Für jede Kleinigkeit müssen einzeln Rechte vergeben werden sodass neue Teammitglieder einführen ewig dauert und der Prozess andauernd irgendwo herrscht.

Prima für Projektpläne

Vorteile:

Mein Team nutzt es hauptsächlich, um sich einen Überblick über offene Tickets zu verschaffen und direkt zu sehen welche Themen überfällig sind. Beides funktioniert für uns wunderbar.

Nachteile:

Die Navigation ist nicht bedienerfreundlich und kostet uns unnötig Zeit.

Transparency and Collaboration with Wrike

Kommentare: Our organization has had a wonderful experience with support through our [sensitive content hidden] and the Wrike Help Desk. We did learn to make sure wording is very specific and detailed when working with sales.

Vorteile:

I like how Wrike helps increase transparency and collaboration within our entire organization.

Nachteile:

In a project, the data within the fields only "copies/duplicates" within the same task/project line level. The only way to get the data within the top level task to copy into sub tasks is to either pay to enable integrations and pay to have their solutions engineers write code to create a "Wrike to Wrike Integrations" or to manually transfer the data into the sub tasks.

Kommentare: Wrike has been a game changer for our team, we have multiple specialist teams that use it in very different ways and it's critical to keeping our fast-paced work on track and organized. I do wish it had better integration with Google Suite tools, in a growing virtual and remote environment it feels critical that they figure out how to sync with cloud tools in a more seamless way, but overall very happy with our experience

Vorteile:

There are so many different ways to organize, view and process information in Wrike, so it works well for many learner types. The amount of customization once you really know how to use the tool is vast, so once you invest the time to get over the learning curve you can really run with it.

Nachteile:

The learning curve is steep, and we've found that just providing the training videos to our new hires during onboarding is not sufficient. We have to create dedicated, days-long workshops to teach staff how to use it.

Extremely Disappointed with the Wrike Team

Kommentare: I’ve been using Wrike for a while now, and honestly, I thought the software was pretty decent. But wow, their customer service and accounts team? A whole different story. We’ve been stuck in this crazy mess because of an internal error made by a former employee and we’ve been trying to sort it out for months in good faith with Wrike, but it’s like talking to a brick wall. It’s super frustrating and feels like we’re just going around in circles. Trying to get through to their customer service is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. They dodge our calls, and getting any sort of response feels like a miracle. Either that or we end up speaking with really unprofessional reps that don't even bother to help or escalate. The times we did end up finally getting someone to help, they basically said, too bad, out of luck! And here’s the kicker – they’ve locked us out of our own data and systems because of this billing issue. It’s like they’re holding our data for ransom, which is just insane. It’s like they’re saying, “Nice data you have there, shame if something happened to it.” Not cool at all. Bottom Line: The software might be okay, but dealing with their team is a nightmare. It’s left a really bad taste in my mouth. If you’re thinking about using Wrike, just be aware of what you might be getting into with their customer service and billing. I’m definitely telling my network to steer clear!

Good product solution for Project Management and would be an amazing bit of software if the support and accounts team were good to work with. They took an amazing product that I am about to walk away from, just because they have company syndrome now and like abusing the little guy!

Nachteile:

Customer service, support, and billing are awful. Beware!

Request form, blueprints, dashboards and automation. These activities help with transparency and eliminate manual work.

Nachteile:

Nothing right now. We have been using Wrike for seven years and over this time the platform has transformed to be a central source of truth for our program.

Kommentare: My company migrated to Wrike from another work management software about twelve months ago. The transition and adoption rate were easy due to Wrike's intuitive workflows and easy-to-build dashboards.

Wrike's intuitive design makes it an easy work management application to adopt. It provides a robust set of features, such as task management, project scheduling, resource allocation, time tracking, and collaboration tools, to streamline team projects and workflows.

Nachteile:

Some of the reporting features could be improved upon. The formatting of reports saved to PDF isn't always aligned.

Technically is a great tool with no issues but depending on your use case if you don't need its level of power it may be overkill making it hard for some users.

Wrike- transform the way you work

Kommentare: Wrike allows me to be flexible in the way I organize work, and see work with the dashboards. By using this I never lose track of my projects and tasks, and can easily communicate with other team members. It absolutely increases our work efficiency.

Vorteile:

Wrike has a unique ability to organize work in the way that many other project management systems do not. It's a simple element of the platform, but it makes a world of a difference when you. start onboarding multiple teams across multiple departments. It also has strengths in cross-departmental collaboration, work and file sharing.

Nachteile:

It take's some time to learn your way around the platform and get the full benefits from it. But once you do, the value you can unlock is amazing.

Wrike is top of the line!

Kommentare: Our team was able to collaborate with each other all while utilizing the A.I. LLM features within the platform to seamlessly tackle tasks without having to switch between gpt apps.

Vorteile:

Wrike has a great interface that makes Project Management easy. The proofing tools made my job as team leader especially easy as it was a few clicks to fix typos before the project could be completed.

Nachteile:

There could be more features for financial aspects of the project, I only suggest this as a further upgrade as the platform could become a one stop for everything.

Nachteile:

The mobile application is without a few key features from the desktop variant, thereby restricting one's ability to be productive while on the go.

Why I Prefer Wrike Over Alternatives for PPM

Vorteile:

Wrike is one of the tools which I have used for quite so long time now. I like that it not only offers PPM tools but also have collaboration, gantt chart and Kanban board features.

Nachteile:

The last bug which I encountered like two years ago was fixed rapidly by the vendor technical team

Kommentare: Our tenure using Wrike has been so fruitful. It has offered us an perfect workspace that help us streamline our work. Wrike makes it easy for us to plan for our projects and has dashboards that makes it effortless to track our projects progress. It also allows us to use automation workflows which help us get routine work done quickly and with no manual efforts.

Vorteile:

Onboarding to Wrike was so easy and more to our delight, using it has been much easier than we initially thought. It was also so easy for us to customize Wrike to match with our needs. Wrike security functions are very powerful and help us to keep all our data and information safe. It has well structured dashboards that help us gain full view of our work. There are also automations available that has allowed us to take lesser time taking care of the routine tasks by automating them.

Nachteile:

Everything about Wrike has been in place so far. There has been no concerns coming from anyone.
