AssetCloud is an Effective and Helpful Asset Tracking Package.

Kommentare: AssetCloud is very effective project Asset management product and the compliance management and coordination across project teams is amazing.

Vorteile:

Through its Cloud functionalities its very simple tracking all the Construction projects Assets and the ability to manage event through AssetCloud is incredible.Helpful on easy allocation of Assets and the employees data management and expense tracking using AssetCloud is perfect.

Nachteile:

Effective and easy on Cloud implementation and its training curve is very friendly and myself i got nothing to dislike.

AssetCloud Review

Kommentare: Its been great. The help desk is friendly and the self help is extensive.

The easy onboarding was nice. Its very user friendly.

I would like more mass update options. Other than that its great.

WASP Cloud

Kommentare: The intent for using of this software is to reduce typographical errors on case related paperwork, reduce the amount of information written on case related documents with the use of an asset tag number, provide a one stop location of all electronic data (e.g. Q/QC data, Casefile documents, product information, etc.) as they pertain to specific asset numbers and assets associated to the parent asset. The software accomplishes this goal. Although years ago sales had recommended "Professional" when it was the available software type/version based on our needs when I originally reached out the WASP, I can't say that I would recommend this software for the laboratories functions and needs I have outlined throughout this survey for other forensic laboratories.

Vorteile:

Creating a label within the software is a nice feature and makes that function easy. The previous Enterprise version required a label software to generate labels making it rather laborious. Customer service is mostly helpful although there were a few instances a resolution could not be resolved either by the lack of knowledge of the rep or the limitation of the software.

Nachteile:

Integration of my 3G database from Enterprise to Cloud was a nightmare and took months to resolve. Although the software is easy to use once the user becomes familiar with its functionality, it is not user friendly and takes a significant amount of time to navigate the program. A training session either on-site or by virtual meeting would be helpful. Some of the available video were helpful, but limited. Once the user becomes familiar with the software, portions are easily navigable, other functions are not attainable. One function I'd like to see improved is the ability to pull expiration dates of assets between a select subset of days. Currently, to pull a select range of expiration dates (e.g. 08/01/21 - 08/14/21), I have to search for the year 2021, then scroll and select assets within that date range.

WASP Asset Cloud - Warhouse Management

Kommentare: Overall, we've been very happy with Asset Cloud, we've used it for many years, even before it became cloud based.

Vorteile:

Asset Cloud is fairly simple to use and gets the job done.

Nachteile:

Customized Reports are time consuming and confusing to get setup, I wish they were easier to get setup and saved. The Check In / Out Reports are missing a field that we fill out that would be quite helpful but honestly, we gave up on creating a custom report to gain the information we needed. It would be nice if you could choose columns to show in a particular order and it remain permanent to your profile.

Decent asset tracking solution from WASP

Kommentare: My overall experience with AssetCloud is Extraordinary.

Vorteile:

1) It let you use RFID technology to track your assets which is extraordinary and unique feature. With this technology you can scan multiple tags at once and save your big time. You don't have to scan asset barcode individually. 2) It also offers you amazing feature of geolocation tracking of your assets. 3) It helps you streamline your asset tracking process.

Nachteile:

We never experienced any problem with AssetCloud so far.

Asset Cloud Review

Kommentare: Really useful tool. All the team have gotten to grips with using it and it's streamlined our process of moving stock across multiple locations

Vorteile:

Very easy and informative to use. Has really helped us keep on top of asset management

Nachteile:

We use both the web client and android app. Android app doesn't have the same search functions as the web app which would be very handy to have

How easy it is to use and set-up. It is also very easy to find what you need.

nothing really. Maybe one of the things that could improve is the look of the platform.

Kommentare: We use WASP weekly. Wish the search methods were a bit more user friendly and you could search by name of person/customer.

Kommentare: Great once it is all setup and working.

Simple to use and very easy to add items to the system

A lot of back end work to make the system simple to use. Entering a lot of manual things

The ability to print custom asset tags with barcodes.

Nachteile:

Some of the customization features are as robust as I had hoped.

AssetCloud for Higher Ed Technology Management

Kommentare: Good program, im happy that its available via web browser, and their tutorials and start up assistance were very helpful.

Vorteile:

I like that it has an all encompassing approach. All in one.

Nachteile:

It can be a bit overwhelming in all of the options presented and is not the most user friendly at first.

Blackwater Review

Kommentare: I've been using WASP for several years and using the AssetCloud version is very handy when moving around the facility.

Vorteile:

The ease of using AssetCloud makes Inventory keeping very easy.

Nachteile:

There is nothing really that I have to say about Con's for AssetCloud.

The best asset management

Kommentare: Overall experience now that we’ve been using it for a long time. It makes life so much easier knowing where all your assets are how many of which assets. You can combine assets together, so you know that they are there together. You can see what location they’re at you can check assets out you can check assets in Can attach you can do so much with it. It’s amazing.

Vorteile:

Once it’s all set up. You are able to fill in so much description that it’s readily available to you. You can attach images to your ass. You can put notes about your asset, so that everything is right there when you need to find it. It was one of the best purchases that we have made and we use it weekly.

Nachteile:

The least likely thing I like about it is, it takes some time to get familiar where to set up

Advanced asset tracking software

Kommentare: With Assetcloud we able to track assets faster. My overall experience with Assetcloud is good.

Vorteile:

It is a most advanced software than other traditional asset tracking software. It helps you to track your assets easily. It's unique interface provides you real-time insight for your assets and their location. It's most unique part is that you can use Hand Held Terminal and RFID for quick and accurate asset racking.

Nachteile:

We never faced any difficulties with Assetcloud so far.

Nice Web based Asset management system

Kommentare: It is nice but would like for it to be a little more user friendly. Would like it to be a little intuitive as we enter in items.

Vorteile:

Web based can be accessed from anywhere.

Nachteile:

Still seems kind of clunky. Some things do not pop up right away, other things require two to three steps to do the same function.

Easy to Manage Software Contracts

Vorteile:

I use AssetCloud to manage software assets and contracts. I like that I'm able to customize contract forms to capture the information that's most relevant to me. It's also easy to set up custom emails notifications, which allows me to stay up to date on expiring contracts.

Nachteile:

I wish there was some agent to install that can automatically collect IT inventory data.

Amazing Asset tracking tool

Kommentare: I will rate this product with 5 star because it is unique solution which covers every aspect of modern asset tracking.

Vorteile:

It is one of the amazing and great solution to track your assets. It's advanced asset tracking feature let you track your assets faster than manual asset tracking. It not only helps you to track asset but also helps you to keep track of asset maintenance.

Nachteile:

Nothing is there to dislike AssetCloud as it is fulfilling all the requirements of modern asset tracking.

Useful, but likely not worth the price for the way that we use it

Kommentare: While it's a helpful tool, the AssetCloud product doesn't quite meet our needs. We have a simple inventory/tracking/audit requirement and are considering moving it into an Excel document in the near future.

Vorteile:

The product helps to manage our inventory and track/audit assets.

Nachteile:

Have not discovered an easy way to assign employees (that do not have access to WASP) to audit their own assets or be notified when an audit needs to occur.

Great for keeping assets tracked.

Kommentare: Great product to be able to keep the inventory and be able to print reports later.

Easy to add inventory to software and be able to print labels and attach. If I need to change something easy to do on the handheld device or computer.

Nachteile:

When putting new items in inventory as asset tag is built it would be nice to automatically print label as completed.

WASP Asset Cloud Review

Vorteile:

Ease of use. It took me no more than 1-2 days to be moving swiftly through the cloud.

Nachteile:

A little pricey, with our set-up, but does a good job

Easy of Management

Kommentare: We are now able to provide audit reports for our inventory and asset management

Vorteile:

I really like the ease of managing all of my hardware in one location, both for IT use as well as for accounting.

Nachteile:

There was nothing that we ran into that I can say was bad

Nachteile:

Currently, AssetCloud provides email and live chat customer support. Offering additional support options, like phone support, would be beneficial.

Asset Cloud- my favorite tool for managing my clients assets.

Kommentare: I use it in the management of the my clients assets and find it a useful tool especially when doing replenishment's on our various sites

The ease of uploading the assets once they are set up

Nachteile:

Trying to edit once uploaded to correct any errors I have made manually.

AssetCloud is Awesome!!!

Kommentare: This has been a great experience and the few times we have had to contact support they have been very helpful.

Vorteile:

The product is easy to use and provides all the benefits and functions of an asset tracking system we needed.

Nachteile:

There is not anything that we have found that we do not like about the software.
