Best inventory and 3rd party price validation

Kommentare: I add, modify, and delete our inventory using this software. It also can print comparable inventory to validate our prices when confronted with a price objection. We also use this to estimate trade values.

Vorteile:

It's owned by Cox Automotive which has their hands into everything. I use it to post my vehicles and the picture editor allows us to add banners easily to the images of trucks we sell.

Nachteile:

The quality of the photos do get reduced greatly from the quality that we initially took off our trucks.

Photo uploading tool very user friendly

Kommentare: Its been a good experience working with Provision, now that they have made improvements to the photo uploading tool and added AI backgrounding. The thumbnails of the images used to be tiny and hard to view once uploaded and now they are more easy to see. I just wish I could see more images at once without having to scroll down for the purposes of re arranging images by making better use of the screen space.

Vorteile:

I like the new photo uploading tool and the AI generated backgrounds

Nachteile:

I don't like how the website page doesn't adjust when I widen or narrow the window on my computer . It would be helpful to be able to shrink the window size down to place 2 windows side by side especially when working on a small lap top screen.

My experience with V auto

Kommentare: My experience was poor. I was told that a dealer my size shoul sell 3 time the number of cars and make half the profit . the concept is to turn inventory and for get making much money. But I was and still am one of the larger used car operations in a three count area. there old model made me operate ate a loos fro a few montyhs till I found another venddor.

There support . I was an initial uses and was told a while back I made to much profit for vehicle .

Kommentare: As mentioned before, it was made for Inventory and Dealership managment.
It helps me a lot with out Inventory and maarketing, I can do a lot with it and most of what I need day a day.
I believe most dealers should have it.

Vorteile:

After getting to know it for a while, it's pratical and a must for out kind of business. Support is good as well, but sometimes they might take a while.

Nachteile:

Sometimes it has some bugs that not even they know how to fix properly, some of the even look stupid.

Provision works great for managing our inventory.

There isn't anything I don't like about Provision.

Super Easy Inventory Management Tool

Kommentare: Provision is a good inventory management product. You are able to change pricing, add photos and give appraisal. The app is amazing for sales people to use.

Vorteile:

I like how anything you update through Provision will sync to the CRM you are using and the website.

Nachteile:

The inconvenient part is that the syncing can take up to 24 hours to display.

Inventory aquisition/management made easy.

Kommentare: Vauto is an integral part of our business. We use it to help find the right vehicles at the right price. When we are looking at auctions, we use Vauto to make sure we are buying the right high demand vehicles for the right price. Once we get the vehicles, we use it to merchandise our vehicles to all of the 3rd party sites. Upload pictures, descriptions and options to Vauto and they'll send everything to all of your 3rd party sites quickly and effortlessly.

Vorteile:

Vauto is a one stop shop for buying, pricing and merchandising your inventory. A ton of powerful features to make sure you buy vehicles at the right price and merchandise them to sell.

Nachteile:

It's a little pricier than some options, but it makes up for it with functionality.

Great Dealer Software

Kommentare: Provisioning allows us to price and evaluate vehicles more competitively and saves time.

Vorteile:

This software provides A TON of information in one place. You can cross reference values from multiple locations including KBB, NADA, Black Book, etc. Makes changing prices easy and lists all comparable vehicles so you know how competitive you are. Reps are great and provide ample training.

Nachteile:

Takes a little time to figure out everything because there is so much information. Cost is a little on the hifh side.

I LOVE PROVISION

Kommentare: I wouldn't be abe to give an accurate appraisal on a vehicle without Provision.

Vorteile:

We appraise and book out each trade-in we take in through Provision. It gives me a clear market analysis and gives me a clear picture of market day supply on the vehicle I am appraising.

Nachteile:

At auction when using Provision on IOS it freezes or glitches. Sometimes after scanning a car or truck I have to close the app and reopen it..when at auction this is unacceptable.

V-Auto 5 Stars Hands Down

Vorteile:

The layout, extremely user friendly. I love that with some CRMs V-Auto will give alert to how many leads are on a specific unit.

Nachteile:

I'm afraid we may be missing out on some features of this tool due to lack of training.

The best we've used.

Kommentare: We have thoroughly enjoyed the tool, and have no plans on looking for a replacement any time soon.

Vorteile:

Provision is one of those tools we don't know what we would do without. They offer great insight, and valuable features to help make our jobs tremendously easier.

Nachteile:

Being a Cox Automotive product, it comes with some disadvantages just strictly based on its size. There may be some smaller companies out there that are incrementally better/cheaper/better reps, but Cox does a great job overall.

Must have

Vorteile:

Organization and ease of use to find specific inventory. Accepts feeds from other software and feeds out seamlessly. Very good inventory management system. One stop shop for notes, make adjustments to website feeds, appraisals, pricing, etc.

Nachteile:

It is difficult to find a con, but a way to organize inventory by specific attributes would be helpful.

V Auto Provision makes your job as a Used Car manager a breeze.

Kommentare: The best in class used car information available, and world class customer service.

Vorteile:

The software is so far ahead of the curve that it is amazing. No one else is offering such fantastic and comprehensive used car information. It truly feels like you are cheating, to have all the information available to you at a moments notice.

Nachteile:

The only thing that I can say is a con is that it is hard to afford all the tools that you need as a small used car lot. For the big guys it is an absolute no brainer.

Great Tool for Car Dealers

Kommentare: My overall experience with the Provision software has been excellent.

Vorteile:

Makes Inventory management a breeze. You can add custom tags too keep track of vehicles that need to be sent out, or have pending sales. Very user friendly. Also great tool for appraisals.

Nachteile:

Photo management needs more options for editing.

Provision is where it is!!!

Kommentare: I used provision, we switched software, and now we have recently went back to provision and I couldn't be happier. It is easy to use and requires little to no training. I am able to create custom reports to help me be efficient. Highly recommend!

Vorteile:

I enjoy the ease of use with this software. I have used multiple applications and this is by far my favorite.

Nachteile:

I wish that in the photo management portion of the software I could enlarge photos to make them a little easier to see while I am inputting information.

Kommentare: Vauto is a great tool to use for getting and pricing both new and pre-owned vehicles. Best inventory management system out there hands down.

Great way to value vehicles. Easy way to see current data at your fingertips. SO much data its on you if you screw up.

Nachteile:

There are very little cons to Vauto. Once you learn the ins n outs you will love it as well. One con if you can call it that is the overwhelming amount of data.

Crucial to Used Car Success

Kommentare: Provision has been a worthwhile investment ever since its been implemented.

Vorteile:

vAuto is irreplaceable for used car appraising in acquiring inventory and pricing it once we do have it on the lot.

Nachteile:

The interface itself has a relatively steep learning curve, but this is mostly because of the sheer volume of information being stored/presented.

We have been using the VAuto system now for many years and what we love most is how VAuto strives to keep up with changing times and makes improvements and update to their system constantly!

Vorteile:

VAuto provides great reports and excellent integration with third party tools. They have excellent customer service and quick turnaround. They are always willing to work with you.

Couldnt live with out them

Kommentare: This product is huge for us! We used them to help price our inventory, list inventory, and pictures. Its so easy to use and has an amazing customer service center

I use vAUTO alongside my sales managers to help merchandise vehicles

Kommentare: Easily integrated price changes and help with merchandising used vehicles in terms of pricing and descriptions during the vehicles life span on the lot.

Vorteile:

This tool helps me as a digital marketer as it lets me know which inventory needs help and which ones are properly merchandised.

Nachteile:

I have never used the merchandiser tool before however this could be more for sales managers or we are not getting full value out of it

Excellent application

Vorteile:

I used this application on a daily basis to check on vehicle inventory and to upload photographs of our new and used vehicles inventory. Very easy to use.

Nachteile:

No parameters for photo-taking you have to self-critique!
