Kommentare: Our overall experience is very good. We went from a PMS of our own design, which had suited our needs for a few years. As we grew we needed an external partner that could deliver a more robust system with all the features we needed. Res:harmonics is that partner. Their system have, for instance, allowed us to automate large parts of our invoicing process, allowed us to integrate with an external channel manager and increase sales, allowed us to handle more properties than we could with our old system. There are more benefits than that but these are some of them.
Vorteile:
Res.harmonics delivers the full package for our needs: (1) a system that has most of the functions we need from a PMS (property management, booking management, maintenance management, channel management, statistics and reports), (2) integrations with other systems that we use such as financial management systems, (3) great customer service and (4) resources and willingness to customize and develop the system.
Nachteile:
There are always areas of improvement in all systems and companies, Res: harmonics is no exception. However, they are continuously improving both their system and they way they are working with their customers. New updates are continuously rolled out with both bug fixes and new features.

RES Harmonics Really Does Have It All!
Kommentare: I can truly say we have had a fantastic experience with RES, being new to the hospitality industry we researched and demo'd alot of software before committing, RES has ticked all of our boxes and a really big thank you to the support team who are always on hand to help.
Vorteile:
Automation of communications to guests, overall ease of use of system, the housekeeping section is very useful for communicating with the housekeeping team, the support team were fantastic helping us with any questions we had and being new to the hospitality industry we had a lot!
Nachteile:
I've listed as a con but I'm sure there would be a work around for this and that was that our digital door lock system and RES Harmonics didn't integrate which meant we couldn't operate a fully automated service. The report tools could do with some development.
