> We were Apryse customers for two years, but the experience was underwhelming. Customer support was minimal — the only time we could reliably speak with someone was right before renewal. We also couldn’t fully adopt the SDK in production due to numerous unhandled edge cases in its PDF editing API, and their team was reluctant to make improvements to address our needs.
