Nachteile:
Nothing really not to like ! Cooleaf has exceeded my expectation!! I was a bit slow to get on board at the start, especially when you are having a busy day, but now I find it fun, and have made using the app part of my routine.
Getting the Most Out of Cooleaf
Kommentare: I have not tried to solve anything, except by giving my feedback on todays survey.And the Cooleaf is a great tool to get away from the hustle & bustle of work & life for that reason. I hope the kinks get fixed, like life nothing is perfect. I hope this survey helped & keep up the good work!!
Vorteile:
The tool that is most impactful is basically being able to read on the front of the email, before you actual go into the Cooleaf site, to see what the rest of the Post is about.That is why you as the reader can decide to I want to actual go into the site or just read what I see on the email. Saves time!!
Nachteile:
The features that can be improved are: logging in, I saved my password & the system still wants me to put my password in. I made sure I checked off in the Remember Me area, it still does not work. And also for Employee Recognition I found it difficult to look to see who recognized me. There should be a tab you should easily be able to go to, in order to get to that selection. I search & search to look at the comments, I sometimes give up.
Recognition for hard-work
Kommentare: Sometimes Cooleaf is the only place you receive recognition from, and means a bit more, because someone thought to go there to recognize you. So it's nice to have a surprise notification from a peer.
Vorteile:
That anyone can be recognized and can choose their own reward/
Nachteile:
Only certain level employees can distribute points. Allocated points each year for lower ranking employees would give a sense of empowerment for everyone to recognize anyone!
Easy Friendly
Kommentare: Cooleaf has been great when bringing the company together for doing challenges and being able to see each others progress.
Vorteile:
The whole company is involved and it just makes life so much easier.
Nachteile:
I think the most recent changes of updating the clear notifications has made a huge difference.
