Kommentare: My experience with Klarna has been good most of the time, and I find it a pretty convenient way for customers to pay. Notwithstanding, I found some issues to get refunds.

Kommentare: Love it, cant say enough good things about it, team are there to support you whether your a small business or big retailer. We have also worked with them at events which was an amazing opportunity

Integrates perfect with shopify, customer service there 24/7 to assist if any issues, setup was straight forwards when you have the right documents, there team work close with you on boarding.

Decline rate has increased in past year but this i prob down to FCA regulations

Kommentare: Nothing about any of the experience I've had with klarna had been good. Horrible customer service. Who will block you from sending messages to customer service, when you ask to speak to a manager. Which they don't let you speak to a manager. [sensitive content hidden] the employee there was the worst. He was slow, didn't know what he was doing, rude and blocked me from sending any messages to customer service. They say you are a risk and ask you to pay easy more up front rather then 4 equal payments which defeats the purpose of klarna. It is s horrible place to ship with. I spent a lot of money and i will never again, after this experience.

Nothing they are unprofessional and are not helpful at all.
Nachteile:
Everything. Horrible customer service. You can't speak to anyone. When you do they are no help. After pay is way better. They take more money then they should be. Horrible company.
