Feedback on the use of Glasscubes in Project Management

Vorteile:

It creates a common platform for everyone involved in the project to keep track of documentation from all three African universities involved in the project.

Nachteile:

Understanding how to navigate your way was not necessarily instinctive at first.

Review of the system/product after 7 years of usage

Kommentare: Good product, 100% reliability and resilience in my experience and can't recall any downtime except for planned overnight downtime that did not interfere with our operation

Vorteile:

This is an honest & genuine review after many years of experience with the system/product & I would highly recommend it. I have been using & administering the system for over 7 years and have not had any glitches or downtime at all. The responses to queries and issues from the team is rapid and problems are resolved quickly. They are also open to additional features and development.

Nachteile:

We have had to come to an understanding with the finance people of GlassCubes that in NHS we take a while to pay our invoices and sometimes can't react quick enough to pay them due to internal processes

Glasscubes is safe, effective, user friendly and accessible. All of our clients are happy with the service, and some have asked to join our network as they prefer it to their own document management service.

Nachteile:

There is no issues that I have come across so far, everything runs smoothly.

There are many different areas on the Glasscubes page which are not intuitive and take some time to understand.

Increased efficiency and visibility

Vorteile:

Glasscubes has provided our team with a tool that has increased the quality and efficiency of our information requests to clients. It has enabled both ourselves and clients to have an organised, up to date and clear list outstanding items. It really works for our audit department and ensures the whole team has visibility on the progress of the requests.

Nachteile:

I do not consider there to be any cons with Glasscubes as such. Any user issues I have incurred were well supported by the team and recent updates have really increased the the functionality.

Glasscubes is very easy to use and is a good way of sending info safely.

It should be easier to do certain tasks, i.e in less clicks than is currently needed.

Great device and utilise it with many of my clients. [sensitive content hidden] especially is very quick to respond to any queries and provides great explanations. Ease of upload and collaboration with clients.

Nachteile:

Glass cubes can have some small issues in relation to delegating task not marked as complete.

So Easy to Use

Kommentare: Makes my day to day job incredibly easy.

Vorteile:

I love how easy the portal is to use, in terms of uploading and how you can create password protected links to share with clients, and the team are fantastic.

Nachteile:

The searching tool is a little tricky to use at times, luckily I know where everything is.

Ease of use, user-friendly interface, ability to store multiple files.

Nachteile:

Nothing. I have not found any faults with Glasscubes since I began using it 6 months ago.

Kommentare: My overall experience with glass cubes is very smooth as I do not need to remind client manually to forward the information. The burden of work on deadline dates now reduced.

There is nothing that I can say to date i do not liked.

Easy to use, very streamlined service. Ease of use of recipients of files is also a strong factor.

Nachteile:

Nothing comes to mind - has everything you require from a service such as this

Great for managing a high number of queries/documents

Vorteile:

Being able to reply to each specific request and go back with queries

Nachteile:

The delegating process is confusing and means the tick button doesn't work. You also can't edit a request after you post or bulk upload after the initial upload

Great for my purposes

Kommentare: I've found using Glasscubes very easy for my purposes.

Vorteile:

Ease of use, security, and functionality for working with my team.

Nachteile:

The 2FA is useful but a bit complex. The UI can feel a bit old-fashioned.

In house marketing production, made simpler.

Kommentare: The problem of solving a one stop shop for each specific job/campaign and associated assets for a wider marketing team. Glasscubes worked well for us. It was important that the right people could see the right task and files for the right brief.

Vorteile:

Ease of use across multi-channel marketing teams. One simple place to manage and track campaign work.

Nachteile:

The missing function would be for there to be an option where you can choose to download all files from a job rather than having to download them individually.

Glasscubes is one our most powerful tools

Kommentare: Using glass cubes has been a game changer, managing development updates, integrating system operating processes and managing teams has enabled our company to provide capability and credibility across all departments

It facilitates our ability manage projects. Keep accurate records and provides the platform for our quality management system.

Nachteile:

It take a little while to learn how to get the best out of the platform, we have not experienced any functional issues, the platform is stable and I do not believe any of our team have a least like. every person has now found a benefit in using Glasscubes!

Glasscubes for financial audit query lists

Vorteile:

The firm I work for recently started using Glasscubes for financial audit query lists. So far I have found the experience to be very positive - the website is easy to navigate and use, and clients seem to have no trouble registering or entering their responses. I have also contacted the customer support via their online chat and they quickly came back to me with a detailed response. (Views are my own and do not represent those of my employer.)

Nachteile:

It seems to ask for One-Time-Password verification on login quite frequently even when logging in from the same location on the same PC. (Views are my own and do not represent those of my employer.)

Staying organised with GlassCubes

Kommentare: A little daunting at first because of it's scale, we've been using GC for a couple of years now and it's a really powerful and helpful business tool.

Vorteile:

Love how GlassCubes helps to organise resources, chats and different working groups, no matter how large our community gets.

Nachteile:

Finding the right levels for personal notifications is very fiddly. And the lack of direct chat functionality is also quite restrictive meaning we sometimes have to take conversations out of GlassCubes when we'd ideally like to keep them in.

Great way to collaborate in project.

Vorteile:

Easy for multiple people to collaborate in a project. Documents are stored and handled easily.

Nachteile:

Navigation between different spaces is a bit tricky.

Glasscubes for due diligence information requests

Vorteile:

Clients upload responses and information to specific points on the platform which is great as clients can answer points piecemeal and it means I'm not having to trawl through lots of emails, which would be the alternative. The platform is user friendly and so far my clients have no complaints.

Nachteile:

The only thing I can think I would like to see improved is the ability to separate your information request into sections with headings.
