Kommentare: Upviral gives us the possibilty to lower the costs per lead a lot and build communities a lot faster. 99% of the viral processes is fully automated. So it also saves us a lot of time. For beginners there are a lot of tutorials. For advanced users Upviral gives a lot of freedom to customize pages and the rest of the campaign.

Vorteile:

Upviral is one of the tools that we use a lot for our business. We help clients with their projects. Especially those projects in the WEB3 space. With Upviral we can easily build communities and convert them into sales. It lowers the cost per lead a lot.

Nachteile:

There is nothing we don't like about Upviral. It is one of the strategic tools we need a lot for our business. The only thing that I like least is the lack of 3rd party integrations we use a lot. Like Groove. This can be solved with webhooks or HTML forms.

First class software

Kommentare: Love it. I absolutely love Upviral. My email list is growing so much faster with this software.

Vorteile:

I love the way Upviral encourages people to submit their contact details. The software is well maintained and the support is first-class.

Nachteile:

It's a little pricey, however, if you subscribe to their mailing list, you can occasionally get annual deals.

Terrible Customer Service

Kommentare: Their widget is OK, kind of convoluted to use, but the customer service is really bad. I was having issues with logging into the account and the widget was broken for over a month. I got locked out of the account even though they charged me for a whole year and after two people no one is able to help me resolve my issue. I'm trying to cancel the platform, but not even sure if I can because I'm locked out of my account even after doing multiple password resets. It's gotten to the point where they say my e-mail doesn't exist in their database. Just a mess.

Vorteile:

It was helpful to get people to share your content, but it depends on the type of industry you are in. Probably doesn't work for B2B.

Nachteile:

Bad customer service. Hard to get a hold of people.

One the first on the market to offer an easy way to grow when not understanding about funnels and technology. Marketing companies charge a lot to do this and Upviral gives massive support and easy plug ins to do it yourself .

Nachteile:

Nothing .. I just needed to use Upviral more and will be using more.
