Vorteile:

The ability to integrate with Salesforce and have multiple templates for various project types. When using the templates it's easy to tailor them to our customers needs.

Nachteile:

It's not easy to manage dates. This is true for every project managment tool I've used. It would be nice for dates on specfic tasks to be optional and instead have dates for groups of tasks as milestones.

A one place platform for managing tasks and projects.

Kommentare: Overall it is a good experience which gives the transparency between the users and clients on all the tasks and projects.
It helps in tracking the bandwidth for each and every member in the team and make sure the tasks are completed well within the time.

Vorteile:

Time management, Project management, Track status of all the tasks and projects, direct communication with the clients through chat feature, integration of Jira tickets.

Nachteile:

Cost is on a little higher side compared to other platforms. Customer support does not respond on time and at times when they resolve the query it occurs again after some time.

Kommentare: So far it’s been a mixed experience. The ability to track time has been of great use till now. We still need to use the room to the full potential

Warum Rocketlane gewählt wurde: Needed a better PSA tool to help track time being spent by the team. There was a need to get rid of excel sheets and also eliminate multiple tools.

Amazing Experience with Rocketlane

Kommentare: Good and easy to use and accessibility.

Vorteile:

Its easy to use and accessibility, and provides good platform to capture the divisions of multiple projects and time spent in it.

Nachteile:

Look of the application, it feels very basic.

Fastest growing PSA tool in the entire market, with great features.

Kommentare: Nothing short of "breathtaking". It is one of the fastest growing PSA tools in the market and the speed of execution has been immense.

Vorteile:

The speed of execution at which the product team is shipping new features, every month has been a key takeaway for me on the Rocketlane tool as well as the team at Rocketlane. The team is truly focused on making the customers succeed and gave individual attention to the asks that we had in terms of features.

Nachteile:

Nothing specific except the lack of customer success features. Rocketlane should now focus on building its customer success module wherein, it can become a one-stop shop for all customer success and PSA organizations.

Warum Rocketlane gewählt wurde: We wanted to bring down the number of tools in our tool stacks. In addition, while switching to Rocketlane, we saved a small bit on the costs, as well.

A must have product for Team and Client Management

Kommentare: Very good. I needn't track bunch of folders, spreadsheets and Emails to manage my clients. The team internally collaborates well too. One screen, all solutions.

Vorteile:

Ease to work with different stakeholders, all at one place. Task management and follow ups are transparent.

Nachteile:

I do not have any issues with Rocketlane so far. It addresses all my day-to-day requirements pretty well

An excellent Implementation System

Kommentare: It has been a great learning experience and I am currently working on learning even more!

Vorteile:

Rocketlane allows us to personalize our project environments while tracking our employee's involvement on a granular level. I can also see our team's utilization and make better resourcing decisions based on their availability.

Nachteile:

I wish there were not so many bugs recently, but I will say the customer service is EXCELLENT and any issues I report are always fixed very quickly and with a smile.

What a great tool!

Kommentare: Over all our experience has been wonderful. The team is amazing, responsive, and they listen to feedback. The tool is solving so many of our problems, and is making our process better for both internal and external customers.

Vorteile:

First and foremost, the support, success, engineering, and sales teams are amazing! The team is highly responsive, great problem solvers, and warm and welcoming. The tool itself meets our needs and has greatly reduced our time to value and increased our ROI. We love that we can create sub tasks and sub sub tasks, and dependencies. Finally, the customer view is so helpful!

Nachteile:

Our only concern is that our Salesforce integration needs a bit of work. The concern is not an issue with Rocketlane, it is just the pains of connecting two tools. The Rocketlane team his highly focused on resolving the issue and has been fantastic!

It's very robust and the options can be overwhelming when trying to setup projects.

It's difficult to toggle between 2 different projects, it would have been great if they gave a simple switch option to toggle. The current templates are outdated should have multiple to choose from, whether it's onboarding a client, doing POC, and so on.

Project Onboarding/client onboarding and timesheets

Kommentare: It was very helpfull in terms of onboarding projects and timeline updates, and also clients onboarding on the rocketlane made the weekly updates sending task so easy and the project timelines can be updated, as well as all the update messages to be sent to all the project stakeholders

Vorteile:

The UI is great, and the features that are added are so handy to use, as are the product updates we get.

Nachteile:

There is one thing i observed: when i am using the product on 2 tabs simultaneously, the project updates or changes i made in the first tab don't gets reflected on the second tab and i might end up losing the timesheet data which i have filled out.

It helps me track the time I put on activities and also help me be on toes and work on deadlines. Also I can keep track of tasks that have been assigned to me.

The platform hangs up frequently and it takes time to put on my activities on the platform.

Its a stop solution for client onboarding, the collaboration between parties is pretty high. It also helps in storing all the project collaterals in one place.

Allow an option for the client to add a task.

We use Rocketlane for client onboarding and it is a great tool to handle it efficiently in a proper project management approach. The team behind Rocketlane is extremely helpful, they go above and beyond anytime I have a question and they are very open to feedback.

Nachteile:

There is nothing I can truly say I dislike - there are little details here and there that could be improved for a perfect UX, but nothing major.

Nachteile:

It can be a tad slow sometimes, and I would appreciate some more color in the design.

So far, I haven't noticed any issues. However, if a challenge arises, Rocketlane has a supportive team who is ready to offer solutions.
