LOVING 90.io - Highly Recommended for EOS
Kommentare: Love it overall. Again, making weekly use, particularly in 1:1's set up would make it remarkable.
Vorteile:
1. Easy to add and remove employees and teams. 2. Makes meetings flow in a consistent manner and usable with and across multiple teams. Allows for efficiencies. 3. VERY crucial and easy to set up our annual, quarterly, and weekly metrics and be able to drive them consistently and clearly. 4. The search and help functions take you very quickly to helpful articles and answers and the greater 90.io community.
Nachteile:
Currently, the product focuses on annual and quarterly candences and it is VERY challenging and not intuitive to set up WEEKLY 1:1's. Making this easier would allow to for 1:1s inside of 90.io and thereby being able to leverage the data and metrics and goals and to-dos entered into 90.io and make it more accessible to leverage the annual and quarterly reviews, meetings, etc.

Kommentare: I would consider 90.io a company that cares about their customers. I want to do what we can at JSE to help them improve the software and get it where we need it. I wish the software would align with MSFT Teams
Vorteile:
The support at 90.io is very helpful and willing to jump on a call and discuss challenges with the software. I feel like they want to hear feedback so that they can fix or implement new code to make the software even better. I used to use Bloomgrowth and they did not care about feedback very much. This is why I switched to 90.io
Nachteile:
I feel there remains some key programming to make the software fully capable of doing what a company needs from a software platform such as this. I feel 90.io is charging for a software that is picture perfect. However there remains some snags and improvements that need to be figured out. Good news is they have a team that listens and wants to help my company be a great success using the 90.io platform

I really have to force myself to find something. There have been a few times that I have assumed that updates would auto save, because Save button was not located intuitively (for me) and because on other screens, changes *did* auto-save. I consider it a training issue. But usability-wise, it might be useful feedback.

Serious about EOS? Avoid this software.
Kommentare: EOS is a fantastic operating system, but unfortunately Nintey.io has chosen a business model that makes it impossible to correctly implement EOS for the entire company unless your entire company is on email and can be a paid user.
Vorteile:
The software is easy to access using a browser, and is always available without interruption.
Nachteile:
In my manufacturing company, 90% of the team are line workers who do not have access to email, and therefore will be unable to properly participate in their L10's due to a simple development decision that prohibits non paid users from being assigned scorecard numbers or rocks. This is a really big disappointment, and since Nintey.io is forcing my company to choose between running EOS properly, or using their software, it's not a difficult decision to drop Nintey.io.
I Use Ninety Every Day!
Kommentare: My experience overall has been really great! When I need assistance the team is always really helpful and quick with responding. The results are typically exactly what I need and the follow up is always appreciated.
Vorteile:
Ninety is a great platform and my team uses it every single day. We utilize this to track to-do's, quarterly projects, facilitate our team meetings, and run performance reviews. The program is really easy to use once you learn it and it's a great way to ensure my team is always on the same page.
Nachteile:
Some of the buttons and functions are a little glitchy or touchy at times. Like you have to click EXACTLY on the specific pixel to get into the text box or select an option. If you miss that pixel, the site assumes you're not trying to click into that textbox/button and resets the form. If we can expand that click zone to register the area slightly around the exact pixels, that would be AMAZING! Also, if we can give users with the site admin permissions the ability to delete Quarterly Conversations and Annual Reviews. Or at least allow the user who created the reviews to delete them, that'd be great. I am the one in my company who creates all the reviews and if I have to edit or remove those, I have to reach out to the support team. These are just some development fixes that I am sure they could implement relatively easily and it would improve the overall experience.
