One thing I like about convoso is transfers as well as Manuel dialing and the inbound callback queue.

The one thing that started to be a big problem is the call wait time

Kommentare: not the worst but not the best either. It can be frustrating when agents get kicked off calls or callers can't hear them

It's pretty reliable. There are some challenges that don't seem to get fixed

The efficiency, user friendly and systematic user options. The calls come in clear and the system itself is simple yet secure to use.
Nachteile:
On occasion when I am looking up a phone number I have to log out and log back in to pull up the history.
Easy of use
Vorteile:
Easy disposition and wrap up. I like how easy the dispositions are (You do not need to manually enter dispositions which saves times). I like how easy it to also change dispositions incase you make a mistake.
Nachteile:
I appreciate that you can search for the lead by their ID in the history part but l'd prefer if you could also search by the lead's name. It's hard to search if you don't remember their ID

Kommentare: I have been using this dialer for the pass 2 years an it has been the best dialer I have ever used.
Vorteile:
it filters answering machine and uses numbers that r valid and legitimate.
Nachteile:
I have no problem using this dialer so far its working well.

Kommentare: It saves time to dial many leads quickly rather than dialing myself.

How it automatically dials our outbound calls and not having to manually dial.
Nachteile:
Sometimes there is a too long of a delay from when the contact answers to when I am connected and the contact is frustrated or hangs up.

It seems to go down sometimes which can be very inconvenient but they get it back up very quickly, theres not a lot of downtime when there are issues.

Great auto-dialer
Vorteile:
Never have to wait long, multiple outbound calls are made at once and waiting is never an issue.
Nachteile:
I honestly can't think of any negatives. It workes perfectly for my needs.

I like that it is fully customizable from color schemes to user types and user permissions. You can tailor it exactly to your needs.
Nachteile:
The customizations and settings are confusing and difficult to set up. There is a knowledge base but it does not answer every question and when you call in for help, they won't make the changes for you even though they are familiar with their system; they make you painstakingly figure out how to configure it taking hours from your work day. Simple settings like configuring company voicemail become overwhelming endeavors that are not easy to remember for the future.
Convoso is user frienldy
Kommentare: so far i like convoso but there is one more program i do like a little better . i prefer also the convoso not be such a big screen but more of a little device i put on the side so it doesnt take my whole screen

Gets The Job Done
Kommentare: Pretty easy to use and find info thats needed, so far I've experienced minimal issued when it comes to calls dropping.

Easy to use the interface is easy to use, easy to track your call history, update dispos and perform call backs just to name a few.

Kommentare: I experience isn't all too good because the answering machines are so frequent and to schedule a callback takes too long however I do like the swiftness of the calls and it isn't difficult to maneuver.

The answering machines aren't filtered and sometimes when I disposition a call as "sale", it comes back in the leads.
