Maybe it's just me but the online trouble shooting didn't have topics for the particular issues we were having and I wished it did.

About Time has significantly improved the time entry process at my company.
Vorteile:
What I like most about the software is the various different ways to sort each time entry. My company has a lot of employees and it makes it much easier to sort through everything with all the features provided.
Nachteile:
What I like least about this software is the process of adding/editing filters to sort through lists of employees/entries. Each time we layoff or hire an employee, a new filter must be made to show each change and it is a time-consuming process to do so.

WorkMax Review 2 Years After Implementation
Kommentare: Overall, amazing application. There are some technical complications here and there with complicated configurations, bot an overall amazing solution to remote clock-in at a reasonable price.
Vorteile:
No long and complex user names and passwords, only a simple 4 digit code and you're in! Also, not device specific, users can borrow and co-workers phone if theres is unavailable
Nachteile:
Do not love how when you batch/process timecards, the GPS geo-tags and photos are no longer available, you must un-batch to see those details.

Not what they promise BEWARE!!!!
Kommentare: We're 2+ years behind on PROMISED DEVELOPMENT, constant breaks that take MONTHS to get a fix for and you WILL have an inaccurate payroll if you trust this system!
Vorteile:
I like the concept and what they promised, just not what they deliver.
Nachteile:
IT will break your payroll. Auto lunch breaks, Time Zones do not work, auto midnight is broken so MOST of the automated calculation functions designed to make payroll easier actually it just hides the issues and doesn't work properly. Expect you will be required to manually verify EVERY payroll aspect.

Kommentare: Very positive - responsive, empathetic, and the software works with our two key systems.
Vorteile:
Ease of use with exporting records to our payroll partner (Paychex) and our accounting system (Sage100Contractor). I also appreciate the responsiveness if we have a hiccup and that WorkMax keeps looking for ways to enhance the product.
Nachteile:
We aren't able copy records. For example, when someone takes more than a day off, we have to enter individual time records. Would also like to be able to export incentive pay and are unable to do that unless we enter a time record.

The ability to customize it to our needs.
Nachteile:
Reports are messy and do not allow sorting without paying for an additional module. It's also very complicated to use without any knowledge (it is not very intuitive).

Extremely user friendly. It offers a variety of reports that I need when i need a breakout of hours to jobs or worker.

Kommentare: EXCELLENT!! very helpful tool and team. I have been using this tool for my union team time management and have not started to create forms to better allow for communication from the field to PMs.

Time Management and groups are very helpful.
Nachteile:
Ability to manage overtime if you have two bound times. For example, if you work before 6am that is OT and after 4pm...tools does not have an easy to manage that. ALL times have to be touched and split...not good.

some desktop features i wish it would do, but overall ok gps seems to be not on target sometimes

Great Time Keeping Software
Kommentare: Very easy to transition from our old timekeeping software to Workmax. Very helpful and responsive staff during and after our transition.
Vorteile:
Very easy to set up and the end user experience is very simple.
Nachteile:
Not a lot of options to add custom fields.

Kommentare: Experience has been great. Tech support has been speedy and great! The app works great. i feel like i have the support needed if i have any questions
Vorteile:
The ease of use! The connectivity and reliability of the sync and that its cloud based.
Nachteile:
I wish the time sheets were different. Its easy to use, yes, but i feel like engineers could make it easier for end users. To add time on the computer should be setup in a way similar to the app. Not everyone has a company device and doesn't want to use their personal device, so an microsoft store app or a individual app for the pc would be amazing.

Cuts Approval Time in Half!
Kommentare: Not going to lie...it was a learning curve at first. BUT, now that I understand the program and know how to use, I've really started to enjoy it.
Vorteile:
It has many benefits but the biggest one is the ability and ease for leads/foreman to approve field crew time. As payroll admin, I've cut my approval time in half, and will likely cut down further once everyone is more experience on approving others time.
Nachteile:
There are still some items that I think could increase in functionality: 1. Exporting batched records. 2. Import click in/out to Foundation, not just total time for the day. 3. Ability to add timecards for multiple days at a time, instead of separate ones.

Simple to use, only issue is that sometimes re remove jobs and field technicians are able to access

Kommentare: customer service is good, i appreciate that is can be curated to what i need. after almost a year, still having a ton of issues with our guys forgetting to clock in and out, and clocking in and out outside the geofence. i dont think they are to blame for all of the geofence errors, weekly this takes hours of my time to sift through

the home screen, it's not too complex for construction

how inaccurate the location always is, I set all the guys up for "precise location" during their onboarding and their clock ins are still outside the geofence sometimes. sometimes, it is their fault, and sometimes, maybe even the address. but if google maps can get them to the address, why cant it be correct on workmax?

WorkMax at it BEST!
Kommentare: I have been using WorkMax for 1.5 years now and I don't have any complaints whatsoever! Every time we have an issue (which is rare) we are taken care of with a very quick response. Great customer service !!!

Great timekeeping system for field employees
Kommentare: Very positive! Easy to administer, easy for employees to use.
Vorteile:
Our business is mostly in the field. WorkMax is internet based, so our employees can easily record their time on the go. Through this, we are more efficient and out job costing is much easier to correctly record. I also like the feature that allows for GPS location on time entries.
Nachteile:
A little hard for the end user to classify employees sometimes.

Good but some to be desired
Vorteile:
It synced well with Foundation. The app is less than to be desired though.
Nachteile:
The app doesn't work well. It takes a lot of steps to get signed in. Another con is vacation request process. There is no good way to do that.

Kommentare: good we are happy with product, there issues that we have but for the most part we get resolution, but in most cases we just move on and find a work around.
Vorteile:
The desktop side is very easy. We have a huge issues with the location and getting orange globes- the field said they don't tune off location, and customer service was kind of sketchy about how an orange globe actually appears.
Nachteile:
Cost is too expensive, and support is sometimes difficult.
