Still a new system but the flexibility and customer service completely way that up. They are completely honest with what they offer right now and are informative about improvements and developments on the way

Kommentare: I am currently learning how to utilize all the features and so far I am very happy with how Hailey can support us in our People & Culture work.
Vorteile:
I like that Hailey is easy to use and has great customer success service! I also like their holistic approach to HR - that they want the product to support the whole employee life cycle.
Nachteile:
As Hailey is a startup, and a product that is being developed all the time, and as I use the product in Finnish, sometimes its translations are not correct - which gives an unprofessional impression.

Vorteile:
I find Haley easy to use. It employs a standard layout and offers extensive customization options. I appreciate the capability to add numerous users with various levels of access to the system. They are receptive to changes, which I like, although it seems they might sometimes take on more than they can handle, potentially affecting consistency. I find it user-friendly and appreciate the robust features for creation. There are many components to explore and develop.
Nachteile:
Hailey lacks a strong talent review process and visualization of such a process. Meaning a Talent review based on theoretical framework to track talent progression over the years. I think you can ad a lo and solutions exist but they don't seem fully thought-out from a users prespective. As the 360 or employee survey the system can not handle all needed admin ones started and utput is only CVS. I lack multimedia content like pictures and videos and offer more granular permissions, like letting a CFO view aggregated data. Automatic data delivery without manual extraction would be beneficial. Integrations payroll systems are there but not working as you would like as end user.

Recurring & Happy Customer!
Vorteile:
This is the second time I opt for Hailey as head of HR in a sustaintech, fast growing company. Ease of use (for HR, People Manager & Employees), all functionality included, no extras. The team is really listening to the customer and continuously developing new features. Highly accessible and knowledgeable customer support!
Nachteile:
Nothing really, there are small things that could improve but so small so I haven't reported them to Hailey and I am sure if there was something bigger or more annoying they would jump on it and make it work.
Worldfavor and Hailey HR
Kommentare: My overall experience is mainly positive. There's a few things here and there that would make it even better, some of the things mentioned above, but my overall experience with Hailey HR is great.
Vorteile:
I like how easy it is to navigate on the platform, it is very user-friendly. I like the fact that Hailey starts small and builds upon the features with the customer's opinions and needs in mind. That way, Hailey will become a platform that is very customer-centric with features really fitting the customer's needs.
Nachteile:
The backside of releasing new features quickly, is that they in the beginning doesn't meet all needs. A few concrete examples: - Surveys. We use Hailey HR for pulse surveys. It allows us to send a questionnaire every month, using the same questions, and thereby get a pulse of the organization. However, it is not automated at all, meaning we have to manually release the pulse survey every month as well as manually remind people that has not responded. Also, even if we use the same questions every time, Hailey doesn't give you an overview of all answers collected throughout the year, instead you have to go into each survey to see the answers for that month in particular. We solve this by uploading the answers on a Notion page, where we gather all responses throughout the year, to get a better understanding how the responses differ from month to month. Other example: The recruitment feature they just released. It is a great feature, great UX/UI, and I have zero doubts that it will become a super valuable feature. However, there's a lot of necessary features missing, such as creating a career page, being able to communicate with the candidates in the platform, things that for instance Teamtailor and Jobylon offers today. But, as mentioned above, starting small and building upon what is needed from the customers, is a great way of building an awesome platform, and I have no doubts that Hailey's way of doing it is the way to go.

Hi Tuva, Releasing small features and then iterating before developing them further can definitely trigger the need for some deeper functionality.
