## Nutzerbewertungen

### "Gute Bildbearbeitung, trotz kostenpflichtiger Features" — 5.0/5

> **Samantha** | *19. November 2024* | Informationstechnologie & -dienste | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10
>
> **Vorteile**: Super benutzerfreundliches Online-Tool zur Bildbearbeitung und Grafikgestaltung\! Selbst für Anfänger geeignet, die zum ersten Mal so ein Tool nutzen.
>
> **Nachteile**: Viele Bearbeitungswerkzeuge und Vorlagen sind nur in der kostenpflichtigen Version verfügbar, was super schade ist.

### "A Fun and Professional Image Editing Tool" — 5.0/5

> **Maragaret** | *22. Februar 2026* | Kunst & Handwerk | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10
>
> **Vorteile**: It's a great image editing tool that I have used for over 10 years. It's fun and easy to use and it is a great value for the money they now charge. It also has a cheerful and responsive customer service. It's a great tool for graphic designers with all that it offers.
>
> **Nachteile**: About 5 years ago it changed from a free service to a monthly subscription. It has a yearly plan that saves a little money as well. It offers a few of it's tools free.
>
> I love using it. Whenever I take images of people I use it to remove blemishes, add color for poor lighting results and resize images. I also use it to create social media templates.

-----

### "Easy Peasy Banana Squeazy" — 5.0/5

> **Emily** | *3. März 2025* | Grafikdesign | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10
>
> **Vorteile**: Program is drag-and-drop and instantly gratifying.
>
> **Nachteile**: The app has less usability than the desktop version.
>
> This program has everything I need to make every graphic design I need in any size and any format. From online profile icons to trade show banners, this program makes designing easy.

-----

### "PicMonkey review" — 5.0/5

> **Cortney** | *6. August 2026* | Kunst & Handwerk | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10
>
> **Vorteile**: The value for money is great to find and manage photos. The customer service has also been great to work with.
>
> **Nachteile**: The user interface of picmonkey is wonderful and we had an easy time setting it up for our team. We really like it.
>
> I don’t really have any cons for picmonkey. We liked all the different features and were able to utilize the system fully.

### "Horrible Experience - from product not working, to customer service, to transparency in their terms -- overall horrible customer experience" — 1.0/5

> **Verifizierter Rezensent** | *29. Februar 2024* | Buchhaltung | Empfehlungsbewertung: 0.0/10
>
> **Vorteile**: Originally, it seemed easy enough for a non technical novice who just wanted to edit a few pics...offered a free trial so I jumped on it, knowing (or at least being led to believe) I could cancel it before the trial runs out, pretty standard stuff.
>
> **Nachteile**: The one feature I really needed was background removal and editing - I have some specific images I need to be made transparent to overlay onto other images and b/c there was a free trial, I said let me try it. As soon as I went to try it, it wanted me to upgrade to pro but as long as I was in a trial, I said ok, in fact it said, trial ends and gave me a date in early March, so all good. Well, along with removing the background, removed a significant portion of my image. I went and cancelled my trial immediately, 5 min into the trial and see that they already billed me for the full year.
>
> So now I'm working with their robotic customer support which keeps repeating an offer to prorate my charge, and only charge me for one month instead of the full year - one month- you mean 5-10 min of a failed "premium" feature should cost me one a month fee? Instead of them paying me to test their "premium" failed feature, I'm now paying them to beta test their product? WTF?
