Vorteile:

One the first on the market to offer an easy way to grow when not understanding about funnels and technology. Marketing companies charge a lot to do this and Upviral gives massive support and easy plug ins to do it yourself .

Nachteile:

Nothing .. I just needed to use Upviral more and will be using more.

Buggy. Avoid. Response rate very slow.

Kommentare: Their customer service is slow. I'm in the UK and would wait almost 48 hours for a reply. Their working hours rarely crossed with mine.
I eventually gave up and cancelled having never run a contest.
They wouldn't refund me the amount after 30 days ( the total was about 45) because that was beyond their terms.
They were unwilling to acknowledge that, had their customer service been better, it wouldn't have taken 45 days to try and get it to work.

Vorteile:

I liked the options to earn points through different methods.

Nachteile:

It never worked properly. It's really buggy. By the end it kept just popping up across the site...only established this when I got colleagues to test it out.

Powerful, Unique, and Very Flexible

Kommentare: UpViral is an extremely well though out platform. It is very user friendly, support is very helpful, and the user-base and community is significant and active, which means that there is always useful help/suggestions on hand.

Vorteile:

UpViral solves a unique Use-Case for my business. I needed more of a Reward Program implemented rather than a pure viral marketing campaign. I either bought or subscribed to a number of other products, but they all didn't quite solve my need. Although UpViral isn't exactly designed for my use-case, with a bit of creative thinking (and some personalised help from support), I was able to create a reward program campaign that fits my need almost exactly. The reason I could do this (and where the other platforms failed) is because of the flexibility and customisation built into UpViral.

Nachteile:

My exact use-case wasn't quite in the realm of the UpViral platform. It took a bit of creative thinking and trial-and-error to get the platform to work the way I needed my Reward Program to function. It wasn't an "out of the box" solution. I needed to lean on UpViral support to help me achieve my goal. In many ways this is also testament to UpViral's strength and flexibility.

I love UpViral

Terrible Customer Service

Kommentare: Their widget is OK, kind of convoluted to use, but the customer service is really bad. I was having issues with logging into the account and the widget was broken for over a month. I got locked out of the account even though they charged me for a whole year and after two people no one is able to help me resolve my issue. I'm trying to cancel the platform, but not even sure if I can because I'm locked out of my account even after doing multiple password resets. It's gotten to the point where they say my e-mail doesn't exist in their database. Just a mess.

Vorteile:

It was helpful to get people to share your content, but it depends on the type of industry you are in. Probably doesn't work for B2B.

Nachteile:

Bad customer service. Hard to get a hold of people.

It Pays For Itself!

Vorteile:

It doing what it does is impactful. Very easy to implement into my business.

Nachteile:

Not that I can think of right now. Universal capture looks like a game changer.

Best tool for viral lead generation

Vorteile:

Ease of set up of a campaign (we use it to drive paid traffic from tiktok, facebook)

Nachteile:

Countdown timer with redirect (but I hope they will implement it)

Happy with the contest program & customer support

Kommentare: Generally speaking I like the testing and experience that Upviral is offering. The ideas and frameworks are good, but as with anything, it will all still require your own hard work to implement and execute a successful campaign.

Vorteile:

I liked the promise of the product. UpViral appears to be an experienced and reputable organisation with clear insights of how to leverage opportunities. I had purchased a one time offer for the 'Contest' program and found the information helpful.

Nachteile:

Initially I had some issues with the subscription service. I didn't notice/realise that I was subscribing to a service (That I didn't need), however I cancelled the subscription and the great news is that I received good support and a refund.

Referrals are a businesses best friend

Vorteile:

As a software developer myself... I understand the amount of time that has gone into UpViral's creation and constant enhancements. The UpViral team is stable, not fly by night rubbish software... they are clearly in it for the long haul. There is nothing WORSE that buying a product and 6 months or a year of implementation later... that company, that time invested and effort has disappeared!

Nachteile:

Every product can be improved and over my years with UpViral -- I've watched the steady progression. Anyone getting in now, has the benefit of all those years of improvements.

UpViral Works Better Than Expected

Kommentare: I was surprised at how well the campaign worked from low cost Facebook ads to a relatively high conversion rate on the landing page. Once I had a single campaign running, I immediately sold 3 more by showing the stats of the one that was running.

Vorteile:

Easy to setup and the software tracking works as advertised.

Nachteile:

Not connected with Go High Level CRM yet.

UpViral is a great tool for growing your list and sparking a little interest in your followers.

Kommentare: UpViral delivers top to bottom. Not only is the product good, but they are dedicated to their product and customers in the form of continually upgrading it. Support is prompt, reliable, and professional. UpViral covers all of the bases. It is what you should expect from a company and its product/service. But just like getting a fair picture and the truth in reporting the news, oddly enough, good companies like UpViral seem to be rare as time passes.

Vorteile:

The software is well organized. The instruction guide is clear and to the point.

Nachteile:

In fairness, I cannot find fault with the product or company. They deliver on product, and they are there to support you.

Best Value For Your Money

Kommentare: I am using Upviral to grow my email list in order to have the right audience to market my product to. I am impressed with the high value of the product when compared to the competition

I am very impressed that I, as a newbie, was able to set up my campaign in less than 30days. I am fascinated with the “Share” page to further grow my email list. I was able to easily integrate my campaign with my email autoresponder The platform is easy to navigate. The training videos are short and easy to follow. And if you need help, there is one on one customer support.

Nachteile:

Integrating my campaign with my autoresponder was difficult. The instructions were not clear as to how to handle autoresponders that were not listed.

Use UpViral for building massive email lists or social followings.

Kommentare: Overall, I love UpViral and would highly recommend to anyone building an email list, SMS list or social following.

Vorteile:

UpViral makes it easy to launch any product or service, "virally." All the tools you need to incentivize referrals and generate a massive amount of leads are built-in.

Nachteile:

The landing page designer is clunky and pretty near useless.

Great product!

Kommentare: I've used it over the years for several different contests. Now I rely on it for a big annual launch of a single product.

Vorteile:

Collects leads on auto pilot. People love contests!

Nachteile:

You have to know what your offer is and it has to align with the contest. Otherwise, the leads won't convert. But I guess that could also be seen as a pro.

UP Viral First Competition

Kommentare: So far so good. The first campaign we made some small errors, but quickly reached nearly 1000 targeted leads. Still have 2 weeks of the promo to go and have spent 45 mins with an UpViral guru who just coached us on ways to take things to a much higher level.

Vorteile:

The process of setup is fantastic and user-friendly. Once you have planned your marketing design and implementation then it really is just a matter of filling in the gaps that UpViral sets for you to do.

Nachteile:

If there is an issue it is whether you are capable of good design work on your project. You can always outsource this aspect to ensure your project has a great visual impact.

A Better Way To Build A Bigger List

Kommentare: Lead cost. when we are able to get an additional lead for every 20% of the leads we pay for through paid ads, it knocks a significant off the cost per lead

Vorteile:

I like the ease of the setup and integration with tools that I use like Clickfunnels to run give away campaigns

Nachteile:

There aren't really things that I dislike about the software

We tried every 'contest' software available, but UpViral is hands down the easiest to implement, and gives us the integrations and reporting we need to keep improving our promotions.

Nachteile:

Originally, the design options were limited, so it was difficult getting the landing pages to fit with the brands we were promoting. But the product team is continually improving the software, and the drawbacks are so minor considering the results we are getting!

Excellence in Support

I am writing about the Support, in this Review. The software itself is excellent, but from time to time, everyone needs assistance. Many organisations are lacking, when it comes to support. However, my experience with UpViral is that their support is very quick and always helpful.

Nachteile:

No problems. It's quite easy to use, and the explainer / training material is very good.

UpViral is great solution

Nachteile:

No Chinese translation, I am Taiwanese It's better to have Chinese.
