Organization

Vorteile:

This software allows my and my customers to have one location to keep all dialogues and files relating to our projects. If there is ever a questions it is easy to go back and see what was said or what files were used. For a small company like mine that deals with many people from a large company it helps a lot with keeping things organized and on time.

Nachteile:

I have not experienced any issues with the software.

Project Managing Made Easy

Kommentare: I think overall 5pm is very user friendly and straight forward in it's usage. It organizes projects with ease.

Vorteile:

It organizes projects and enables to store a lot files that we need to urgently share with each other.

Nachteile:

Some technical glitches do happen, the most annoying is when a project deletes on it's own or we can't really decipher how that happens. Also, sometimes the activity log doesn't match the project and is of the previous project you were in, which creates a time wastage and important misinformation. Another thing is that sometimes the activity log section does not give an option to post a file/message. It just gives options to link files.

It works, but I have several issues

Kommentare: Eh, I does the job and since I have to use it at my work I do. It is not the best and I have used better systems.

Vorteile:

It is available easily for everyone at work since it is we based. I wish it had a windows software alternate I could use.

Nachteile:

If I update a task I expect the date to change and it float to the top again, not remain hidden far down because I started it 3 weeks ago. It makes it hard to track and follow my CURRENT work. I should be able to MOVE my tasks to another folder or task easily rather than have to make a new one and then delete the old one. I should be able to close a task (MARK 100%) without new emails going out

Simple and effective

Kommentare: 5pm allows my marketing department to keep track of many projects of different kinds (print, web, email, and more) with many of the same assets organized in one place. Also can allow clients access so they can view projects and needs. Good product -- not super complicated and maybe doesn't have ALL the features of some others, but has all the things you need.

Vorteile:

5pm is a good example of a project management tool that doesn't try to do everything -- just the one thing and do it well. Learning curve is easy but it still has all the functions you need.

Nachteile:

The project keyword search needs some advanced features.

5pm Review

Kommentare: Overall, I love 5pm. I think it's a top shelf product. We've tried a number of project management tools over the years, but always come back to 5pm!

Vorteile:

The organization is nice. The ability to monitor user activity is very helpful in our time management. The standalone time keeper is also a great solution!

Nachteile:

The load times can be a little slow at times. I understand that this is due to our large volume of projects, but I think some sort of implemented lazy load might help!

5pm. Equally as good as the time I leave work.

Vorteile:

The software is easy to use. I use the software for hours a day and have nothing bad to say, even after using it for 2 1/2 years.

Nachteile:

Maybe a more modern look would do. Other than that I dig the software!

Lots of value packed in one little program

Kommentare: Handy program keeps my business moving. Contractors all over the world can log in and access the tools they need to get their job done.

Vorteile:

5PM is intuitive to use. We use it for job assignment in an agile shop--lots of little jobs go to lots of different contractors. We can give each user access to all of the tools they need to get their job done--in Dropbox, Google Drive, Office 365, linking all the resources together.

Nachteile:

The customer support is so good, there's nothing to dislike. If there's something I'd like to see, they'll figure out a way to get it to me. The reporting system is a little confusing, but I haven't spent any time trying to read the documentation, so with a little effort it's all there.

5pm review

Kommentare: Organizing jobs, job tasks and details pertaining to jobs. It also keeps an archive of past jobs which is helpful if I need to re-order or check on something.

Vorteile:

It helps me keep everything organized, including completed jobs for billing.

Nachteile:

There isn't anything that I'm not pleased with.

Get Things Done

Vorteile:

5pm is easy to use, and projects are simply organized in folders.

Nachteile:

The UI is not that great; a flatter design would go easier on the eyes.

Great Task Management for Teams

Kommentare: As a marketing agency, we've been using 5PM for years as a team, and actually went away from it and came back after trying at least 5 other systems. It's the only one that does everything we need, quickly and easily.

Vorteile:

After working with 5PM for a long time, I really like how easy it is to give my team exactly what they need, all in one place. I can include deadlines, assign tasks easily, and even chat with my team right from the interface. I like that the WYSIWYG interface is always improving, so that I can quickly build bulleted lists, copy and paste formatted content and link to outside sources.

Nachteile:

Sometimes when you have a lot of projects (like hundreds) it can get a little slow, but there are ways to keep it moving fast and the support team is always great about getting back to you quickly when there is a problem.

Easy and Efficient Task Management

Kommentare: Overall, 5pm meets my needs for a simple, yet thorough, task management software.

Vorteile:

Simple to use, especially adding tasks with deadlines via email. Percentage tracker makes checking progress fast. Adding notes, links and relevant information is very easy. Mobile app for on-the-go management

Nachteile:

The mobile app for the iPhone has some missing features, although nothing that is a deal breaker for me.

Easy for Work

Vorteile:

5pm is a good communication channel for our company. We have overseas offices that we communicate with via 5pm every day, and it's a seamless and efficient process!

Nachteile:

The search feature is difficult to use, which is quite a disadvantage because it's something that everyone uses each day. Additionally, the mobile app isn't that easy to use.

Very useful platform

Kommentare: Overall I'm satisfied with 5pm, I get things done without frustration.

Vorteile:

I love the design of 5pm, easy to log in and it leads you straight to your projects.

Nachteile:

It's hard to use 5pm on mobile, the design looks very different, and it very hard to navigate on mobile.

Simple web platform keeps all projects in one place

Kommentare: My team is more efficient than ever. Every morning we all get an email that lists all projects and deadlines. I can't imagine organizing our work without it!

Vorteile:

With a small team and multiple projects on the go, 5pm makes it easy to monitor everything in the queue and to know where they are in the production phase. The implementation of this tool was lifechanging!

Nachteile:

We don't use all the functionality. It would be nice if it were easy for clients to place orders direct rather than filling out a project request form.

The Best Project Organizer Available

Kommentare: Seamless accessibility and communication between engineering, sales and management

Vorteile:

Extremely user friendly and ease of accessibility

Nachteile:

A little dated in appearance, but for what it's used for, appearance is not a priority

Helps to manage projects

Kommentare: its ok

Vorteile:

That it is one place for all information and correspondence to occur.

Nachteile:

Does not display information clearly. Often has too much information and not many ways to sort through information. Spend a lot of time scrolling and searching for information.

Vorteile:

It does what it is advertised to do, manage your task.

Nachteile:

I don't know if it's a software error but there are times when I cannot log-in on other computers.

5pm Review

Vorteile:

Once you get past a learning curve, it becomes second nature. It's easy to keep track of items and find certain tasks.

Nachteile:

It gets glitchy sometimes. Like if I open another window with 5pm it will affect how the window is shown. Takes a long time to load. And again there is a learning curve. It takes a lot to get used to. Some things are not self explanatory.

It doesn't take much to improve

Vorteile:

The idea that everything is organized in the system of tabs, and that the search box is always at the top of the page, the search results stay in their tabs, regardles what other functionalities I may decide to use in the meantime.

Nachteile:

The rather old-school appearance does not make it look very comprehensible to me, the new beta interface is , I imagine, aimed precisely at this problem. Additionally, the report feature does not allow to view only a few of the projects (one can see either all of them or one)

5PM

Kommentare: This is the first time I have ever used 5PM and overall think it is a very efficient workspace.

Vorteile:

Nice interface, easy to use, everything connected to a project is in one place.

Nachteile:

The 'hide from client' option. While it's nice that everything is in one place, the idea that you could inadvertently post information that you might not want a client to see is unsettling.

Vorteile:

It helped our campus predict what was coming in for delivery and what projects were coming up.

Nachteile:

We needed a calendar to help us organize these projects.

5pm

Kommentare: 5pm's customer service is great. I have talked to them directly via email and they respond within a few minutes. I also hear they are working on a new version of the software that will be out soon.

Vorteile:

5pm is a key tool in my daily task management. It is simple to use and has a lot of administrative features.

Nachteile:

Some of the layout of the software could use some updating, like the pop up windows when you enter messages.

Review 5p.m.

Vorteile:

I like that everything is organized into folders.

Nachteile:

I don't like having to download everything to view it. I would prefer to view it in the platform itself and then download if I need to. I'd also like to make edits directly in the platform too.

We love 5PM

Kommentare: We are able to control our priorities in one area, schedule projects, report out projects and invite our team to be apart of the process.

Vorteile:

We really enjoy 5PM because there is NO learning curve. Very easy to use!

Nachteile:

I can't answer this. We love everything.
