Expensify my chaos
Kommentare: Overall it is a great fit for small businesses that use it to scan and save expenses while giving a good reporting tool so you can review your spend. I would recommend it for owner managers or small teams that also have a gestor or just to streamline your administrative accounting or bookkeeping experience. Oh and it integrates with other programs too.
Vorteile:
Ease of use and ability to finally organise my receipts in time for the gestor. I didn’t have to presort them as they are saved and retrievable digitally by category or date or supplier. I liked that I could just email a bunch of receipts off at the same time to Expensify and they would upload all the receipts later ready for me to check and categorise and of course it remembers categories so you can save on time doing that too.
Nachteile:
If anything the time to upload a receipt manually could be improved. I wasn’t sure if I had done it correctly or not the first few times I tried and it sort of felt a bit clunky. This was from my iPhone XR though so not sure if it’s a better experience on android.

We have been using Expensify for a long time and syncing it with different systems, including Workday and Netsuite. Expensify allows us to customize our policies to include custom fields from Netsuite which is a good feature. The approval workflow is straightforward and user-friendly, and the best part is that it doesn't require any training. Approvers can easily review expense reports with receipts attached to expenses. We reviewed other competitors' software and found them either expensive or not up to par. However, Expensify is a true value for money.
Nachteile:
So far no complaints and it serves the purpose.

Very good recognition success rate, once setup very easy to use.
Nachteile:
High learning curve for initial setup for company use. Exporting all data out can be a challenge. Lacks integration with some popular platforms for accounting.
Expensify is expensive
Kommentare: Not very satisfied. We had Expensify for 12 months and then decided to switch to SAP Concur.
Vorteile:
The design of the product itself is not bad.
Nachteile:
Hard to integrate with other systems, not very user friendly and not cheap for what it is.

Kommentare: Loved this product until it went woke. I wish they would just process receipts rather than push agendas.
Vorteile:
We loved this tool. It worked so well for our nonprofit. It integrated well with credit cards and payments.
Nachteile:
Two things completely turned me off of Expensify. THey started integrating DEI into their marketing. I remember coming to the site and they had splashed all over the screen BLM material. I dont need their progressive ideals of BLM or pride shoved at me. Just process receipts. The second thing that turned me off was that I was no longer able to connect with my primary banks.
Perfect expense management tool
Kommentare: The user interface is very intuitive to use and allows me to track and generate expenses with ease and saves me a lot of time.

I like that i can email my expenses and it automatically creates a report. It makes it incredibly simple to submit and track expenses.
Nachteile:
Sometimes scanning takes a bit longer than expected.

I love the fact that it tracks employees business expenses easily. It has a great UI for users like me and it's easy to manage. Am able to submit and approve expense reports especially when my clients are traveling. It offers a self-service setup with dedicated support making my job easier
Nachteile:
Its customer service only favours large companies bt small businesses or self-employed like me we can only receive support through chat or mail. So it is challenging when something complex needs to change
Easy Expense Management System

As an accountant I really appreciate its expense mapping and the way it integrates with NetSuite. I like the workflow, the reports, and the automations that are included to flag any errors!
Nachteile:
I don't have any complaints, I do feel that the use and cost ratio is not supportive for smaller companies but for high volume expenses this is an absolute MUST HAVE.
As a user, it's overall easy to use. Could be easier though.

There do seem to be some areas that require too many steps, in my opinion. For example, if I wanted to mark down that there were others at the dinner table, there are several extra steps that you need to go through.

Expensify makes things easy
Kommentare: Great product! It really makes it nearly impossible to lose receipts or not claim business expenses.
Vorteile:
Expensify makes tracking receipts and sending them to the business office flawless. As long as you take a picture, the rest is easy.
Nachteile:
There’s nothing I don’t like about Expensify. It’s easy. The only suggestion is something it thinks two charges are duplicates when they’re not but Expensify lets you resolve it easily.

Easy to Use Expense Management Software
Kommentare: Our overall experience with Expensify has been very good. Admins, employees, approvers/managers and payroll find it very user friendly and a simplified way of submitting, approving and managing employee expense reimbursements. I would recommend this software for any company looking to streamline their process.
Vorteile:
Expensify is a very user friendly expense management software. It was very easy to set up and add our categories and GLs for each department as well as the manager approval routing for each employee. Our employees find it very easy to submit their eligible work expenses and receipts and it's super easy for our managers to review and approve within seconds. I would highly recommend Expensify for expense reimbursement management software.
Nachteile:
It was a bit confusing at first to figure out how to change the numerical report name to the expense topic/subject, but it is editable as needed.

The ease of use and the mobile app. I love how everything is well designed and how you can get a summarized pdf when the report is closed.

The summarized pdf report could provide better visibility of the receipts. An option to do excel o CSV instead of pdf would be great.
Expensify is a Must Have for Work Travel
Kommentare: Expensify is one of the most efficient ways I have ever managed workplace expenses and reimbursements. As someone who needs to travel often for my job, its a great resource to have.
Vorteile:
Once you get the hang of it, Expensify is very easy to use for travel and other work reimbursements. My favorite part is the mobile app which allows you to snap a photo and submit information related to your purchase in 1-2 minutes right away rather than waiting until you get back to your hotel or back home and hopefully have not lost the receipt.
Nachteile:
For those brand new to Expensify there is a bit of a learning curve with the terminology and workflow processes in the app and web-based version, but after the first couple of uses it becomes quite easy to manage.

What I like most about Expensify is that we can easily document and keep up with expenses at the hospital. We can use this when creating the budget as well.
Nachteile:
There isn't anything that I would change about Expensify at this time. For what we use it for it works great!

Quick & Easy Expense Tracker
Vorteile:
Expensify has made it incredibly easy for my org to track and manage expenses. Once company credit cards are linked, it shows up in in individual profiles with an easy way to code and add receipts in. Managers can review and approve expenses from other staff and the list of built in vendors is long. It's been such an improvement and time saver from the PDF submission we used before.
Nachteile:
At times, there are file size caps on uploads.
