Very user friendly! I've worked in several different ATS and this has been the easiest one yet!

Vorteile:

It's very easy to use and is step-by-step throughout the entire process. Their customer service is very helpful and accommodates most all requests we have asked for. I love the email templates with mail merge features, the flags we are able to customize, and that you can trigger automatic emails throughout the stages.

Nachteile:

I wish it was easier to add pictures, embed videos, links, etc. It's also not user friendly on the reporting side. I'd like to be able to have more functionality to pull different reports. For example, I would like to have a report for jobs that we are still currently recruiting for (still actively trying to find a candidate). I don't necessarily want to see all "open" jobs because in ApplicantStack, they remain open until the job is "closed/filled". I do not want to see jobs that have a candidate that has already accepted an offer and is in the background or pending start stage. Unfortunately for now, it's a manual process of my recruiters reviewing over their "active recruiting" jobs and sending me weekly update reports by email. We are also still working out the ability to integrate with ADP (our HRIS system).

Kommentare: I've had the pleasure of using ApplicantStack across multiple employers, and it has consistently proven to be an invaluable tool in streamlining our recruitment process. The platform's integration with job boards like Indeed, Google Jobs, and Glassdoor is seamless, allowing me to manage both internal and external job postings with just a few clicks which has significantly reduced the time I spend on administrative tasks. The use of templates in ApplicantStack ensures that candidates receive consistent communication and are kept informed about the status of their applications PLUS it saves me the time of writing the same communications over and over. This feature has garnered positive feedback from many candidates, who appreciate the transparency and efficiency of the process and said this has stood out amongst other employers they've applied to. One of the best features for me is the ability to use screening questions WITH scoring to quickly sort through applications and identify the most qualified candidates with highest scores. This helps me present top candidates to hiring managers quickly and then I continue sorting through the rest. I do personally review all applications so we do not fall into any sticky AI discrimination compliance issues but this allows me to target most qualified candidates first. The platform is also very user-friendly, both for HR professionals and candidates. While we currently don't allow managers direct access to the system due to our size, I can see how this feature would be incredibly useful for larger organizations, further streamlining the hiring process. Plus there are features we don't even use like interview forms, tasks, etc. (which would really come into play if there were more users or spread out geographical locations vs they can just come to my office or vice versa). Additionally, the ability to text candidates directly through the platform—without using my personal phone—has been a game-changer for maintaining work-life balance and ensuring all communication is recorded in the application history. Overall, ApplicantStack has been a fantastic tool, with excellent customer support whenever needed. If I HAD to come up with a negative (and it's really not), it is that the platform is highly customizable, so the initial setup and configuration can require some trial and error and extra time setting up templates, workflows, etc. However, this is a small price to pay for the ability to tailor the system to fit our exact needs. I highly recommend ApplicantStack for its robust features, ease of use, and cost-effectiveness.

Care To Stay Home

Kommentare: It has been good. I have not spoken to our assigned rep since we signed up so that would have been nice.

Vorteile:

The ability to customize the workflows, checklists, tasks, etc.

Nachteile:

The reporting can be improved. There are limitations to the capability.

I would work there if I could

Kommentare: I think the product is amazing. The features rival those of the more popular systems. I honestly would work there if I could. I have implemented the ATS solution in several places. As an HR leader, you just can beat it!

Vorteile:

The ability to add my own forms and pull in repetitive data like name, address, etc. The onboarding process is seamless.

Nachteile:

It is not a full HRM solution. I wish it would intergrade with, Oracle Cloud, Peoplesoft, Workday, Success Factors, ADP Workforce Now, Namely, etc..

A great applicant tracker with added benefits.

Kommentare: We love that we can place an ad and it post to other boards with a few clicks.

Vorteile:

Keeps an employee's info and documents in one place.

Nachteile:

With multiple profiles you can't see what the other profile is doing so we end up just using one sign-in. It's useless to me to have two sections of hiring and onboarding.

User friendly!

Vorteile:

The system is incredibly easy to use really focuses on the user's experience.

Nachteile:

I wish were more integrations! Equifax, HireTech and Paychex integrations would set the system above all others.

Long Time User

Vorteile:

That it links to my email and I receive a notification as soon as someone has applied.

Nachteile:

It should be easier to move a candidate through the different stages of each job.

User Friendly, Well-Priced, Great Support for this ATS

Kommentare: I find it very user friendly, and we have been clients for over 12 years and we have our entire history of candidature in AS. The cost is very reasonable, IMO.
We only use Recruiting though, so no opinion on the Onboarding module. Support is very responsive and usually has a fix quite quickly for our issues

Vorteile:

Easy to learn, easy to use, easy to modify and configure. We have lots of processes that work well within the AS recruiting module (issuing disciplinary letters, probation review docs, employment confirmation letters)

Nachteile:

Some limitations with graphics and installing or attaching them

Efficient Recruitment Tool with Room for Improvement

Recruiting Tool

Kommentare: I've personally have used Applicant Stack for 10 years. Overall, I am pleased to work with this company.

Vorteile:

ApplicantStack keeps the history of an applicant such as applications submitted, notes emails etc. Texting and email features are so helpful during the recruiting process.

Nachteile:

Finding several applications for 1 person and they are not linked. Ended up being the same person. I had one applicant that had 7 applications. Every time I typed her name in I had to take time to figure out which application I was working off of.

Nothing it is amazing. Only thing I can think of is to advertise for more companies to use this amazing website.

Non-Profit

Kommentare: Great tool for what we use it for - easy enough to find info in the programs we use

I find the Advanced Search option to be not very user friendly

Kommentare: overall good experience 4 stars. The app is easy to use when hiring employees and stores all past employee documents.

Vorteile:

Applicant stack groups the candidates according to the job and have the option to have a knock out question incase they don't qualify. It won't waste anyone's time. It is easy to navigate.

Nachteile:

The app don't group all applicants applications on one profile, it shows as duplicate applications. It is difficult to rehire applicants.

An Amazing ATS!!

Vorteile:

The ease of access was huge with ApplicantStack. From the ATS, to onboarding side, everything was extremely easy to use.

Nachteile:

When posting a job on the job boards, the budget could be higher or lower than the job board itself. If you set your budget at $1000, it was a little confusing to see how far that stretches.

-the organization of each job posting -ability to post to 3rd party sites

-could use evergreens for jobs -some features could be updated

10 Years with ApplicantStack

Kommentare: I have used ApplicantStack for over 10 years. My current company and past company. When there is a glitch the help center tells me there is no issue. It can take weeks for it to be corrected. I have not found a better ATS, but I look forward to future upgrades to make it better.

Vorteile:

easy to add new applicants and resumes. It allows me to set up and add new jobs as needed.

Nachteile:

The information does not always update in the system or the system cannot read the resume.

Performance is adequate

Kommentare: Overall we like the system. Hoping for a few upgrades or automation upgrades

Vorteile:

All applications in one location and all job postings as well. We don’t use the postings as much as review of applicants

Nachteile:

Convoluted web portal People can put in multiple apps. No easy way to quickly eliminate dups. Feel like there should be better / separation between applications and job postings
