Besides the great guys that run the company, it is very user friendly. The customer service is 2nd to none.

Nachteile:

Schedulefly's reporting functionality is limited. We used it in tandem with other software for clocking in and clocking out.

Simple, intuitive, restaurant-focused design allows seamless integration into your operation.

Vorteile:

The software's ease of use means no training is required and this means that a lot of formerly time consuming issues - shift trades and shift checking for example - are so easily done that I have forgotten what it was like before we started using Schedulefly. The price is also fantastic. As is the customer service.

Nachteile:

There is nothing to dislike about this software. FYI capterra verified me through my linked in profile and it is making me use my distillery as my organization. I also have Top of the Hill Restaurant and Brewery and that is the organization I use Schedulefly for.

Simple and Functional

Kommentare: Schedulefly was simple to use. It has a lot of the perks that other scheduling platforms charge for built into the transparent pricing. It is a handy scheduling platform, although I do wish it was a little more aesthetically pleasing.

Vorteile:

I really liked the transparent pricing. I like that all the bells and whistles that other companies charge for are included at the flat rate. It was easy to build schedules, different roles, add team-members, and communicate with the whole team. Overall a great and easy to use product.

Nachteile:

Schedulefly prides itself on its simple interface and the 'no need' for an app. I do find this to be a miss for my team. Most of my employees are young and having one more app is no problem for them -- remembering to log into a website regularly is more annoying than having the push notifications directly on their phones.

Vorteile:

I think it is really user friendly. I have used HotSchedules before and I think it’s much easier to create a schedule with your platform.

Nachteile:

I wish it would alert to overtime or give the hours an employee is already scheduled when someone is trying to pick up a shift.

Love Schedulefly!

Kommentare: Schedulefly is easy to use and has very personal customer support! [sensitive content hidden] is awesome! You actually get a real person whenever you have questions or need help.

Vorteile:

Schedulefly is straight forward and easy to use! This was the first scheduling program we ever used at Smokin’ Dave’s BBQ. It was very easy to set up. [sensitive content hidden] was extremely attentive and helpful!

Nachteile:

I enjoyed all aspects of Schedulefly. Some employees wished there was an app, but it’s easy to download to the Home Screen and use as an app.

Great tool for restaurants

Vorteile:

Accessibility: The platform is easy to access from various devices, making it convenient for both staff and management. Intuitive Interface: The app is user-friendly and straightforward, allowing for quick navigation and efficient scheduling.

Nachteile:

Distribution Confusion: When working on the schedule for the upcoming week, it does not automatically distribute that new week. If you’re not careful, it may distribute the current week instead. There’s no warning message to alert you that you’re distributing the existing schedule, which can lead to confusion.

Vorteile:

SF is the easiest Scheduling program out there. For owners, managers and staff. Very reasonably priced. And now there is APP!!

Nachteile:

My only criticism was there wasn’t app but that has been rectified. All good. This is my 4th company using SF.

This is the simplest scheduling tool I've ever used

Kommentare: Schedulefly was hands down the best and simplest scheduling tool I've used over my 20 years in the food and beverage industry. The tool was simple to learn, easy to train new teammates on and I loved the employee messaging capabilities and our teams did too.

Vorteile:

The customer service [sensitive content hidden] and his team provides is the best in the business. They truly care about their customers and are quick to solve any issues (and the issues we experienced were minor to none).

Nachteile:

At the time we were using SF, there was no POS integration but that has since changed.

Make your life easier

Vorteile:

Schedulefly allows for seamless employee scheduling. Tracking employee shift changes are the best used tools for our team. We can approve or deny the trade and hold staff accountable for following protocols.

Nachteile:

I wish this software had a customized app for iphones, but otherwise we really enjoy the product.

Best Scheduling Software for the money!

Kommentare: The team at Schedulefly are always available and very easy to get in touch with. They are very responsive and I have not ever had an issue that wasn't resolved very quickly. This is my favorite scheduling software because it gives you the ability to do everything you need it to do without paying for a bunch of options that you will never use.

Ease of use and function. Very simple to use and allows you to get the information you need.

Nachteile:

I cannot think of anything that has been a con with this software. It is very easy to use and gives me all of the information that I want.

Easy and Simple program for scheduling

Kommentare: Schedulefly allows the entire team to see their schedule and know which of their coworkers are working. It helps when you are trying to find shift trades to see who is working when and who might be able to take your shift. Its clean and straight forward, making it easy to learn quickly.

Vorteile:

Its very simple and straightforward as an employee to see your schedule and trade shifts. You can view what your schedule is weekly, and see the schedule for the entire team. I like the feature that allows you to see who is working right when you look. Its easy to pick up shifts as Schedulefly will email all employees when a shift is posted, and in the email there is a button that takes you to the webpage to pick up the shift.

Nachteile:

There are not a ton of different features for Schedulefly, but as an employee, it fits my needs.

Employee Scheduling software for a budget that works

Kommentare: For bottom dollar, it is a very good option. Much better than paper and pencil. Solid communication platform for staff too. Great entry level for someone with minimal needs

Very easy to use for managers and staff. Scheduling and budgeting simple but effective. Minimal set up

Nachteile:

Internet worked fine for it. No app available which isn’t a deal breaker but at the time website was not optimized for mobile browsing

Great program with mobile app and free trial option

Vorteile:

This program seems to have a lot more bells and whistles than a lot of other scheduling apps. I was impressed from the start. They also offer a free trial!

Nachteile:

The pricing is a bit expensive but you do get more features for the cost. To be an administrator with this software can be time-consuming as you learn all of the bells and whistles at first.

Schedulefly Scheduling Software

Kommentare: Schedulefly was our go-to option for quite a while across our restaurants. We have transitioned away from it (or are in the process of transitioning) to a new piece of software with greater reporting capacity.

Vorteile:

Schedulefly is easily readable and provides decent scheduling and flexibility. The communication component and ability to attach files is helpful.

Nachteile:

Schedulefly's reporting functionality is limited. We used it in tandem with other software for clocking in and clocking out.

This product makes working in the service industry headache free!

Vorteile:

The ability to switch shifts without having to call/text multiple people. Very user friendly design.

Nachteile:

The ability to export the schedule into iPhone calendars would be a nice touch. Also the lack of an app could be fixed.

Best solution for restaurant scheduling

Kommentare: The interface, usability, various tools to utilize - all combine to give an outstanding platform for both our managers and the employees. All 10 of our restaurants use ScheduleFly and we can’t imagine our work life without it. Scheduling was surveyed as one of the worst things our managers had to deal with - this software changed that.

Vorteile:

Extremely easy to use. It is versatile, as everything can be done on the fly via a smartphone.

Nachteile:

Can’t think of any. It is a well-rounded product from the software to customer support.

LOVE ScheduleFly!

Kommentare: We have been able to lower labor cost, increase the ease of distribution of training documents, communicate with staff members on an official platform, and made scheduling easy!

Vorteile:

ScheduleFly is easy to use, customer service is fantastic and employees love the simple interface. I have used this software across 13 restaurants at one time and the benefits for labor cost are incredible!

User-Friendly for the entire staff

Kommentare: Schedulefly allows our managers to focus on other tasks besides changing and managing schedules. The staff can be responsible for their own changes, etc...

Vorteile:

Not only has our FOH staff enjoyed the product, the BOH staff also has really welcomed the different options of managing their schedules on their mobile devices.

Nachteile:

I wish it was compatible with our POS system to help manage early clock-in times.
