Overall Really Great!
Kommentare: Envision has been excellent to work with and the customer service is superb. As a start-up company it was pretty simple to get everything set up and going.
Vorteile:
It has bundled most everything needed into one package and is pretty user-friendly.
Nachteile:
The charting aspect still isn't perfect but much better. Also the client images would be nice if you could take the picture in the software that had a grid to help keep pictures consistent.
Honest Feedback
Kommentare: I love our main contact person! Kirsten Kell is amazing and tries to help us in everyway.
Vorteile:
We like that it's an EMR and back office/invoicing system.
Nachteile:
It's complicated to learn and not as intuitive as other EMRs that I have worked with. The marketing side called Rx Marketing got switched to Incredible Marketing. Not sure why.

everything, their support is awful. I switched my bank accounts to which my transactions would be deposited into on July 1, 2024. I received my deposits into the new account with no issues until July 16th, when they put my account on "hold" to "further verify the account". I sent in an entire months' worth of bank statements for the account, they said this was not sufficient since it did not have the routing # on it, I then provided a voided check, this too was not sufficient to them since they said the business name on the check (the company LLC) did not match the patient on my patient now account (which is my DBA) we are not 10 days into this mess with me not receiving a single deposit from them and multiple calls, unanswered emails has not gotten us anywhere

Nachteile:
The help to make the practice run smoothly is lacking. They leave it up to the practice to do it all. There should be a dedicated person that works with the manager to push the practice into using all the features and help them set it all up.

Kommentare: It was miserable...If we fail I will put much of the blame on the people who took advantage of us and mislead us in every possible way...shame on all of you.

I love our website...they did a fantastic job with it

I was assured a bump in new patients...I had months with no calls and no new clients...the onboarding should have been done in person. It was so much in such a short time. I do not do surgery and this EMR was so much more than needed and was not able to be web based which all of my employees needed. The EMR was cumbersome and redundant on so many levels. I was not given all the pieces of what I was paying for without asking several times and then nothing was reimbursed for the many months it was not in effect. My handler finally told me that I needed to also hire a marketing company because they do not do that...and that if I didn't ask to get out of my auto renew 2 months before it renewed I would be stuck for another year. We wasted over $30,000 on a company that promised so much and now we are trying to build our practice on limited funds. I could go on but I feel you get the gist.

VERY SLOW. Reports are not where they need to be either.

Very basic and ot useful for detailed medical charting.
Kommentare: Undesirable. It is not useful for anything other than basic charting.
Vorteile:
I did not find it useful. Poor customer service I am still waiting for a response from customer service after 3 weeks.

Kommentare: Although there were some shortfalls in the expected offerings of the program, the support team really did their best to assist us whenever we called in.
Vorteile:
We appreciate that the EMR, patient records, and messaging being in the same program.
Nachteile:
We wish the marketing worked for us, but it was lacking in the amount of messages that we were permitted to send out. That would've been fine however sales communicated something different in the initial calls.
Patient Now Experience
Kommentare: 5 stars would highly recommend to others and have done that!
Vorteile:
I have used it for years and very easy for new staff to get up to speed! The best part are the people of Patient Now [sensitive content hidden] goes way beyond to assist with setup and the people when you call in for support always spot on and pleasant.
Nachteile:
The patient registration portal our patients don't find it user friendly and unclear many times they create a new account which creates issues for us merging etc.
Process Improvements Needed
Kommentare: It has been ok. Programmers could make improvements to help streamline process's for users.
Vorteile:
Patient info mostly all in one place. Versatile in that you can create reports from a PMS.
Nachteile:
Some workflows need to be improved. Such as adding spell check to txt messaging/document creation. Also, the inability to refer back to a patient record when you are creating a txt or document, can be frustrating because you have to copy and paste and then return back to the txt/document and paste it back. Also, ease of finding where the templates are located is quite difficult because there is no search feature.

Med Spa Experience with PatientNow
Kommentare: PatientNow is the 3rd EMR system I have used since opening my medspa 7 years ago. I've now used PatientNow for nearly 3 years, and it by far the best system i've tried. I feel that it has most everything I need for both my needs and those of my patients. They are continually updating the system and making improvements to the software. I love that they integrate with RxPhoto which makes my charting seamless!

It was a large investment in time and effort in the beginning to create all of my forbs.

Kommentare: Our original practice manager was so helpful in getting us set up and continued to offer personal support to us. Now we use the generic help desk and have not been able to resolve some issues or are told that they may be considered for the next update

PatientNow has EMR, scheduling, inventory, finances, and reports all in one place.

It is not intuitive for how to use, so everything must be taught by support staff.

Great System and Customer Support
Vorteile:
It has everything that we need in one system! Scheduling, EMR, payment processing, record keeping.
Nachteile:
Too many updates and the file is very large for computer space
The Two Sides To Using PatientNow
Vorteile:
I like how everything is in one system. It's easy to check people in and out, schedule, and process payments. With this system, we can now allow for prepurchasing singular items, as it allows us to keep better track of how many sessions are left in someone's package.
Nachteile:
Texts never work. I stated it earlier in the review, but I get them approved, it says in every patient profile that the texts went through when they didn't, and then support tries to tell me I'm wrong or say I'm doing something wrong when I haven't done anything different than they've told me. You also can't use the mass email function if you're using Gmail due to not being able to send more than 500 emails in 24 hours. Not every report matches with each other, and the treatment pathways don't always work. And most annoyingly, support doesn't know what the heck they're doing 90% of the time. I know how to solve more problems on PatientNow than support does, and when I go to them with a big issue, no one know what to do so they say they'll call back with a solution and never do.

that the customer services doesnt always know how to help they always have to reach out to someone else and then i get an answer that isnt helpful.
