding have been superb. Anyone in the team I have asked a question has been fantastic in their help.

Great product and fantastic service / support

Kommentare: The customer service and support is knowledgeable and friendly.

Vorteile:

The product is great; however, it's really the customer service and support that sets JBoard appart. Also, JBoard isn't complacent or stagnant like many of their competitors. They are working aggressively to improve and enhance the product.

Nachteile:

Additional customization capabilities would be nice, but from what I understand, this is coming very soon.

Warum JBoard gewählt wurde: The customer service and support at JobBoard.io is horrible. JobBoard.io's product is antiquated and is rarely (if ever) updated or improved upon. JBoard on the other hand is the opposite.

Gründe für den Wechsel zu JBoard: SmartJobBoard looks to have a modern product; however, when attempting to get a demo, we learned really quick that their service and support was not going to be acceptable.

Kommentare: Overall experience is Good. I think JBoard is very good value for money but needs further development to make it more user friendly especially around expiring jobs.

Vorteile:

Having used JBoard for the last four months we have enjoyed using the job posting feature for clients and being able to provide them with this service.

Nachteile:

Jboard has a funny way of expiring jobs. Instead of selecting a date for job post to end you have to calculate the days required. Very painful at times.

Solid Platform, best Customer Service with Great Potential for Enhanced Flexibility and Analytics

Kommentare: JBoard offers great value for money, with a robust feature set at a competitive price. I also highly value their customer service, which is a significant differentiator from other platforms.

Vorteile:

JBoard is a solid product with an intuitive interface, making it easy to use without needing deep technical expertise. I especially appreciate the clean UI and the speed with which pages load. The API integration and comprehensive documentation have been instrumental in customizing my board's backend, and the auto-importer is a real time-saver. Their customer service is also exceptional—fast, responsive, and always helpful, and was one of the things that made choose them. Integration with Stripe is seamless and has been crucial for monetizing my job board.

Nachteile:

While JBoard is easy to use, I wish there was more flexibility in customizing workflows—especially with the purchasing flow for posts, but I think the new no code launch will address this. Additionally, the dashboard could use improvement. It lacks the ability to track historical data, making it difficult to visualize growth trends over time. It would be extremely helpful to see metrics like job post performance between days, months, or other custom time periods. The tag-adding process is also a bit clunky, requiring manual clicks to add each new tag, which disrupts the workflow.

Best customer service I've ever experienced

Vorteile:

Very easy to use and intuitive. Great monetization and customization options. Their customer service is out of the world which is one of the main reasons I chose Jboard over their competition.

Nachteile:

There's so many options! This is really a good thing but it's bad because I get sucked in :)
