Why you should consider Top Echelon

Kommentare: My overall experience has been wonderful and has made my job of quickly locating candidates in the system very timely and with ease because of how their software is structured. I use it everyday, for every search.

Vorteile:

What I like most about their software is how easy it is to search for candidates, input candidates, communicate with them and clients and how all the information is stored in the system. I also LOVE their help desk. Always responds quickly and with the correct information the first time.

Nachteile:

I feel the search features could be more robust.

Top Echelon recruiting soltions database review

Kommentare: I have been with Top Echelon for 6 years and have never had any issues with it. Took me about a week to really get used to it at first. It may take some people less time since I'm an old man. LOL.

Vorteile:

Very intuitive, fast and easy maneuvering around the database, tagging companies and candidates, the planner and reminders are great as well as the mass email capabilities and tracking emails.

Nachteile:

I can't think of any major negatives for the Top Echelon database

New Platform is Extremely Difficult to Navigate

Kommentare: The only reason I'm still with Big Biller is, despite the awkward, and user unfriendly interface in the new platform, moving to another service is out of the question during this Covid-19 pandemic where business is down 30%. Our bandwidth, as a small company, for non revenue generating projects has to be kept to a minimum. The customer support is great but software layout and design should be intuitive and not require so many calls to support to begin with. I remain hopefully BB will work out the kinks. I pay $15,000 a year for Linkedin Recruiter so money is not the deciding factor, ease of use is. Originally Big Biller had the friendliest customer support and simple layout and that was the deciding factor. Not cost alone

Great customer support and easy to reach by phone or online chat.

Nachteile:

The new version of Big biller has set me back 20 years in my productivity. I actually go out of my way to use Outlook and avoid the new BB cumbersome, user-unfriendly interfacte. The 'running man" (we call him 'burning man' icon offers no clue as to what menu lies underneath. The 'hot list' icon looks like a poop emoji and I had to have someone explain this to me. Too many lengthy menus that open, vanish, disappear, are difficult to find once they are minimized, etc. I'm advanced with computers and can design basic code and find this new platform roll out very dissapointing.

How to Maximize TEN service

Kommentare: I have no way to search for candidates listed from other recruiting companies' jobs.
That is what pinched me on doing porfitable business. I jsut retired from my company but the last 1 1/2 years were tough,

Vorteile:

I learned to hard way that just posting jobs on TEN is only part of the solution. Results from recruiter company initially high but the quality of candidates was low as they just hand the candidate apply to the job and sent to me. Have figured out how to do candidate searches for other recruiters who have posted jobs.

Nachteile:

The searchers for candidates from the other recruiters doesn't work. I can't tell for what the candidates experience is for me jobs and that message I do send never get answered.

Big Biller software review

Kommentare: I appreciate the price for what I consider a better product.

Vorteile:

The ease of use and the price. I also really appreciate all the features and the constant updates.

Nachteile:

I'm used to using folders and files so the data input is what I like least but you need to do that with any software.

Recommend the Software

Kommentare: I have been using Top Echelon for over 10 years and appreciate all the hard work the developers put into the software and gearing it toward small recruiting agencies. It is super easy to use, and I love that it keeps me so organized.

Over the years, Top Echelon has been super easy to use, and I appreciate all the recent updates. It has made my recruiting 10x faster and kept me very organized.

Nachteile:

Can't think of anything in particular. Everything has been great.

Running my Desk with Top Echelon

Kommentare: I have been very happy with Top Echelon. Customer service, support and training are top notch. The leadership is accessible and is there when you want advise on how to make the most out of using the platform.

Vorteile:

Ease of set up, use and management. Very user friendly, especially in configuring to our needs.

Nachteile:

Resume search does not have functionality to disqualify "tags"

Recruiter Daily User

Kommentare: Great support, multiple options for training, start up and on-going. Best product I've seen for the money.

Vorteile:

ease of installation and use, resume parsing and searching

Nachteile:

ability to view resumes, print is small and no option to view full page that's readable.

Great tools with bells and whistles

Kommentare: I am a loyal customer who has used the product since 2014.

Vorteile:

The ease of use and features that directly tie-in to my business are the most important to me.

Nachteile:

I am missing some quick reports that were available in early versions of BB.

Highly Recommend Top Echelon

Top Echelon Big Biller is User friendly, easy to search for candidates, filter process for best results, upload resumes, keep notes, and view reports in a quick view.

Nachteile:

At this time, I don't have anything to mention.

Simple and Easy to use

Vorteile:

The system is simple and easy to use. It is intuitive and let's you use as much or as little as you want. There are no "required fields" that stop you in your tracks.

Nachteile:

Email responses go to a different platform so you may have to look in more that one place for an email.

This is a perfect tool for me. I have enjoyed benefits since the first day of use.

user for more than a decade

Kommentare: We have used the CRM part Big Biller for years and it is invaluable

Vorteile:

TEN gives credibility to a company and Big Biller is something I use everyday to a high extent

Nachteile:

the person who supplies the candidate has little to no rights. If a client decides to eliminate a candidate during the guarantee period if the Client affiliate has a bad contract the person who supplied the candidate just has to live with a poor contract and pay back the money earned

A robust ATS/CRM that provides easy functionality at a great price point.

Kommentare: I don't have anything negative to say. The experience thus far has been positive. Still learning new things, and I'm sure I haven't fully utilized all its functionality and capabilities yet.

Vorteile:

The product is very easy to use. Has great functionality both as a ATS and CRM. Excellent technical support that is local in the USA. Top Echelon also adds great value for your money by providing Webinars on a regular basis on various topics that is pertinent to running a successful business.The other big plus is having the Network (Forum) which allows you to collaborate with other recruiters and agencies and work on split deals.

Nachteile:

Not sure if Top Echelon offers this but it would be nice if you could conduct more automated campaigns to attract new candidates and new clients through the platform.

Top Echelon Big Biller Review

Kommentare: Top notch! 10 years ago when I was researching recruitment software to run my business I found and selected Top Echelon Big Biller software. A great decision for my business, one that I have been very thankful for. Wonderful people also within Top Echelon, top notch!

Vorteile:

Quality of product, reliability, knowing my data is safe and will always be there. I like the bulk email feature very much.

Nachteile:

During a bulk email process, transferring search lists to a hotsheet and having to hold a button down and go from page to page to ensure the transfer of data to a hotsheet. I wish there was one button to push to transfer all records from a search list to a hotsheet, that would be welcome.

User Friendly, Reporting and Tracking

Kommentare: My initial rep was incredible and always responsive. Customer service seems more outsourced now, but haven't had any major issues.

Vorteile:

Fairly easy to implement, price is good value for features and capabilties.

Nachteile:

Manual input of large resume database or pretty hight fee to have them do it. Some systems might more fully itegrate to easily migrate data.

AES review

Kommentare: It has been good, I’ve been using it for many years

Vorteile:

I like everything in general there’s not one thing that stands out more than others I would say

Nachteile:

There are some cumbersome parts of the top edge on network, and the software in general that could be changed to make things a little, easier, less steps, but nothing major

Kommentare: The technical support is fantastic! [sensitive content hidden] is extremely helpful! Excellent customer service when I call with a question.

Vorteile:

It can sink to LinkedIn. It is user friendly

Nachteile:

I need Big Biller/Top Echelon to sink with HireEZ. I want to be able to text multiple people at once. I think that it is confusing to email a lot of people at once. This is cumbersome not user friendly.

BB is great.

Kommentare: It has made our job easier overall.

Vorteile:

It makes it easy to find candidates and download resumes.

Nachteile:

Sometimes it can be outdated and it can also run slow.

Follow up on TE

Kommentare: Use it all day every day in the staffing business

Vorteile:

The ease of the system, I am still learning it and all that it has to offer but very easy to work with.

Nachteile:

Reminders on follow up on candidates, I wish it merged to the calendar and or there was a pop up that would come up to remind to call the client or candidate.

Love it, better than others I've used

Kommentare: It has been a great experience with TE. I recommend it endlessly. I've used MaxHire, BullHorn and Salesforce and now Top Echelon and 10 times out of 9, I would choose TE.

Vorteile:

It is so easy to use, the integration was a breeze and support has been phenomenal. Every ATS/CRM I've used, I've always had the thought of "I wish I could do this" or "Why can't I just switch this to over here" and TE makes it so easy to do all of those things.

Nachteile:

The resume parsing via email can be a bit of a pain sometimes, I would really like just a drag and drop option as well.
