Very user friendly! I've worked in several different ATS and this has been the easiest one yet!

Vorteile:

It's very easy to use and is step-by-step throughout the entire process. Their customer service is very helpful and accommodates most all requests we have asked for. I love the email templates with mail merge features, the flags we are able to customize, and that you can trigger automatic emails throughout the stages.

Nachteile:

I wish it was easier to add pictures, embed videos, links, etc. It's also not user friendly on the reporting side. I'd like to be able to have more functionality to pull different reports. For example, I would like to have a report for jobs that we are still currently recruiting for (still actively trying to find a candidate). I don't necessarily want to see all "open" jobs because in ApplicantStack, they remain open until the job is "closed/filled". I do not want to see jobs that have a candidate that has already accepted an offer and is in the background or pending start stage. Unfortunately for now, it's a manual process of my recruiters reviewing over their "active recruiting" jobs and sending me weekly update reports by email. We are also still working out the ability to integrate with ADP (our HRIS system).

Great tool to recruit candidates

Kommentare: What I like the most from using ApplicantStack is that we can post all our jobs in one place and share it with multiple job boards.

Vorteile:

The application for candidates to apply is very user friendly

Nachteile:

Having to pay separate fees to utilize certain job boards

Performance is adequate

Kommentare: Overall we like the system. Hoping for a few upgrades or automation upgrades

Vorteile:

All applications in one location and all job postings as well. We don’t use the postings as much as review of applicants

Nachteile:

Convoluted web portal People can put in multiple apps. No easy way to quickly eliminate dups. Feel like there should be better / separation between applications and job postings

We LOVE Applicant Stack

Kommentare: Helpful and knowledgeable sales and onboarding team who promoted a great and very affordable option.

Vorteile:

Customization and control over the workflow. I also really appreciate the e-sign features and integration with other softwares and systems.

Nachteile:

I would have appreciated another set up/onboarding meeting when getting started, but the system isn't too complicated, and we self-served ultimately.

Great product!

Vorteile:

Ease of posting, cheaper than indeed. I like the way I can add Hiring Managers

Nachteile:

Sometimes it can be hard to tell if the job actually launched.

Applicant Stack

Kommentare: it would have been nice to get proper training on it

Vorteile:

Everything is on it, name, address, contact info

Nachteile:

not user friendly no training on it cannot change status easily cannot put notes easily

You get what you pay for

Kommentare: Not good. Have had some costly occurrences because of lack of timely support and beneficial training.

Vorteile:

It fulfills our basic needs for an ATS.

Nachteile:

The limited integration with Google Calendar, my experience with training and timely support, the continuous issues I've had all-around.

Mostly Pros for Applicant Stack

Kommentare: Overall, I use it often throughout each day and it saves a lot of time processing applicants in the different stages of hiring or DNP, etc. With notes of each applicant stage, it is very important for HR/Hiring/Recruiting purposes.

Vorteile:

The ability to text and email to applicants; the stage advancements; the flexibility of choosing the columns needed for processing an applicant; the menu options; ability to make customized reports; ability to select groupings of details needed for daily activities; usually quick response from tech/customer service issues; ability to notate at each stage set so if needed, relevant notes are available

Nachteile:

Sometimes inaccuracy on monthly/comparison reports due to criteria asked for not being totally collected, so I have to review, compare and redo; slight inconvenience of not being able to permanently select "All jobs" for listings - maybe there's a default I haven't found?

User Friendly, Well-Priced, Great Support for this ATS

Kommentare: I find it very user friendly, and we have been clients for over 12 years and we have our entire history of candidature in AS. The cost is very reasonable, IMO.
We only use Recruiting though, so no opinion on the Onboarding module. Support is very responsive and usually has a fix quite quickly for our issues

Vorteile:

Easy to learn, easy to use, easy to modify and configure. We have lots of processes that work well within the AS recruiting module (issuing disciplinary letters, probation review docs, employment confirmation letters)

Nachteile:

Some limitations with graphics and installing or attaching them

Efficient Recruitment Tool with Room for Improvement

Nachteile:

The only con which is no fault of ApplicantStack. I wish we would have learned more about the onboarding piece when we first entered a relationship.

The ease of finding nurses and their information is what I like the best

The ability to add a nurse (by a recruiter) without their complete information.

AS System Survey

Vorteile:

The app provides a lot of information to the company. I have not heard issues from applicants. I like the connectivity to our personal email.

Nachteile:

The system does have some more common functionality similar to MSWord. Also, the system does not have the ability for users to store their own personal templates. Only company wide templates are stored.

Applicant Stack needs Customer Service Training

Kommentare: Not good overall. They needlessly lost a customer simply by ignoring me. Both in person and customer service ticket.

Vorteile:

The reps spent time walking me through the system and that's where it ended.

Nachteile:

The fact that no one addressed my concerns that my jobs didn't seem to be live. I cancelled and asked for a refund, but don't recall any follow up. They seem very unresponsive and indifferent to their customers.

General Manager

Kommentare: I started using applicant stack 3 years ago and have been very happy with the process

Vorteile:

I like how easy it is to move from one task to the next

Nachteile:

I don't believe it has any cons. I am pretty satisfied with it all

Client Success Manager

Kommentare: I honestly do not like using the product and am happy that we are moving away from it.

Vorteile:

Being able to see all of the jobs was nice

Nachteile:

It is so slow and hard to navigate, there was so much that needed to be set up by an admin, we couldn't run correct reports out

District Heights

Kommentare: Good experience no complaints here. Makes applications easier for me.

Vorteile:

Less paper work to print out and easy tracking of applicants

Nachteile:

Have to wait for a notary to be done. Other than that everything is good

Always ApplicantStack

Vorteile:

The features that are most important in ApplicantStack are Jobs and Candidates. These two features are vital everyday use elements that I need to have during recruitment.

Nachteile:

There isn't anything in particular that I like least about ApplicantStack. Some features I may use more than others but I like them all.

Streamlined Processing for Hiring

Vorteile:

Applicant stack makes it easy to streamline our application process by posting job opportunities for us on multiple sights while integrating the applicants into one place for us to review.

Nachteile:

If I had to pick something I do not like, I would probably say that some of the functions are not super user friendly. Once you have played around with the sight it is easy to learn, but there can be a grace period where you are trying to figure out how everything works.

Kommentare: I am neutral with my overall experience

Vorteile:

- job postings are visible and easy to edit - candidate profiles are easy to edit - the automatic messages are helpful

Nachteile:

- resume inconsistency - salary not displayed on postings - candidates/applications should have a suggested category of where they applied from whether indeed, from company website, etc

Stable site

Kommentare: Reliable! Not overly complicated to use. Support is easy to work with if you have any issues.

Vorteile:

Easy to update, easy to send applications to managers.

Nachteile:

Doesn't work well if you need to Admins

Excellent TA Tool

Kommentare: Easy to use, easy to pass comments on to team

Vorteile:

Much better than Brassring. Easy to use and review and status candidates quickly.

Nachteile:

Nothing it was great. Not a thing I would change.
