Sometimes there is difficulty logging in, it doesn't happen often but when it does it can be a bit frustrating.

Great Invoicing and Accounting App Unfortunately Overpriced

Ease of Use at the Touch of a Finger
Kommentare: I have been using the software for more than 7 years and I have seen it grow and evolved. No product is ever perfect but overall I have been extremely satisfied with Invoices 2 Go and recommend it for anyone looking for simple invoicing and book keeping application for their business.
Vorteile:
Easy access anywhere, any time, on any devices. Very simple to make your own template for your company. Offers different methods of payment aside from the classic credit card trio such as Paypal and Apple Pay. Easy to create customer and item database
Nachteile:
Entering a new item is simple but it can also be a curse. When you create a PO or an Invoice you will enter your item you have already saved in Invoices 2 Go database. However if you do a typo and confirm to add to invoice, that erroneously type item will be part of your item database. This can create confusion as to which item to select if this occurs. Suggested to the team that they add a confirmation window if an item is entered but not found in the database. This have yet been implemented.

Not for High Volume Users | They Will Not Allow You Access to Funds
Kommentare: Good enough until we were told we could not have payments processed through I2G because we had reached a limit. For the last two months, I2G held process credit card funds until the following month.
Vorteile:
Simple enough to use until we learned that we couldn't grow our business passed $50K per month without the company holding our funds without a method to receive the payments.
Nachteile:
After several years using I2G for billing and collecting payments, the company has held a portion of our payments for the past 2 months because we reached an arbitrary limit for transferring money to our bank. After requesting an increase, we were declined an increase and told that we could have our money next month.
Frustrating
Vorteile:
I like it when I can remember to constantly be remembering to go click save every minute or 2. If I didn't, anything could wipe out everything I written in an estimate. A phone call, checking another app, etc. Not every time but a lot of times if I left the screen, I was going to lose my estimate. And some take hours to type up if it's a full house remodel.
Nachteile:
I think I already said all the cons in the pro section. This time the app crashed on me and I contacted customer service and they just proceeded to tell me it wasn't their fault because I have a bad connection. Lol my connection is rock solid at my house! I told them a 1 month($5.99) refund would be nice for the time they wasted but just received an email of course they are denying me that too. That was the final straw. I think I wouldve stuck around and grew my company with them but if I'm not worth a measly 5.99 to them, I'll move on before it becomes more difficult to move on!
Simple Invoicing Tool
Vorteile:
Invoice2go takes over a lot of our invoicing and does it easy, simple and straight forward. It isn't a tool doing too much, but what it does is just perfect.
Nachteile:
No complains. Simple and easy to use. Pricing is fair.
A small business review

Vorteile:
The multitude of features that a lot a of others lack like the option to link it to other software.
Nachteile:
Nothing really, just took a bit to learn how everything works.

Vorteile:
Invoice2go offers a free software to process invoices for my small business. It took less than 30 minutes to get the software up and running. My favorite feature is invoices can be customized and sent through several methods including email and even Facebook.
Nachteile:
For a small business, receiving timely payments are important. With this software, payments can take anywhere from 2-7 days. This is not as quick or convenient as many other invoicing software.
Invoice2go is the way to go to start accepting payments

Overall experience
Kommentare: We have used Invoices2go for several years, then we switched to a different platform, just because we needed more functionality. But overall, we were happy with the service; it's easy to deal with and easy to set up

The thing I liked the most was the ease of use and setup. You can create invoices very quickly and send them automatically with a payment reminder.
Nachteile:
It's not about something I didn't like; it was just due to our company's growth. We switched to a different app because we needed more functions in one place.

Professional Invoicing App!

The application is very user friendly, it takes time to setup all your services and items but once you do, you'd be sending invoices in seconds.
Nachteile:
Very limited integrations and pricing point can be better compared to alternatives

(And THAT alone— is huge!)

Easy to use. Customer support is amazing! The product is professional and reliable. Affordable. And you really know that they care about your success. After all, that’s the best way to achieving their own success (which they’ve certainly accomplished!)
Nachteile:
Bug fix needed. I don’t like that I can’t call support anymore but they’ve made up for that with prompt, efficient communications amongst their team via whichever network they use to communicate with one another in order to operate as a singular unit to provide effective and outstanding customer support!!
Invoice2Go - the Next Best Platform?
Kommentare: It was good while it lasted. I watched the platform started to implement sensible upgrades which showed growth. It is my first love but I had to move on since my company was growing in leaps and bounds and I had trouble keeping up using Invoice2Go platform.
Vorteile:
I loved the simplicity of preparing Invoices and Estimates. I had trouble growing my business because the platform seemed starter service rather than management capable. There is plenty plenty room for growth.
Nachteile:
I hated the Payment platform used which is Stripe. Funds takes a minimum of 4 days to hit account. This was discussed on several occasions and they assured it took between 24-48 hours after deduction from client's banking platform. That was not so. I tracked the process several times and the least it has ever taken is three days. It made Cash Flow impossible resulting in insufficient funds bank charges. There are platforms paying in 24 hours maximum and instantly without a fee.
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

I have been using Invoice2go for about two years now.
This is my story:
Invoices have disappeared from their database on a regular basis over the two years.
Fortunately, because I BCC all my invoices, I had backup copies in my email.
My invoices that I emailed out did not reach my clients. Invoice2go figured they'd been delivered to their junk mail. Some of our commercial clients keep us waiting up to ninety days before paying, and so we waited. When we finally determined that they hadn't ever received the invoices, it was sometimes six months or more before we got paid. Invoice2go recommended that before sending an invoice, that I contact my customers and get them to change their email setup to accept our emails.
When Google Chrome updated, Invoice2go didn't; they were incompatible and it would not work properly. I switched to Firefox but continued to have issues. All of my settings, the email message ...all were dropped when I switched over. As a result, and unbeknownst to me, I was no longer BCC'ing my invoices to our company email. During that interval the database dropped another fourteen invoices and I did not have my email backup to rely on. It took a week in the office with my employees, going through the database, time sheets, and work orders to restore those invoices. The problem was further exacerbated by the fact that I didn't know who the invoices were for, if the jobs had been completed or if the invoices had even been mailed out. I lost all the material lists and the pricing. I also discovered that a lot of customers don't call to complain that we didn't send them an invoice.
I cannot use the scroll wheel on my mouse. I even went out a replaced the mouse. I can scroll only with the arrows on the keyboard.
When I create a new invoice, I would say that once every five or six invoices it screws up the sequence. If you miss it, it looks like a missing invoice. In my case I had emailed backups to prove that there had indeed been an invoice, but it can confuse the issue.
The spell checker will point out spelling mistakes, provide the proper spelling but when corrected the word immediately reverts to the incorrect spelling.
The Mobility of invoicing
Kommentare: Very positive and it helps keep me organized , I’ve been using this system for well over 10 years.
Vorteile:
The ability to generate and send invoice over text, or email . The new project folder is also very helpful in keeping various invoices from the same project in one place.
Nachteile:
Accepting Apple Pay online and via text would be exceptional.

It’s sooo easy to use, being a single mum, a cater and running a business leave little time for paperwork. It’s simply user friendly and easy on the eyes. It makes it fun to do my invoices and estimates.
Nachteile:
Want more for my money. I’m a single parent and I really struggle through out certain times of the year when it’s time to renew and the no option to pay by the month is not suitable for people in my situation. I wish your loyal customers who stay on could have all the options applied. Kinda like a rewards incentive to keep your customers renewing

The best fit for my business
Kommentare: I don't have to change how I work and learn a larger accounting/invoicing package. I also can accept credit card and other payments without hassle.
Vorteile:
Simplicity of use and works for my business without the overhead of a full accounting package. Syncing that works flawlessly now, they have clearly learnt from the past.
Nachteile:
With the older version, syncing was often a problem and when they revamped the software they simplified a little too much, taking away some much loved features and a delay in getting data back to people. They seem to be improving with their customer service though.
Invoice2go is my trusty Guy Friday

Great simple to use invoicing software
Vorteile:
I have looked at many similar packages over the years, and have discussed with colleagues on what they use, Invoice2go has been by far the best I have found. Top features for me are that it looks very professional, it’s is simple to set up and use, the different levels you can choose and customise, payment reminders, and if stuck with something then the customer service is excellent!!. I have been using invoice2go for over 6 years now.
Nachteile:
Cost - that is all. Maybe just a little cheaper would be good.
