The best ERP system you have never heard of

Kommentare: Best decision I have made. The system is easy to use and they are continually updating features. Their customer service is the best response time out their. I would highly recommend looking at this system you won't be disappointed.

Vorteile:

Multiview is a very easy to use system with the ability to load as much detail as you need. The implementation process was the best I've participated in.

Nachteile:

Multiview reporting writing is the weakest link. I know it is on their radar to fix, but you can download as excel and get it into a format that way.

Kommentare: It has been ok. I am getting more exposure as we have changed staffing

Vorteile:

The ability to switch companies or departments on line and then drill into the number

Nachteile:

Time lag to log in. challenge to build reports

Not bad Frustrating at Times

Kommentare: It hasn't been horrible. It was hard at first trying to learn everything.

Vorteile:

Easy to cut checks and send EFT payments.

Nachteile:

We are not able to use this for budgeting and forecasting like we were told.

Multiview Review

Kommentare: Overall, it is a robust system. AR innovations have been lacking. Some setups are not intuitive and since they are not done on a regular, require assistance to find the one box that needs to be checked to make the information flow as needed.

Vorteile:

How much there is to customize per user and some of the functionalities within the modules.

Nachteile:

The ability to see certain data within certain queries even though the data exists within the same module. This causes the requirement to create custom reports, it that is even possible due to the same limitations.

Lots of capacity and opportunity; you get out what you put in

Kommentare: I inherited this system after a rough implementation process. Again, you will only get out what you put in. We were able to work with support to get the system up and running smoothly and are happy with the product. I am excited to continue developing and using the system to its full capacity.

Vorteile:

I like being able to drill down to find exactly what I need at a detail level. From an accounting standpoint, Multiview is a great product. It has the capacity to streamline processes and is customizable.

Nachteile:

You will only get out what you're willing to put into it. Implementation could be very smooth or very rough depending on how much time and effort you're willing to put into the process.

Vorteile:

It has tons of potential to grow with my organization.

Nachteile:

There are still some automations I would like to see implemented.

Great product

Kommentare: Has increased productivity, put all of our accounting tasks in one place.

Vorteile:

Exports, and ease to learn. Work flow in AP.

Nachteile:

Budgeting module and overall set-up and Asset Management

So Far So Good!

Vorteile:

It has the ability to give you pretty much everything you need, and you can set it up just the way you would like for it to work.

Nachteile:

It's a long process of getting it setup and getting going, especially if you don't have anyone on your team that understands a lot of the technical terms for programming and creating a product.

Multiview General Ledger Functionality

Vorteile:

Flexibility and customization allow for tracking of departmental info

Nachteile:

Input screen layouts require a lot of movement to get to key filter fields. Key fields located too far down on screens Standard accounting reports not named what I would expect

I recommend Multiview

Kommentare: The conversion process was great! Our rep was super organized and walked us through the process.

Vorteile:

Reporting flexibility and workflow capacity.

Nachteile:

Creating reports is difficult to learn.

Great for Medium Size Businesses

Kommentare: Multiview is very user friendly for the functions that we utilize.

Vorteile:

We use Multiview primarily for the General Ledger and accounts payable processing.

Nachteile:

The financial statements set up and use is below average.

Great ERP Change

Kommentare: Overall Multiview ERP has been a great transition for us. It has automated part of our close with the journal entry templates and amortization schedules which has allowed the accounting team to analyze the numbers and made month end close more accurate.

Vorteile:

1. Ease of Use 2. Journal Entry Templates 3. A/R Module for reoccurring Invoices 4. Setting up amortization schedules 5. Customer Service representatives have been great to work with

Nachteile:

The main drawback is the canned reports are not great. Had to customize our reporting to make it work for us.

Ledger for a large non-profit

Vorteile:

Creating and modifying custom reports is easy. Custom interfaces save us a ton of time each month.

Nachteile:

No built-in cash flow report makes cash flows a tedious process each month.

Multiview ERP Review

Kommentare: I would give it an 8. We are still only 6 months in and it is getting easier to find the information needed but it is more time consuming to download info.

Vorteile:

Consultants were extremely helpful in setting up the system. They helped build reports and customize information that I use every day.

Nachteile:

It is hard to data mine the information out of the system. Can't just do a download, have to upload to temporary file to be able to download it.

Mulitiview Accounting

Kommentare: I am getting better at navigating Multiview and using the functions better but there are still so many glitches within the system.

Vorteile:

I like the fact that we can scan invoices into the system and refer to the copy at any time. This saves us time and space since we do not have to file the paper copies in case we need to refer to them.

Nachteile:

I find that we have a lot of problems with the interface working. It seems like we have to go in and reload all of our files every day.

I highly recommend the switch

Vorteile:

The ease of running reports and tracking expenses.

Nachteile:

It can be very sensitive when uploading files to the voucher interface.

Great product

Kommentare: Overall, it is a great product and would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for accounting software.

Vorteile:

Ease of use; ease of customization; ability to write custom reports

Nachteile:

If an error is made in an journal entry, you have to create a whole new entry. It would be nice to have a "reversing" option for that journal. Out system slows down in the afternoon so you spend time waiting for it to catch up and can easily make more mistakes as you don't realize it didn't take your entries completely as you entered them.

Multiview Review

Kommentare: Hard to use on a daily basis. We struggled with the reports, which have limited columns like old excel version.

Vorteile:

Consolidated report for various programs into one Division.

Nachteile:

Reports limitation to the antiquated excel limit. We are in 2024 not in 1999.

Capable of a lot, but requires work to get there

Vorteile:

It's very customizable when it comes to setting up your data fields, running reports/queries, creating invoices, etc.

Nachteile:

It is not the easiest to learn or navigate the site. It can feel very technical at times.

Great Niche System but not worth the effort or time to implement

Kommentare: Not great. Multiview is clunking and difficult to work in. MV system implementation was never fully completed by Multiview and we needed to spend a significant amount of money to just get the basics running.

Vorteile:

Customization is the main pro of this system.

Nachteile:

The system does not work unless you spend the price of sending a rocket to the moon.

Superuser Review

Kommentare: Multiview works for its intended purposes. There are obviously some things that aren't great - but there is no such thing as a perfect system. Support is timely in responding to emails when issues arise.

Vorteile:

Great support when something isn't working quite right or we don't know how to do something in the product.

Nachteile:

The budget module is no good for the complexity of hospital accounting. Also - there are too many clicks to get from GL to invoice level detail.

Nachteile:

I do not have any complaints on this product.

It is a fairly complete software in terms of options and modules.

Nachteile:

When I started working as a Software Administrator in the current company it was already in use

Multiview ERP

Vorteile:

I love the ease of use and how easy it is to navigate and pull the information that I need. The help desk and portal are extremely helpful and designed for the end user in mind

Nachteile:

I don't have alot of experience with other programs to compare it to, but help desk was supportive of the thoughts I had to make improvements the time I was stuck.

Every Day Use

Vorteile:

Cloud-based and is quite easy to use. Lots of support during implementation.

Nachteile:

Some of the searches do not allow for hitting "enter", which is not intuitive.
