Customer service is among the least helpful of any company that comes to mind. They are basically non-existent, inaccurate and almost laughably incompetent.

Very untrustworthy with money they handle. I have been personally affected by this. They even have the capability to erase your activity history. It happened to me and I lost a lot of money.

Kommentare: Its great for instant cash situations with friends and family and i have purchased bitcoin so thats fun to look at each day with options to sell. trade etc. I do not like ATM fees and its annoying only able to link one outside financial debitcard at a time to fund my cash app.

No fee free ATMs anywhere it seems! Cash App charges 2.50 and the owner of ATMs charge minimum 2.50 as well so i found myself spending hundreds in fees because i needed a 20 here or had to have cash for this right now etc. Horrible fees!

The customer service representatives I spoke with seemed to be reading from a script and were unable or unwilling to provide any real help or assistance. I was put on hold for extended periods of time, transferred from one department to another, and ultimately left feeling like I was getting the runaround. To make matters worse, I am now left waiting for a response from my bank, which I had to contact in order to try and stop any further unauthorized transactions from taking place. This whole situation has been a huge inconvenience and has caused me a great deal of stress and anxiety. I have always been wary of using electronic payment apps like Cash App, and this experience has only served to reinforce my concerns. It's disappointing to see a company that is supposed to make our lives easier and more convenient instead cause so much frustration and hardship. I can only hope that my bank is able to help me recover my stolen funds and that I am able to find a more reliable and secure way to send money in the future.

Direct Deposit Lies

Nachteile:

They claim to pay you up to 2 days in advance for direct deposits, but this is a lie. Sometimes it's 2 days (very rare), sometimes it's 1 day, sometimes it's 3 days AFTER your normal payday. They claim that it has to do with when my depositor makes the deposit, but I've confirmed with the depositor that the deposit is made the same exact time every payday - I've even seen the timestamps. I'm tired of not knowing what day I will be getting paid on so I'm no longer using this app. They lie.
