Superblog has been super reliable with keeping my blog online without downtime. Not having to update plugins is a huge plus. Pages load quickly and my website has great visibility on search engines. Customer support has been reasonably responsive when I've had questions, even adding multiple features at my request. (Most recently they have added the ability to use images as links to external websites, and they've assured me that within the week they plan to add the ability to host PDFs, something I really missed when I left WordPress.) At this point I plan to keep using Superblog indefinitely. It's super stable and the features are getting better\! > > **Nachteile**: The simpler interface of the Superblog platform has some drawbacks, too. I don't particularly like the new "word processing" interface, where the formatting features are invisible until you highlight text you wish to edit. I prefer a more typical interface (top menu) such as used by Google Docs. The feature list is a bit short, too. For example, I wish there were an easy way to modify justification of text rather than memorizing keyboard shortcuts, and I wish you could adjust line spacing and font sizes. I'd also love to be able to add footnotes. The switch to Superblog 2.0 this past year was traumatic for me, since I was worried what it would do to my blog. I was not informed that there was a preview option before committing to a 2.0 template.
