Maybe it consumes too many resources, the rest is ok
Watchguard EPDR
Kommentare: Good for most of the time. Feel like it is developing in the right direction.
Vorteile:
dashboard in Watchguard Cloud. Zero-trust application
Nachteile:
It is often not enabled after for example updates on som machines. Hard to get them protected again after failure. Total reinstall is often the case. And no clue why it happened. Bloked programs ob the client take a little too lobg time to show upp in cloud console.

Kommentare: Currently, our institution is using Watchguard EPDR. Few points make me disappointed are: agent running on linux operating system cause the login procedure delay in display; The dasdboard or console is often unaccessible; The agent detected some probably windows files; The answer not straight forward from technical support;

Endpoint Security
Kommentare: My experience with Endpoint Security is great. I very intuitive, best CPU player with low consumption and very effective. The threat prevention is wonderful.
Vorteile:
Web based interface, Low CPU consumption, very effective on detecting suspicious threat. Very intuitive, ease to use, user friendly.
Nachteile:
No issues with the product. Is very powerful and have no complaints with the product.

Kommentare: As a small shop MSP/MSSP, without the highly automated EPDR collection of modules and features in WatchGuard Endpoint Security, it would be impossible for me to maintain such a high level of safety, security, and system reliability for my clients—There simply would not be nearly enough hours in a day!
Vorteile:
I am a small shop MSP/MSSP and there is no way that I could safely and securely handle my own business and all of my clients without the Cloud-based automated EPDR and zero-trust capabilities built into such a user-friendly interface. This is why I have used WatchGuard Endpoint Security (formerly Panda Adaptive Defense 360) since 2015.
Nachteile:
For the most part, WatchGuard Endpoint Security's user interface is very similar to the Panda Adaptive Defense 360 product that I have used daily since 2015 but there have been changes (some say improvements) that have been a little challenging to get used to.
