Vorteile:

Einfache Archivierung, gut in der Gruppe zu arbeiten, revisionssicher

Nachteile:

Der Workflowdesigner und der schlechte Support. Man bekommt nur Antworten über den Vertriebspartner und der keine von Docuware.

Kommentare: Solides Programm mit zu großen Funktionsumfang. Wichtig ist es gleich richtig zu zuschneiden. Danach wird es schwierig.

Vorteile:

Sehr großer Funktionsumfang und viele Möglichkeiten für DMS und Workflows

Nachteile:

Kompliziert in Anwendung und Optimierung da es durch die vielen Funktionen verkompliziert ist.

Docuware Review

Kommentare: Docuware has been a great experience for our Company. It has allowed us to pay invoices faster, track information about who has overcharged us, and track change orders without letting them get lost in the shuffle.

Vorteile:

Docuware is a powerful tool for routing paperwork through workflows. It has eliminated paper running through our office and allowed our employees to work from any location without needing physical access to the paper.

Nachteile:

Setting up the workflows is difficult at first, but once you get used to "speaking the language" per se it's not bad at all.

DocuWare: Serviceable

Kommentare: My experience was good. As stated, once you figured out what you needed to do to complete the transaction, it was fine.

Vorteile:

Our association used Docuware for about six years and for where our business model was at the time, it served a good purpose. Once you figured out the system, it was easy enough to use, albeit a bit "clunky." We used it primarily for uploading invoices and bills to be paid.

Nachteile:

It was challenging to find past invoices with this system. Docuware was not overly intuitive, so it took a fair amount of time to figure out how to access and pull up past invoices if there were questions about payment.

Easier, usefull and fast way to work with the documents and datas.

Kommentare: The experience have been good, we started to work with DocuWare on June 2018, and during the pandemic time when we had been working at home it help us a lot and it was more easy for us.
Also it helps a lot the work with our auditors, now with DocuWare is more faster and esier.

Vorteile:

Well for us DocuWare change the way to work in the office with the documents, we save time, is more safe and faster than the way that we worked before to get the program.

Nachteile:

Well in general we are happy with the program but if I have to say one thing we miss some more tutorials or some more webinars to help to work with the program and also give an idea to implement the DocuWare in different deapartments of the company.

Vorteile:

Easy to find my documents, keep hundreds of documents and it is so easy to work with filters

Nachteile:

If I need to search a document I have to enter the exact first letters or numbers otherwise it won’t come up.

Docuware, great software for document management

Kommentare: Our experience has been very good. The power of the documentation search algorithm mixed with artificial intelligence is brutal.

Vorteile:

What I like most about Docuware is its versatility, its easy handling and the security of the information it stores.

Nachteile:

What I like least is that depending on the application you want to give it, it requires development, adaptability and implementation and this involves cost.

A great decision when we implemented it in 1999

Kommentare: We keep using it even our company was absorbed by a huge multinational. Some offices are using it too as it remains a local document organizer.

Vorteile:

To have all documents in one source correctly filed, organized and available to the team

Nachteile:

At the beginning to find ourselves the best way to give parameters to the documents to properly organize the information. At that time the support was not much (in 1999)

Innovative and robust document management platform

Vorteile:

I like DocuWare's ability to efficiently scan and store all of our important documents has allowed us to streamline processes and reduce paper usage. The intelligent search function makes it easy for us to quickly find any file, which saves us valuable time in our daily routine. In addition, integration with other systems, such as ERP and CRM, has improved interdepartmental communication and information management. DocuWare's ease of use and quick implementation allowed us to adapt smoothly to this new way of working. Finally, remote access and real-time collaboration have improved our efficiency, allowing us to work more agile and respond quickly to our company's needs.

Nachteile:

DocuWare offers many useful features, but it can be costly for small businesses. Also, more customization options would be ideal.

Kommentare: It has allowed us to keep our documents in order, we improve the fluency when filing and sharing documents very quickly, we keep our files safe, we reduce the cost of paper, the digitization of our documents has boosted our growth and productivity.

Vorteile:

It is the best software for document management, it is very good at keeping our documents digitally secure, it is very good at exchanging documents between colleagues, it is a very fast system, it is easy to navigate and it keeps document management smooth.

Nachteile:

Some colleagues thought that it is expensive software at first, but I disagree as there are many software with similar functions, but DocuWare has more power to manage our documents to a great extent.

Connectivity with SAP BO, so our accountant can book all the invoices from our suppliers faster.

Nachteile:

For the moment I like everything about DocuWare.

Safe and Secured

Vorteile:

I really like how Docuware works together with the other software's used to store documents for everything. Also, like how I can put any location and look up the information needed for the store/tenant. Once you understand how to use Docuware it is easily used and able to locate the information need.

Nachteile:

The thing I like the least with Docuware is learning how to use the program. I have slowly taught myself how to navigate the program but I believe a lot of people are scared to use it because it can be confusing to learn how to navigate.

Docuware Functionality

Kommentare: It is very pleasant and an easy to use software.

Vorteile:

It has an option of being server or cloud based and the users have a webclient interface that is compatible with all modern browsers

Nachteile:

Docuware support still has to improve. Africa has to be reliant on support from German. it is as if Africa is a country and not a region. that might negatively affect it in Africa

I haven't experienced any downside with DocuWare as it matches all what I need.

Kommentare: I was able to get the effect I wanted in the management of my documents.

Affordable. Fast interface. It simplifies searching for documents and greatly reduces the time it takes to find a document.

Nachteile:

There is nothing I don't like about the product, it provided the control of my documents as I wanted.

I wish there was a google style search option

How you can incorporate this product on any area in your business. I also like how it bridges with various software applications.

Nachteile:

I can’t select a series of documents and index them/store in separate trays simultaneously.

Documented Docuware Success Story

Kommentare: As a Docuware client for over 15 years I have seen this product evolve. We have utilized this program to scan, index and search real estate title documents. From our first use we knew this product was going to revolutionize our title company and it has done this without any loss of productivity and, in fact, has saved manpower and storage dollars. From the moment we created our first "cabinet" with one entry till now where we house over 40 million images that are accessed by personnel from all our locations, we experience exceptional response time and absolutely no "down time". I highly recommend this product to anyone in the title industry.

Vorteile:

Functionality, ease of use, and very small learning curve.

Nachteile:

I have no adverse thoughts.

I took over the Docuware administration for my company. The learning curve was steep, but worth it!

Kommentare: Organization, shedding of old paper records (which made it easy to relocate).

Vorteile:

It allowed my company to get rid of @ 80% of it's paper records! It collated the old files into a common user interface (per department) that allows anyone to use it and find stuff quickly and easily!

Nachteile:

The one thing I think is missing (and this has been recorded) is that the "fat" client has been removed from the software. As an administrator, I made frequent use of the fat client.

We researched document managing programs, Docuware is by far the best program available! WE LOVE IT!

Vorteile:

Simplicity, Thorough, and Value these are some words that come to mind about the Docuware program. We are in the process of "managing" 17 years worth of document. Through Docuware we are able to "spider web link" our Bill of Ladings to our Packing Slip to our PO's to our Invoices (AP) to our Customer Invoices (AR) to the SDS sheets to the Certification of Standards documents our customers require. This program has reduced hours of research in paper files to minutes in the program search fields. That's not even the best part! Exceptional Service! We had one minor issue when we first implemented the program within one small area, we contacted our local representation (Les Olson Company) they in return setup a conference call with Docuware with in 48 hours a resolution to the issue AND fixed. I have not had an issue since. My company and I are extremely pleased with Docuware and what it accomplishes.

No complaints. Great product!

That it connects to my email account, as well as, other software for ease of use. If confused about setup they processes are easy to figure out.
