Vorteile: This tool made it easy to create a proposal template that I could quickly & easily edit and send to potential clients. Easy to use, nothing too stressful about it.

Nachteile: The graphic design needs an update. The proposals look a little dated, and definitely not in line with the current design standards for digital marketing (my industry). I recently switched to a different tool because of this.

Pays for itself many, many times over!

Vorteile: Once you create your templates and add your parts the first time, you can really polished, professional proposals in 10 minutes.

Vorteile: It made a very professional looking proposal, integration with QuickBooks was good.

Nachteile: It was a major computer hog using SQL server, it was down often, tech support was very good probably the best experience was with tech support, but in the end we were down for 5 weeks and they still wanted our money for renewal. That was the final straw, We now use an electronic proposal program and love it and it is much easier and less money and tracks when the customer signs it and approves it and has e-sign for ease of approvals.

Would not recommend to an AVL integrator. Has too many issues and is not the easy product advertised

Vorteile: "If it were working" the quotes look good and professional. There are two ways to preview a bid, either as a Word document or as a PDF. The tech said not to use the PDF lol. Anyway, if the bugs were fixed this would be an ideal solution for our needs but since we are having so many problems, I would recommend waiting to purchase this.

Nachteile: We have over invested in equipment and man hours to implement this software with a server for two chairs and are months in. The problems still are not resolved and the Tech support is slow to find answers from the developer.

Kommentare: Poor. Cant wait to get rid of it.

Vorteile: The proposals look great with Bidmagic isn't crashing and freezing up.

Nachteile: Horrible support, I've had well over 100 crashes in the last 6 months. They don't respond to support tickets or call you back. Very basic feature like copy and paste for some menus don't work. Sometimes on boot up it takes 10 to 15 minutes before the program even opens. Bidmagic never does maintenance on the logs causing the program to bottle neck and hardly work. We burn 3 times the time it should take to get a proposal done.
