Vorteile:
The chatbot integrates very well with our social messaging application, delivering a proven added value to the customer we worked with. It was also a pleasure to work with the Ori team!
Nachteile:
Some ideas for the future would be looking at a more clicks, less code approach. But I guess that can be said of any technical product :)

On paper everything we needed, customer support was lacking
Kommentare: 4/10. Lots of issues getting setup, no documentation for our developers, not many people who knew how to help us with our issues. Tool itself looked to be good for AB testing, just didn't execute as planned.
