The website options I chose came with SSL at no cost. Then as I was going through checkout process I was offered a business website at a great deal and accepted it as well. Except what I didn't realize was that now I would have to pay for SSL since somehow the email subscription trumped the domain and the email didn't come with free SSL. I spent over 2 hours via chat and on the phone with customer service the following day trying to get this fixed since nothing was mentioned to me during the purchase process. They would not budge at all and wouldn't add the SSL for free, even though nothing was ever mentioned about the difference in accepting the business email as well.
