This was the first CMMS really utilized by the company, there was much integration past the data input it took to generate assets. That process was quite simple.

Nachteile:

The inability to customize the cost of the software based on needs...meaning, we use the software for it's most basic components, not for inventory, parts ordering, etc.

The ultimate tool for success in asset management

Kommentare: I love the myriad of benefits it offers for maintenance management. The ease of use is remarkable, since I was able to start using all the functions quickly and without problems.

Vorteile:

What I like the most is its ease of use and full functionality. With just a few clicks you can organize and manage all my assets and inventory efficiently.

While this is not a major issue, it would be great to have easier integration with other tools and systems I use at my company.

Good for the Money

Kommentare: Very easy to use but reporting is not accurate at all.

Easy to use, creating PM's, generating work orders and assigning work orders.

Hard to setup and use reports. Most of the reports are not accurate.

Excellent Program - Stay On Task

Kommentare: It really helps on the job to keep my day organized and it was easy to learn.

Vorteile:

It helps at work to keep track of all of the tasks I have to take care of. I also like it that I can use the app on my phone to close out tasks and add tasks.

Nachteile:

I can't think of anything i dislike. Everything seems easy to understand and use once you get used to it.

Vorteile:

It has all the features we need, works very well for a company our size. The value to price ratio is high.

Nachteile:

Since we are not using Fiix to its full capability, ther have not been any particular dislikes.

Kommentare: it is still and will be the only comfortable software or application to maintain assets in our tiny company

Vorteile:

Mobile application and asset tracking are the most valuable feature in Fiix, this help me track and tag any IT assets on our company. basically, tracking asset is so easy only by scanning the barcode or QRcode

Nachteile:

the asset recording is pretty hard to do, I am only a free trial user so maybe that is the reason i have such struggle. importing/exporting assets list from csv or any other data based file will be great. also sometimes the barcode or QRcode did not worked properly when scanned by Fiix mobile app

A Busy Career.

Kommentare: It allows everyone to know what PM has been completed and by who. This way time and material isn't wasted by doing the same job more than once.

Vorteile:

Easy to use after proper training on how to access.

Nachteile:

Administrator needs more access to make changes to assets and scheduling without having to get ahold of someone to allow the changes to be made.I wish there was a alarm on the system to let everyone know that a PM is about to be overdue, instead of letting you know it's late after the fact.

Kommentare: Fiix is a fairly good cmms system the setup and instruction was very good, getting my engineers on board is a little harder.

Vorteile:

importing our asset list in from excel was a great help once you understand how to do it

Nachteile:

not being able to import our stores in from excel. typing everything in one line at a time is taking forever.

There are many Pros of this software but till now I didn't face any issue with the software that's why their is no any cons of the software till date.

Vorteile:

This product is a good value for the money spent. It is cloud based which is important for my type work. Up time is excellent. The search ability to find a specific asset works well also.

Nachteile:

the only con is that there is a little redundancy in detail categories.

Fiix from a parts room experience.

Kommentare: Once trained on the procedures for using all the features needed for my parts room operation Fiix has been a time saver and a big asset. So far the system has worked flawlessly.

Vorteile:

The ease of contacting vendors to get quotes and order with purchase orders saves valuable time and effort.Using the Fiix numbers in union with manufacture part numbers makes issuing and tracking parts usage much easier. In our operation the technicians are required to get the parts needed prior to work orders being issued. I have found that the Fiix numbers are easier for the techs to use and has helped to eliminate the wrong part numbers being reported on the work cards. Also the constant alerts when low stock levels are met makes it easier to order and maintain proper stock lev els.

Nachteile:

Setting up Fiix took a little longer due to having to import all parts information into the Fiix software, but once done the ease of operation and the time saving steps by using Fiix helped offset the time needed to set it up.

User friendly. Help and instruction is easy to find or access. All in one software for maintenance.

Nachteile:

CMMS settings can be a little difficult to understand, but they're easily edited if you don't get the desired result you're looking for.

Did you put a Fiix Ticket in for that item? is my #1 phrase I say at work.

Kommentare: We use the Fiix System to maintain operational readiness across 6 facilities across Texas. When tickets are submitted by the teams, I can focus my time more efficiently instead of driving across the state to show up and then discover I needed 1 specific tools that may now be sitting in a tool box 300 miles away and not available without ordering a week in advance.

Vorteile:

This helps track things as they happen and even get ahead of maintenance preventing loss of equipment use and wasted time.

Nachteile:

The mobile platform has a minor quirk where I feel it could do better with the interface, but that is a personal preference.

Procurement/Inventory Management with Fiix

Kommentare: I mainly utilize the Purchasing and Parts & Supplies modules. The PO system is easy to use from day one. The Parts & Supplies module tracks all of the necessary points of inventory management. You can handle everything you want to manage from planning to the final closure of the work order. The module can all be accessed via links from work order to purchase request to PO to receipt to work order completion. This is a vital tool when researching through asset/equipment/vehicle/inventory management.

Vorteile:

The Purchasing and Parts & Supplies modules in Fiix are very user friendly. Any outside the box options that we have requested have been implemented with relative ease and low expense. We now have Fiix driving information into our ERP system as part of the accounting process. As Fiix has grown with us, they have added quite a few intuitive dashboards that help out in all areas of users. I have used many CMMS systems in the past, but Fiix has been the most user friendly and easy to modify as business changes/grows.

Nachteile:

I really would like to know more about other areas of the system that I don't utilize regularly and also able to create my own reports on the fly.

Perfect for us.

Kommentare: It's a bit pricy. And for a smaller company it can be a tough hurdle to get over. But it is worth it. The software is very powerful. And the data/info you get is great. Even in our small operation (36 employees) it has proven very valuable even passed the maintenance aspect! Id recommend it to anyone. Just because the app portion doesn't work good for us. Doesn't mean it won't work for someone else.

Vorteile:

The interface is easy to pick up for new employees. The overall use of the browser portion, is easy to use. It allows us things we never thought of after about 4 years. It will give you data you never had before.

Nachteile:

The new app is terrible. I keep the old app loaded on my tech's tablets. It's not geared toward all types of uses. It's geared toward one type of use. The web browser portion is perfect. And that is what the app should be, just a scaled down mobile version of that. The price is also a bit rich for what we use. I wish it was a bit more ala-cart based. Pay for the features you use.

Effective solution to manage work orders

Kommentare: Fiix has been instrumental in helping me manage maintenance issues and work orders. It is capable of prioritizing action items by time frame e.g. high priority items must be addressed within 24 hours. It also keeps me abreast of outstanding items that require attention. If these tasks were done manually, it would require a lot of time to manage.

Vorteile:

My favorite feature in this software is that work orders are easily created, tagged, assigned and monitored until close out. Reminders or notifications are automatically despatched to users with actions to notify them of outstanding actions. This helps ensure that high priority items are addressed in a timely manner and closed out.

Nachteile:

There are no aspects of this product that I did not like.

Vorteile:

The mobile apps is very useful. i have 475 buildings to maintien. with this tool we enhance the travelling efficiacy.

Nachteile:

what I like least is the construction of the report. there are already built reports but when we need precise data according to our business unit we have to build our own report but the tool is not very user-friendly. But I have excellent customer support that helps me whenever I have a need with building a rapport.

Manage and maintain super easily

Vorteile:

The software is great in managing the orders. There is negligible paperwork now in our current business and let me tell you how hassle-free it has made the whole process. Moreover, the optimization it provides for the maintenance-related work is a huge pro in my opinion.

Nachteile:

Nothing in my mind. But will love to see more features coming in the future. Great product and idea.

It is a great help to us especially when it comes to equipment monitoring and maintenance.

Kommentare: I have gained knowledge in terms of proper monitoring of an asset in which my company benefits. Innovation on the system of maintenance it is a big help for us in many terms such, inventory, repairs, life span of equipment, even certificate also monitored in the software. The big impact to us is we lessen the downtimes especially in the operations. And the equipment schedule PMS the system will remind the team for the due and classification of the particular repair to be executed. We are very pleased know a days even we have not perfectly or 100% utilized the features of the software but we appreciate the development in our operations, manpower skills and coordination. For me overall I am very lucky that I am using or my company subscribe this software.

Vorteile:

My experience I like most in software is that it's very systematic and detailed especially on our assets. Maintenance rely on the system at the present even minor problem already assess by the team and encoded to the system for future use/traceability. And there are updates we received or inputs from the software for upgrades and improvement for the team.

Nachteile:

Honestly not all features in the system we are using as of the moment, the team focussed only in the maintenance side on the available data in which necessary to our operation. All assets of the company were already encoded in the system and monitored thru the software. There are occasions or times that all our data lost in the system we do not know what's the reasons, maybe once a month since we used the software. But, back in our mind maybe a connection failure or maintenance service in the system because after a day all data's are available, we will experience these during a week before month end in which during our kpi's in the department. This is least like for me.

Nachteile:

Some of the search bars can be annoying. When you click in the wrong place, it's very difficult to get back to where you were before.
