Kommentare: Overall very positive so far. I have recommended many of my peers check it out. I am happy. I'd rather pay $60 or so per month now and feel safe with it, than fall into Hubspot's $20 per month trap which quickly becomes $800 per month once you're hooked.
Vorteile:
I first switched just to avoid the outrageous pricing structure of Hubspot, but I soon fell in love with the simplicity of the design and how configurable it is compared to Hubspot and others. More recently I've been using the AI research agent that they've added and I find it extremely valuable. I guess this is a glimpse of where they are going with this product in the future. I also really like the Chrome extension and use it a ton.
Nachteile:
Just a few niggles in user experience, sometimes buttons and options are not quite where you expect them to be, but I think they are ironing these wrinkles out as the product matures. No biggy.

What I love most about Attio is how flexible the tool is.
Nachteile:
Even though they are very clear they are not a sales or an email automation tool, I wish there were were a couple more email features available. You can always integrate with another tool too.

Vorteile:
I really like the focus on automating things, less admin for sales.
Nachteile:
2 things, first that you can't see activity history within a deal. It would be great to at least see the emails with associated people. Second that you don't have "Add company" when on companies records etc, clicking quick action and searching "Add c" is a bit too many clicks to get there.
