Kommentare: The biggest advantage is being so easy for staff and NEW staff to learn quickly without training costs that most other software companies do.
Vorteile:
The main grid is so easy to use and easy to train staff. We have asked for changes over the years and all were implemented. You can only get this type of service from a small and personalised supplier.
Nachteile:
Being able to use on a mobile remotely would be wonderful. I am very happy with how it is.

Vorteile:
We have upgraded the software as our business has grown.
Nachteile:
The initial setup took a little time to become oriented with the product but that is the same for any software.
