Launching and Running a Medical Aesthetics Practice with Aesthetics Pro

Kommentare: I am extremely pleased with this remarkably comprehensive software - since it helps manage the medical, financial and marketing aspects of the practice. I purchased this software before launching a startup, and Aesthetics Pro has facilitated smooth operation in almost all facets of the practice. The EMR forms and templates have easily edited text and graphics. The side-by-side photo gallery, which can marked, is also simple to use; the staff spends comparatively little time creating comprehensive medical records. Clients can access discharge instructions from the client portal, or we can email them easily if left behind. We will take advantage of online booking and in-application messaging as we grow. But what really separates Aesthetics Pro from other EHRs is the seamless integration of marketing efforts and lead tracking. The increased efficiency (reduced staff time on redundant data entry) using a program that merges marketing software with EHR software. The lead list database in Aesthetics Pro has been crucial to our growth and success – converting a lead to client takes one click. Besides being able to send email blasts within the EMR, we can monitor the effectiveness of of all of our marketing campaigns – from print to digital to meet-and-greets. We’re also now able to track our referring clients, so we know those who like recommending us to others. Aesthetics Pro’s inventory tracking is also invaluable. Highest praise for this well-crafted, robust software.

Nachteile:

The patient's allergies list/profile does not appear in the patient's dashboard, and does not pop up in any way while writing the patients' medical notes. Same for emergency medical contact. The training information comes only video format, so its difficult to look up the answer to specific 'how to' questions after the videos have been viewed. Fortunately, the support staff is extremely prompt responding to both basic and complex queries via an in-application communication system - so these questions are quickly answered. The way the consent and discharge forms are currently structured, we can alter existing forms, but cannot create or add new ones.

Excellent Affordable EMR for MedSpa

Vorteile:

The software is totally customizable to fit anyone’s personal brand colors, logo, pricing systems, scheduling format, membership program, invoicing and accurate tracking of transactions, etc.

Nachteile:

Just a lack of options for integrated payment softwares.

Nachteile:

I had a very disappointing experience with Aesthetics Pro. From the start, their system was not user-friendly, and I encountered numerous issues with my charting. My charts were messy and not in chronological order, making it difficult to keep patient records organized. Accessing consent forms was particularly challenging, as I had to dig through the system just to confirm they were even there. These were only a few of the issues that I encountered. There were many more. I was with Aesthetics Pro for only one month before deciding to leave due to these issues. The transition was horrible—Aesthetics Pro was not helpful, and they created many hurdles for me to terminate my contract. Despite their resistance, I was finally able to end my relationship with them. However, the most concerning issue was their refusal to provide my EMR records once I terminated my contract. Despite federal laws and HIPAA regulations that require a software company to make these records accessible to healthcare providers, Aesthetics Pro informed me they could not fulfill this request. This is a clear violation of federal regulations, and their unwillingness to comply is unacceptable. Overall, Aesthetics Pro was extremely difficult to work with, and I would not recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable and compliant system for managing patient records.

Our Business' Experience with AestheticsPro is 10 out of 10!

Kommentare: Overall our business is very happy with AestheticsPro! We came from using an outdated software that was not cloud based, and the ease of using AP is a tremendous difference for us. AP support is top tier and always prompt and helpful with any issues that come up. We have 3 locations for our business and the new Aurora update has made it easier to customize our settings on each location individually. We have regular check-ins with our account manager [sensitive content hidden] to make sure our business is doing well and letting us know about new features, and Daija is always available for assistance when needed. The new AP app that is available with the Aurora update is great to let us view our schedules anytime on the go, or if our computers are having any issues it's great having the app available for us as a backup.

Vorteile:

What I like most about AestheticsPro is the ease of access. It's easy to access our environment from any computer or mobile device at any time without having to connect to server databases or worry about database updates etc.

Nachteile:

What I like least about AestheticsPro is if I have different locations open on multiple tabs in the same browser, it will glitch having multiple locations open and show you the schedule for just one location on both tabs.

All of the options that are available to make it easier for client to use.

Nachteile:

Freezes up often. I do like the old way of doing invoices before update.

Efficient and User - Friendly Software

Kommentare: Very positive! It has improved daily operations and is highly reliable.

Easy to use and help manage clients and appointments efficiently.

Nachteile:

The only thing I like least is that sometimes it take a bit longer to load certain features, but overall, it works well.

AestheticsPro is Fantastic

Kommentare: I am very pleased with AestheticsPro. Everyone is incredible organized, responsive, helpful, and the EMR is intuitive. I met with 7 different EMR groups and AestheticsPro stood out as the easiest to use, great cost for a small practice like mine, and incredibly good customer service. Not sure I can ask for more.

Nachteile:

erx integration issue. My choices were EazyScript that I had planned on using due to cost and they ended up out of business right when I joined. So, my only option now is MDtoolbox which is pricy to start but good when it comes to monthly thereafter.

Can’t 2 way text this would be a great addition - look at Textline as a model. You could just pass the name and phone number.

Kommentare: I chose AestheticsPro because of the reviews written about how great their customer service is. Their customer service is indeed excellent! The rest is bonus! They continuously improve the software and make updates. The new version Aurora is AMAZING! Now we have a true mobile app and that has been a game changer! I highly recommend AestheticsPro!

1. Customer service it top notch! Just when I thought customer service, let alone excellent customer service, no longer existed. The AestheticsPro team continuously exceeds my expectations! 2. Aurora & the new mobile app is a game changer!

Nachteile:

1. I love AestheticsPro (AP), however, it would be nice if some of the features, for example the client review option, was included in the price or at least be less than it actually cost. AP is not the most expensive, but not the least either. Some competitors include features such as the client reviews in their subscription price. the cost begins to add up and can make it a bit much, especially when starting out as a newer business.

The appointment making and calendar view is user friendly. Navigating the patient chart is easy and understandable.

It's difficult to quickly get support on questions that arise. Updates to the system have made it more difficult for our workflow.

Kommentare: chart and booking it great. Working with worldpro and processing payments is near impossible. 24/7 care is not 24/7

Chart is nice, but uploading pictures is inconvenient and you can not save comparison photos. Scheduling booking online is friendly

Kommentare: Overall, I am pretty happy with the program for what you get and the cost.

Vorteile:

It is user friendly. They are very prompted about answering questions.

Nachteile:

You can't pick and choose what days off you want to have. Your schedule can't be changed very easily as to when you are open, but they do make it where clients can request appts which is nice. You can't edit/delete documents once they are created.

Was patient and kind while working with me, I left the meeting looking forward to working with AestheticsPro in the future. All of my questions are always responded or resolved in a timely manner.

Easy E record, Text marketing, cost effective, very good communication. All of my support tickets have a quick resolution and I do not feel rushed while asking questions to the support team which is really important to me

Aesthetic Pro is very easy to use for both providers and patients. I highly appreciate their support team as they're always prompt in their responses. I highly recommend AestheticPro product!

None. I like Aesthetic Pro product and I do not have any reservations or any regrets in using it.

Not my cup of tea

Kommentare: I stopped using the year-long subscription after 4 months, and I would get a call periodically asking me how I liked the program. I didn't think Aesthetic Pro had my best interests in mind.

Vorteile:

I thought it was aesthetically pleasing to the eye.

Nachteile:

The IT staff made me feel stupid. I ended up using all of the templates that I created. It was cumbersome to use. In the end, I paid someone to use my own templates and since I uploaded them, now anyone can use them.

Kommentare: It’s been very easy to use. I enjoy the features that allow you to upload images and upload your own content for clients to review and sign.

Vorteile:

How easy it is to maneuver. You can really teach yourself just by using the program.

Nachteile:

That it still can use some work done. As far as messaging, contacts clients, not allowing access to remove certain items.

Like all software platforms ...could use some other features...With 20 years of Med-Spa experience we did lots of research before purchasing this program. We found it to be the best one for our needs.
