Nachteile:
Ich rate von diesem Unternehmen ab. Mein Packet kam beim Kunden komplett demoliert an, Inhalt kaputt. Klar ist, dass die von Unternehmen beauftragte Spedition (DPD) daran Schuld war. Kann passieren. Der Inhalt wird ja als versichert angezeigt. Nix da! Statt das Problem mit DPD zu klären, werde ich auf zum Versand verbotene, bzw eingeschränkte Inhalte hinzuweisen, den ich angeblich zugestimmt habe. Wenn man diese Inhalte liest, kann man praktisch nichts verschicken. Der Inhalt ist somit nicht versichert und Packlink Pro zieht sich aus der Sache raus. Eine Abzocke! Seid gewarnt!!!

Vorteile:
It helps find the best deal for when you need the delivery. I was using them on the side while using Amazon FBA. This was for the FBM orders, which were not that many, maybe 10 per week. Always had the best prices and gave different options from 1-day delivery to 7 days delivery. I also used them for sending abroad all over Europe.
Nachteile:
The customer support is not that great when there are problems with the delivery. It all gets sorted in the end, but you have to insist a lot. Not a big issue for me, as I'm used to deal with customer support on a daily basis

Kommentare: We are in need of a partner for E-Commerce delivery. Packlink is the plattdform with the best prices for middle and small companys.
Vorteile:
The pricing is the largest advantage. For small E-Commerce companys, Packlink offers thebest prices. They do not ask monthly fees, and the label costs are very good.
Nachteile:
Missing JTL Intergation, the overview of number if Items should be imroved, customer service says, this in progress.
Appalling customer service and a total inability to tell the truth
Kommentare: Packlink Pro failed to add any shipping details to my parcel. UPS asked them for more details and they failed to reply - so my parcel was returned. Packlink Pro lied at every single step and tried to blame both me and UPS for their failure to attach any paperwork.
Vorteile:
User interface was smooth and easy to use. Unfortunately, none of the information that I typed in was used for my shipment.
Nachteile:
Appalling customer service and a gross level of incompetence.
