Kommentare: I would not hesitate to recommend Imagitix to a colleague, especially in an academic situation. Its ease of use, powerful features and great support make it an ideal product for our ticket office needs. Thank you Imagitix.

Vorteile: What a difference Imagitix has made in our ticket office! As the manager of a college ticket office, I have an ever-changing student staff and very limited time in which to train them. The system is so intuitive and easy to use that new employees need very little time to go from trainee to ticket seller. As one of my staff said about Imagitix, "the way it sells tickets just makes sense." I truly appreciate the fact that the system is so portable. On a college campus, events occur in many different places. With Imagitix I can simply take my laptop and printers and start selling with minimal set-up. The powerful reporting function and patron management system makes it possible for me to have all of the information I need to make strategic and marketing decisions. Finally, the support provided is prompt and skillfully handled. I have never had to wait more than a single day to get a response from the support team, and usually that response comes within hours.

Nachteile: I have three suggestions for improvements. First, my patrons would love to have a select-your-own-seat option when purchasing online. Second, my ticket sellers would love to be able to see how many seats have been sold and how many remain from the sales screen - no details, just raw numbers. Finally, I wish I could apply specific discounts to specific shows or specific patron types online. None of these issues give us significant problems with the program, but these improvements would make our jobs much easier.

"New Jewish Theatre Saint Louis"

Kommentare: We've just completed our first season with Imagitix and are very happy with its performance. Imagitix is incredibly fast and easy. I am able to train box office assistants in just minutes . The support team is very responsive and has worked with us to meet our reporting needs. We are especially pleased with the integration of the online ticketing program into our website.

"Making the simple as complicated as ever"

Kommentare: Overall I would describe my experience with Diamond Ticketing as an absolute waste of time. Do not be fooled, what they offer on their website and what they offer in real life are not at all the same.

Vorteile: Quite honestly, I am struggling to find any positives at all.

Nachteile: Somehow this software manages to be incredibly complicated while achieving absolutely nothing at all. For instance, I cannot reorganized my reports within the reports. You know, typically when you run a chart you can easily change how it is organized (date, time, descending alphabetical, etc) you cannot do this with Diamond Ticketing reports, you have to run an entirely different report that doesn't have all the info that you need. Customer service is poor at best. Their go-to for any questions or tech problems is that they need to re-schedule one-on-one training for approx three days out. That's right folks, in this day and age it is REQUIRED by this company that they personally train you on the software because it is too complicated to use on your own.
