A great booking solution if you have your own Wordpress website, with some flaws

Kommentare: Great experience but seldomly it has problems with transactions. They can just stop and the client won't know the issue... and neither you will do.

Vorteile:

It is not a subscription based software, which means you just pay once. Also can be personalized with your brand

Nachteile:

To have a fully functional booking system, you will need a LOT of add-ons.

Kommentare: We discovered Booknetic a few months ago when our agency was starting to get attention and rise within the business sphere. It was getting quite tedious to talk through email and spend hours just to see which time suits both the customer and ourselves. It was at this time I started looking for a better solution. Our developer which built our website recommended Booknetic. With a little help from the developer (I may have asked him more than a few questions which he answered with a link to the documentation) we set it up in matter of minutes. After using it for a while, I saw how powerful it truly became.I asked several questions about the prospect before they even contacted us, so we had time to gather information about their business and this little nuance boosted our sales by 1.7xWe also set up calendar sync, so we didn't even need to contact within our team. Everything is perfectly optimized, thanks to Booknetic.

Vorteile:

Booknetic has a very intuitive interface with beautiful visuals. It worked flawlessly for the last 4 months and it has been really easy for the onboarding process for the new employees. We only needed to contact our developer on 2 separate occasions and all of them were solved within minutes.Additionally, the calendar sync feature is ABSOLUTELY priceless. I don't even check the plugin, I just look at my schedule once in the morning and I am set to go. Even if I get any meetings mid day, a friendly Email and WhatsApp message appears in my phone.

Nachteile:

I would love to have a mobile app, it feels like a bit lacking to navigate a WordPress website with my phone.

Actually, we were suffering to find appointment service tool for our service team long time. We were using internal software the name called Dealer Center. Managing all schedules in some non-suitable platform was too complicated for our mechanics. As a Marketing Manager, I researched to find this to make it easier for my team. So, I found Booknetic. After using it for a while I became obsessed with that product in a good way. As a first impression, Booknetic made me feel truly was a great tool.

Nachteile:

Maybe they can minimize all features somehow. Sometimes it takes to much time to read all infos and try to understand whats that for.

I really like the design and simplicity. Also, customization is good.

Nachteile:

Emails go to the spam folder. And I have a big problem with time zones. When someone book I see the time in their time zone, I can't fix this so I am switching to another plugin

Kommentare: I do not recommend this app only because it doesn't work as expected and the customer service won't be there to help you.

Vorteile:

Easy to use and setup. The application is good looking.

Nachteile:

The customer service is not aimed at helping people. My outlook plugin and the language don't work as expected (ex.: appointment in outlook at 10a.m. appears at 2p.m. in Booknetic, which renders the plugin useless and my client are French, my Wordpress is French, but Booknetic is English) and the technical support don't help me. They say they will help me but they don't.

What decided our purchase was definitely the support for WooCommerce, which provides access to an incredible amount of payment gateways. Many apps rely on Stripe and Paypal, but with WooCommerce’s rich range of payment options, we get the opportunity to offer more local variants.

Nachteile:

All menus make it a little difficult to navigate at first. Once set up properly, it works really well.

I experienced scheduling in just a few clicks which makes it easy to follow up with partners after networking events. With all potential times available on Booknetic, scheduling is no longer a pain point.

I cannot change the US flag and prefix default on phone number.Also I need to have booking for building automation programming. The customer does not know, how many hours to book. So It would be great, if they could subscribe for however many hours needed -> Book diagnostic plus subscribe to repairs after diagnostic with hourly rate of certain kind, transport to site for x kilometers and deadline of y date, with overhours and night work with multiplier z allowed. That would be a dream...

Kommentare: Overall experience with Booknetic is good first it comes with a minimal amount which is quite impressive second thing it is very easily manageable and easy to use. It has a lot of integration applications such as a Google calendar that lets help you to manage your booking, and appointments more conveniently.

Vorteile:

The best thing I like about Booknetic is as it is easily customizable. I can customize it at any time as per my need and requirement. Also, there is a widget window through which I can book multiple appointments simultaneously, which is quite time-saving. Other than that it is not so expensive so overall this is a very good plugin for WordPress websites to book appointments.

Nachteile:

Everything is good with Booknetic except one thing it does not have its own stand-alone software. It only works with WordPress websites. This means if someone wants to use it and they don't have a WordPress website it might be seen as a limitation of it.

Vorteile:

I was looking for at new booking system. I checked other systems, but I think Booknetic is a very clean and easy-to-use system. And I needed to translate the language and this is made very easy in the Admin at Booknetic.I have used the support a few time and I got at very nice support and answer to my questions. Thanks a lot to the support.

Nachteile:

I do not have a lot to say, but I have problems by sending SMS without the "US phoneno." to my customer in Europe and instead using a 9 digits brand name. My friend are able to program this feature and he had had contact to Booknetic and they said this feature will be implemented in the near future. Thank you.

Robust tool for appointment booking and scheduling

Vorteile:

Booknetic sorts out appointment scheduling help businesses to efficiently manage bookings. UI is very clean allowing easy navigation and booking. With its customization option, I can change the colours and design according to business brand guidelines. Its analytic tool gives me easy access to the numbers so that i can track my progress.

Nachteile:

While it has customization options but still it may not be sufficient for all the organization. Although it provides almost all the basic requirements that are required in an appointment booking software still there are some limitations in terms of specific business requirements or industry-specific features. Integration with the existing platform is also a challenge.
