It's a bit cheaper than any other STR platform I've searched. The owners of homes seem more laid back.
Nachteile:
The screenings for repetitive guests who mess things up is almost negligent.
Very Good Alternative to AirBnB
Kommentare: It's been really helpful as an alternative to AirBnB. It also feels like overall there are more reputable places on it.

Has great search features and the ratings system is solid.
Nachteile:
When I would search for a pool it didn't always actually have pool access. Also, it doesn't flow as well as AirBnB i.e. the UX
Don't use VRBO
Kommentare: I was caught in the Global IT outage on July 19th. I live in Colorado and the VRBO we rented was in Atlanta. Due to the flights getting canceled we were unable to fly. We never left the airport in Colorado. United Airlines refund 100% of my money as did Enterprise car rental. VRBO REFUSED TO REFUND ME. Even though we never set foot in Georgia. Had I stayed at a real hotel I would have never had this issue. VRBO stole $700+ and there is nothing I can do to get it back. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. STAY AT A HOTEL WHERE YOU ARE PROTECTED.

It has an easy to use interface and fees are clearly displayed unlike some other websites.

It looks so much like expedia now, you can barely tell them apart.

Kommentare: Overall my experience has been exceptional, I've had amazing vacations using Vrbo. The Vrbo online site as well as the app is easy to use and comes with top-notch features to find the perfect vacation getaway.

Vrbo is a unique platform, it is a great resource for finding entire vacation homes to accommodate families, large groups of friends, or anyone wanting to get away for a while.
Nachteile:
The least thing I like about Vrbo is that there are often hidden or high fees that largely increase the total cost of the booking. This is a hardship in using Vrbo because I usually like to compare pricing and budgets carefully.
