Vorteile:

One of the things I immediately appreciated about Floori was its user-friendly design. Even without experience with design software, I found the interface intuitive and easy to navigate. I was able to create impressive visualizations in a surprisingly short amount of time. What stood out was how realistic the renderings looked – the lighting, textures, and overall quality were exceptional. Floori also offered a good level of customization, allowing me to tailor the designs to my specific needs and preferences. The product is customer-friendly and the customer success is responsive to customer feedback.

Nachteile:

However, while the visualization quality was impressive. Having a wider range of options would enhance the creative possibilities. Additionally, while generally smooth, I occasionally encountered minor glitches or delays within the software, which could disrupt the workflow at times.

The support we’ve received has been outstanding, especially from [sensitive content hidden], who consistently goes above and beyond to assist us. Now in our fourth year with Floori, we consider them an essential part of our success and growth.

Nachteile:

None. Best in class. We moved from Roomvo, which by by comparison is a far inferior product, no AR feature and a much more expensive pay per SKU subscription. Floori also has a portal to manage all data.

Floori is the best AR visualizer in the industry

Kommentare: 10/10 The best visualizer on the market and we checked them all out prior.

Vorteile:

The AR function is without a doubt the best feature, Which gives it a clear edge over competitors like Roomvo which we moved away from due to lack of AR and a customer portal. The self-service portal is brilliant for easy onboarding when you have a very large catalog.

Nachteile:

The AR function whilst brilliant does not have the best UX or user-friendly design on mobile, Our customers often miss and do not take advantage of the AR function, when on mobile and given 70% of traffic is mobile it is important as they are not getting the full AR experience.

Effective Tool

Vorteile:

My clients love the ability to see what their floors would look like prior to the work being done. They can make their decisions and choose the options that they want. I have sold many jobs because of this software

Vorteile:

Overall quality of visualization. All the flooring types are supported by the tool (rugs, wall-to-wall, tiles, planks etc.). Much improved AI when using augmented reality.

Nachteile:

The usage and customer behavior analytics tools are missing or very limited, external tools have to be used.

Kommentare: Es agradable, sin duda me gustaría que fuera más responsiva o la inteligencia estuviera bien desarrollada para entornos complejos

Vorteile:

Me gusta el concepto de lograr apreciar tu espacio con un acabado diferente hace que los clientes tengan más confianza de apreciar el producto.

Nachteile:

No es muy responsivo, en espacios algo complejos no proyecta bien el espacio lo cual es un detalle ya que las casas promedio en México suelen tener muchos objetos

Kommentare: It was really good. From the proposal to execution it was really hands-on and precise. I really appreciate all the people we have interacted with especially to [sensitive content hidden] who helped me setting up the flakes and colours on the back end. She really saved me there.

Easy to navigate and access on the back end. Very usual in terms of visualisation.

Nachteile:

I guess the price, we really spent alot but looking at a different perspective, it's annual cost so it's not the bad.

Nachteile:

Não temos problemas, vez ou outra o algoritmo não reconhece um móvel, mas normalmente quando a foto ou vídeo é tirada com câmera 0,5 ou com zoom, no mais a Floori se mostra em constante evolução, pois sempre traz novidades, e resolve com rapidez problemas quando ocorrem.

Visualization Software for Floors and Counters

Kommentare: One of the best things about working with Floori is how responsive they have been when we requested new features and functionality. While the Floori software is primarily designed to be used with flooring, Floori has worked with us to bring this visualization software to our countertop offerings as well.

Vorteile:

Floori does what it is designed to do (product visualization) very well. In fact, we were able to get the tool to work with countertop visualizations as well as floors, which was a huge plus for us. The backend of the Floori software is quite intuitive and easy to find your way around.

Nachteile:

Actually implementing the software on our site was a bit of challenge. We had to manually create buttons/links to instantiate Floori through an iFrame. I would like to see a more "plug and play" implementation to get the Floori functionality implemented on the website.

Lo único que he señalado es la falta de métricas mas precisas en cuanto a uso, tiempo de uso, top de productos vistos, uso por ambiente o uso por fotografía propia, entre otros; que nos pueden dar mas insights en el departamento de marketing

Vorteile:

O software possui uma interface amigável, tanto para o usuário que administra quanto para o cliente final. O sucesso da simulação é dependendo do cadastro correto dos produtos. Um cadastro completo e feito corretamente proporciona uma simulação muito fiel. O software possui parceria com algumas marcas de pisos, e o cadastro do produto já está pronto nesses casos.

Nachteile:

O cadastro em massa de produtos é mais difícil que realizar o cadastro 1 a 1.
