Great tool to automate your prospecting efforts and generate high-quality leads!

Vorteile:

What I like about Waalaxy is that it automates the process of finding and contacting leads, which can be a time-consuming task. Also, setting up our first campaign and starting prospecting immediately is so easy.

Nachteile:

I experience technical issues with some features, but I know they're working on it. So far, so great to use!

Waalaxy: Work Smart not Hard

Kommentare: My experience with Waalaxy is very good. I've been able to introduce new leads to my business (5% hit rate), without sacrificing time or a big investment. Also, I've been able to increase my connections in LinkedIn +30% in only 10 days of using the software.

Vorteile:

What I loved the most, is the time that I can save using this software, and most important, without loosing the "organic" or "real person" approach in the campaigns.

Nachteile:

It was a little hard or not intuitive to start running my campaigns

They are just not there

Kommentare: You can only speak to customer support over chat. I will take a day to get back to you if you are in the US. Overall it was a frustrating experience working with them.

Vorteile:

I love the idea of the multichannel marketing automation platform. They have some good ideas.

Nachteile:

While they have some good ideas, they are poorly executed. Unless what you want to do fits in EXACTLY with what they have - it will not work. Even then, their pre-done templates are suspect. At the end of two weeks, tons of back and forth with their support and multiple campaigns - I did not get a single worthwhile thing to work. Lots of errors were generated. Little information about why those errors ocurred. They spend A LOT of tiem coming up with 'cute' little names for everything. And I mean everything. Look at their job titles on linkedin. 'Chief Pasta Officer'. 'Chief ostrich officer'. The names of the campaigns - 'Pixie Dust from Angels'. It just gets a little silly when the product doesn't work.

Waalaxy makes prospecting super easy

Kommentare: I used this tool for business development and to rapidly increase my Linkedin network with relevant contacts.

Vorteile:

The instant integration into Linkedin is very handy and you can get started right away. Now with the widget integrated into Linkedin it is even easier than having the chrome extension and makes prospecting, managing campaigns and automating super userfriendly.

Nachteile:

I started using Waalaxy when it was just starting (and changing from Prospecting) and initially it was a bit confusing.

A great way to leverage your Linkedin account

Vorteile:

I am using Waalaxy daily, with a couple of automation and, in combo with Sales Navigator, visiting and following people is the easiest way to be noticed, and to grow my network in my niche. There is a great guide to understanding the product, but essentially Waalaxy has a great UI easy to use and understand for newcomers.

Nachteile:

I would like to see the opportunity to build my own LinkedIn automation flow instead of using only templates (actually templates cover almost every use case so this is not a real cons)

Waalaxy is a highly feature-rich LinkedIn automation tool.

Kommentare: The tool does exactly what it advertises. It offers an incredible amount of features for a very reasonable price. If cloud based automation isn't your top priority, then choose Waalaxy without hesitation.
BTW, the Waalaxy team told me that they will be releasing a cloud-based version of the app shortly. That's great news!

Vorteile:

Waalaxy offers numerous automation features, such as automatic profile visits, messaging, connectin requests, email enrichment, and sending cold emails, etc.

Nachteile:

The tool requires you to keep LinkedIn open in a separate tab all the time. Would be great if it were cloud-based.

Marvelous LinkedIn tool

Kommentare: Great experience a super tool.

Vorteile:

I could have never sent request to my aquantances like waalaxy sends, it is a super automation tool in 7 day around 200 people have been added to my profile.

Nachteile:

Could not find any, may be merging lists but I have not tried it yet.

Super stable, no crash, no bugs, no Linkedin blocks (important!)

Kommentare: It helps me to source for leads and import them into CRM, then make prospecting.

Vorteile:

It works very smooth. Easy to install and sync with LI Sales Navigator. Very intuitive interface, just follow tips and do your work. And it could easily extract 2500 Linkedin Search results. You are able to see how are open for job search!

Nachteile:

Nothing at the moment. I mean it! I can't say the price doesn't cover the value.

Easy linkedin prospection and automation

Kommentare: Very pleased to have found such a good deal on a very nicely made platform! I see Waalaxy saving me lots of time and bringing loads of good opportunities for my business.

Vorteile:

How easy it is to navigate, and having easy access to a french speaking support team!

Nachteile:

Even though Waalaxy seems to say that using their software helps as much as possible to stay clear from LI’s ban hammer. I feel a bit paranoid and tend to throttle down on the amount of outreach I plan on doing with it.

Lead gen made easy.

Vorteile:

Funnel mapping is a key feature vs other platforms that make it easy to setup flows.

Nachteile:

There are many competitors, this is one of the most expensive. If ease of use is something you want to pay.

Kommentare: Great for building & expanding your Linkedin network, les great in managing said network. But the best solution out there for start ups and early stage scale-up to connect and grow there business.

Automation from a galaxy far, far away!

My adventure with this french based solution began with ProspectIn - a tool that preceded Waalaxy. In my opinion, Waalaxy, despite a few shortcomings, is a tool definitely more recommendable. In fact, it makes it very easy to create entire campaigns to reach prospects, job candidates, recipients, not only on LinkedIn, but also through cold-mailing. As one of the few tools, it allows you to bypass the limit of about 15 invitations a day for up to 100 invitations sent each day (although I will add that I do not recommend spamming recipients and selling on the first contact). It also allows you to use one Sales Navigator account for multiple LinkedIn accounts - or not use it at all. As a result, you can save on the subscription to the service worth at least 50 euro/month. The tool itself offers multichannel campaigns, where you can meet your prospects not only on LinkedIn, but also with mailing campaigns. Pros: You can send up to 100 invitations and even more messages, visits, or follows a day. Multi-channel marketing - not only LinkedIn, but also email enrichment and cold mailing. Nachteile:

Probably the consequence of the frequent release of new versions are bugs, e.g. campaign actions are performed without time intervals, or in November the tool did not work completely for several days. So far, poor personalization options(name, surname, company). Lack of integration with tools such as Hyperise that allows you to put personalized images / gifs / videos in messages.

Money Making Machine!

Vorteile:

Waalaxy has helped me in reaching out to new prospects every single day. I was able to get out of the LinkedIn Jail and reach out to a minimum of 2000 prospects a month. Within the last 4 months, I have closed more than 8 sales!!!!

Nachteile:

Waalaxy is expensive as compared to other similar tools but it's worth it!!!!

Simple to use, but not as smoothly as expected

Kommentare: Overall it's good, the campaigns do the tasks which it saves me a lot of time. but it bugs sometimes when I imported the lists of prospects onto the software, and when I launch the software (it shows error message). However, the client relation service is good as they always get back to you within the day.

Vorteile:

I like the easiness of the software, anyone can get a hand on it pretty quickly.

Nachteile:

The campaign feature, you cannot easily see the full name list when you click on the campaign as it doesn't display the full name.

Kommentare: the waalaxy it self is easy to use, but overall i really having a hard time to input all thhe candidate in my campaign folder

Waalaxy is very accessible and easy to use. there are just need to improved to have a better service.

Nachteile:

every time I add in my campaigned a prospect candidate, it usually not added. it will remain as in the prospect even though i already save in the added campaigned.

Kommentare: Overall it's fun tu use and watch, I've done one list so far, using one of the simplest workflows, and I see already some results.

easy to use and to create workflows pretty quick to get used to it

Nachteile:

I don't see see any cons. I might say perhaps the lack of page where you could see the history of every contact but I reckon it's probably a feature for paying customers
