Langwierige Einführung

Nachteile:

Für jede Kleinigkeit müssen einzeln Rechte vergeben werden sodass neue Teammitglieder einführen ewig dauert und der Prozess andauernd irgendwo herrscht.

Prima für Projektpläne

Vorteile:

Mein Team nutzt es hauptsächlich, um sich einen Überblick über offene Tickets zu verschaffen und direkt zu sehen welche Themen überfällig sind. Beides funktioniert für uns wunderbar.

Nachteile:

Die Navigation ist nicht bedienerfreundlich und kostet uns unnötig Zeit.

Vorteile:

Wrike is a game changer when it comes to team collaboration

Kommentare: Wrike helps us share knowledge and divide tasks with my team. It is easy to log in and check the tasks that need attention. It keeps everyone informed and allows users to contribute even when they are away from work.

Vorteile:

Wrike is easy to set up, esp. for users switching from another project management platform. All the team members can pick tasks and upload files when they are done, making it easy to keep tabs on every project. It saves our time and helps me monitor my team and assign tasks even my home office.

Nachteile:

Some team members upload their scripts and forget to move the cards. There is no way around it so they have to move the task cards to ensure the platform reflects the current project status. Automating the car movement could probably solve the problem. It does not look modern for users looking for attractive platforms.

Solid project planning sytem

Kommentare: Generally very good, a good way to organise and communicate multple projects with many stakeholders

Vorteile:

It's got some great automation tools for setting up recurring projects

Nachteile:

The interface is a little overwhelming at times especially when looking at multiple projects on the gantt chart

Good potential, but not intuitive.

Kommentare: Negative for the reasons I mentioned above.

Vorteile:

Definitely powerful for scheduling tasks.

Nachteile:

Clunky and not user friendly. Also the amount of work to set up one task could just as easily have been an email.

Wrike is top of the line!

Kommentare: Our team was able to collaborate with each other all while utilizing the A.I. LLM features within the platform to seamlessly tackle tasks without having to switch between gpt apps.

Vorteile:

Wrike has a great interface that makes Project Management easy. The proofing tools made my job as team leader especially easy as it was a few clicks to fix typos before the project could be completed.

Nachteile:

There could be more features for financial aspects of the project, I only suggest this as a further upgrade as the platform could become a one stop for everything.

Wrike- hands on expertise at Builder.ai

Kommentare: At Builder.ai, I came across this tool. They had an internal tool but later switched to this. It requires some initial training and then you are good to go. I have used it’s to-do list for tracking my tasks. It has a reminder system for tasks due or near due. Its great overall

Vorteile:

I like the room booking system, it is a unique concept. Like you have sprint of some duration, you can book room of a duration and allot tasks to team members and track them

Nachteile:

Costing is high, similar products in market comes at half of its price

We love Wrike!

Vorteile:

The near-endless customization, it's perfect for working with clients, the use of collaborators, the automation, the approval process

Nachteile:

The only complaint I have is so small, it's that we cannot send our clients a report without them being able to click into each task and view all of our internal discussions. We wish there was a way to toggle that off.

Wrike has made my work life more organized.KEEP IT UP

Vorteile:

I like that I can access my spreadsheet anytime I want without having to switch between different platforms through my mobile app also I like the ability to create custom items,create blue prints,set automation rules,see tasks in a number of views(table view ,Kanban boards etc).

Nachteile:

Unexpected crashes or functional loss do happen from time to time but they are quite unusual.

Wrike: Sophisticated Tool for PM & TM

Vorteile:

Availability of iOS mobile application allows me to streamline business processes on the go from anywhere. Managing project, tasks and enhancing real-time communications is what I relish a lot with this tool.

Nachteile:

Wrike requires to be integrated with external applications to suit PM and TM needs for global enterprises.

Unveiling the Power of PPM with Wrike

Kommentare: Project and task management. Time and expense tracking on projects.

Vorteile:

Availability of both cloud and on-premise platforms for desktop and mobile devices is what I like most since I am able to access it from anywhere across any device.

Nachteile:

Thanks to vendor success team for fixing all the bugs that I was experiencing on Wrike.

Wrike: All-in-one PPM Solution of this Era

Vorteile:

Wrike for the past five years has been a game changer for PPM. I give double thumbs up to the fact that it has a mobile application that allows me to plan, track and manage projects on the go.

Nachteile:

It is too unfortunate that the vendor has not yet incorporated offline access capability.

Excellent tool for PM's, Easy to use for non-PM's

Kommentare: This has been a fantastic addition to our Projects Division toolkits, and has been integral in the success of several projects we have run via Wrike. Without this tool we would not have been able to properly organize all of the steps and milestones, and undoubtedly would not have had such success with each project we completed.

Vorteile:

We were looking for a full project management suite our PM was focused on a robust tool that met all of the PM standards and requirements. As we reviewed various software suites we found that although many met their needs, they were very difficult to use and understand for non-project oriented staff; this was critical for us many staff are required to interact with the Projects Division as part of their stakeholder and SME roles. We were very happy to see Wrike had a friendly and very usable interface that non-PM focused users could interact with easily.

Nachteile:

As an admin level user for myself it is very easy to get 'lost' within Wrike, as I have access to all projects, tasks and PM features. Although note that this isn't a fault of the software but rather how we configured our environment and user access.

Wrike is Great for Project-Based Work

Kommentare: Wrike's flowchart displays all activities and includes a comment and recommendation section for each task, making it an excellent communication tool. Wrike makes my job easier, and I love using it since I can customize the interface to my liking. It may be accessed from any web browser, on desktop computers running macOS or Windows, and on mobile devices running Android or iOS.

Vorteile:

Wrike has been an indispensable tool for us for a wide range of purposes over the course of several years. As an example of Wrike's usefulness, we were able to move our Change Request process from paper-based Excel spreadsheets to automated, digitally-driven Wrike task lists, complete with reporting. A centralized location was created so everyone could see what updates were open and past due.

Nachteile:

Some sorts of views might be awkward to alter in some situations. Dates and times may be a pain to establish and modify. Not quick enough for everyday usage across all projects and takes time to manage the to-do list.

When it comes to managing projects, Wrike is top-notch

Vorteile:

Thanks to the platform's flexibility, I've been able to centralize and simplify a great deal of my work. The most exciting feature is the seamless real-time communication and team overview that it provides. In sum, if you're wanting to increase productivity and better manage your workload, Wrike is a tool I'd strongly suggest.

Nachteile:

If I had to select one thing, it would be that all the features and options may seem overwhelming at first. It took me some time to learn how to maximize the effectiveness of each feature.

PMs Love This Tool!

Kommentare: I love it. But it takes too long to make a creative team love it.

Vorteile:

The scheduling tool and proofing tool are both fantastic. Everything lives here for our team, with the exception of our financials (this is because we couldn't cut purchase orders in Wrike).

Nachteile:

Last we checked, we couldn't cut purchase orders in the tool. In addition, for in-house agencies, it would be great if you could pull reporting on effort to show how a team is performing, instead of relying on timesheets. In-house agencies are not as dependent on timesheets, so effort scheduled would be a great tool to pull reporting from. Granted, effort is not even an option for reporting. Also, the tool desperately needs a find-and-replace function. If you want to rename every step of a project, you need to be able to quickly find and replace. Otherwise, you are copying and pasting the new name into every row, sometimes hundreds of times. Peaches! The calendar view should be more like a Google Cal view of the schedule, without 400 steps pulling on individual days but just a stretch of active time - like a Gantt, but more creative-friendly. I want to be able to show the big picture of the agency "at a glance" without seeing every single step in the schedule. I am a HUGE Wrike fan and implemented it when we were at DISH. The agency I'm at now already had Wrike in place, but they were not successfully using it, so I defined the process for it. I could still really improve our engagement in it as a team. And creatives really hate it - ha. Something should be done to make it more creative-friendly. I have a lot of tips and tricks to share with folks though if you ever want random ways to help engagement.

Excellent Team and Project Management

The blueprint and recurrent features in particular are a marvelous tool to help us easily create and recreate projects that happen with frequency.

Nachteile:

We continue to discover new features that are rolled out that can be of great assistance to us. Unfortunately, documentation and help articles explaining how to use these are not always readily found.

Wrike is a great all-in-one solution for project managers

Kommentare: The status of each project, the number of tasks completed, the amount of time spent on each, and much more can now be viewed in one convenient location. It's a huge improvement over having everyone on the team use their own methods.

Vorteile:

Wrike is a great tool for monitoring and organizing multiple projects at once. When you have several clients to keep track of, it's extremely helpful to be able to categorize and arrange your projects according to their purpose, client, and current status.

Nachteile:

I would appreciate it if a few UI things were polished up. Not a dealbreaker, but the software may be less user-friendly on the smaller screens of a laptop or mobile device.

Highly Recommend

Kommentare: We have been able to get organized and store a ton of information in one place. This has also given us great insight as to what everyone’s workloads are like. Even if not everything is in the program, you can still get a good idea of what they’re up to or have time to work on. It’s a great way to group your tasks and you can create custom dashboards to make it so you see important tasks and what needs to get done at a glance. Despite some of the quirks, I recommend it.

Vorteile:

For the most part, I really like this product. It has allowed us to easily organize, group and assign projects to our team and really helped us get more organized. I like that it has a nice, simple look with lists. It is easy to create a task and assign it to yourself or someone else, set dates, change priorities, add attachments, links, format text in your task description, and group them into folders. I also like that you can put the same tasks in different locations so, if it applies to 2 different categories, then it can live in both places. It is also great that you can set it up so that certain tasks set their dates according to other task dates.

Nachteile:

There are some features that would really make this a great product and whenever I have contacted support, they basically try to upsell us to a different level plan that still doesn’t solve the problem we’re having. One thing that’s funny is that it will gladly notify you when someone has assigned a task to you... but if you assign a task to someone and they mark it complete... it won’t tell you. It’ll wait until all the sub tasks are complete and then tell you after a certain period of time that you can mark the task complete. This has literally NEVER been useful to me. It also has a funky set up when it comes to grouping related tasks underneath another tasks so you have to play around with a set up that works for you. Lastly, they have a desktop app that they always prompt you to use when you click links to Wrike in other locations like your email. The app was just another thing I had to have open that did not help with my programs and it doesn’t seem to allow you to not receive that notification each time you click a Wrike link.

Why do we need to give our attention for this App?
