Kommentare: Anyone can set up a auto dealership and have it operational and effective in a week.

Vorteile:

Ease of use, and with out a doubt when it doubts call the customer rep. I have been Consulting for the Sports Car Group and suffered major set back with what I wanted to be the heart of the operation, a full spectrum lender, and as I was just at my point of turning negative which is a but rare for ME. Sunshine came through in the form of the rep who didn't allow to me harp but do what I knew to do and that looked past to see what was still there. She found me 5 sub prime and 4 prime options to offset my loss. I am grateful for her, she may never know how much that small act of kindness resignated with me.

Nachteile:

The Customer experience isn't shared accross all Westlakes Products and Services. I wish preferred lender didn't auto submit.

Easy of use, it is simple to use and always available

required fields, changing the password so often better off using a authenticator

A Great, Big Monster of a Software Package

Kommentare: It offers "entry impact," by including everything one could request, but much of that is only good for the initial "wow" effect when finding new buyers for the software, on the practical side, it is much less "wow" & more "ow."
After a few days of logging onto the system to become oriented w/ navigation, it becomes a burden to determine which tool or icon to select & ultimately, I find myself fatigued attempting to figure out more "stuff" just to accomplish the basics.

Vorteile:

Dealercenter included practically every category of use a dealership could need.

Nachteile:

The software is unnecessarily complicated & even intimidating when simply attempting to make sense of it- offering a MUCH simpler version w/ needed items for a small/average dealership would be much more effective. Also, every additional functionality required additional payments along w/ additional software support to implement, plus it made an already overly busy interface even more convoluted. The programmers (who give themselves fancy names like "architect" or "engineer") likely pat themselves on the back for all that they have come up w/, but only they & other IT people actually like their product, they should attempt to sell for once & perhaps it would dawn on them that the rest of us aren't impressed w/ fancier, glorified calculators. The objective of the software has gotten lost in the weeds of complexity.

LOVE TO HELP

THAT IT DONT ALWAYS SEND APP TO BANKS AND SOMETIMES HARD TO NAVIGATE BACK TO WHERE YOU WAS. NEED A SAVE TAP SO I CAN SAVE THE PREVIOUS DEAL WAS WORKING ON WHEN I SWITCH CARS.

DealerCenter - All in One for Dealership Management

Vorteile:

I love that DealerCenter has everything you need to run a business in one place, from marketing to inventory management. I have switched over my SEO and Website from Cars4Sale recently, so far I am impressed!

Nachteile:

No complaints whatsoever, my rep is very responsive!!

What it does, it does well. I wish it did more

Kommentare: Initially it was a necessity for financing partners. I was also told initially it would be under $20 a month and I’ve been getting billed $99 a month upon looking into this review.

Vorteile:

Presentation and ease of login. Also the ability to move/change vehicles across deals

Nachteile:

It’s not useful for a service station as far as I can tell. I wish it had more functions for servicing vehicles and bookkeeping for such

The ease of processing deals and the website integration, along with the customer service.

Nachteile:

Quite a few glitches happen. Things seem to update and change often

The Best Solution for Independents - Like VinSolutions, but cheaper

Kommentare: It was great experience. The signup was easy. The onboarding was smooth and they walked us through all the necessary steps to get up and running on the platform.

Vorteile:

How many features are included in the base package, from DMS to Finance Apps. Its a very robust platform that is great for any independent dealer.

Nachteile:

Haven't found anything yet. On suggestions is a little UX design, but other than that nothing.

Getting there

Kommentare: The products themselves are very effective. there are some that im interested in that i haven't learned well enough to use.i have had very good customer service at times and other times it has been lacking.

Vorteile:

integration potential to get rid of Fraser/separate website, cuddle being separate ect

Nachteile:

need more support to integrate and eliminate redundant services that we have

Great DMS and CRM software

Kommentare: Great experience so far so good Cost Is very inexpensive compared to other competitors

Great utilization of product choices easy access to their selections

Nachteile:

nothing to report at this time The only thing I would suggest is a better line of communication to reps.

Dealercenter Review

Kommentare: Overall I haven’t had many issues with dealercenter and could recommend.

Vorteile:

I feel that the best part of Dealercenter is the ease of use.

Nachteile:

I feel the my least favorite part about dealercenter is trying to find old deals can sometimes be challenging.

Best DMS out there!

Kommentare: Huge fan. They make it simple for any experience level to use comfortably.

Vorteile:

The simplicity. It allows the dealer to focus on buying and selling. DC keeps everything organized for you.

Nachteile:

Honestly, nothing. DC is the best out there.

Seamless plateform

Kommentare: Great experience, easy to operate, invaluable asset to my business.

"Outstanding titles window" need improvement, wont always update registrations uploaded all the time.

Great and effective CRM

Vorteile:

[sensitive content hidden] and the whole team are awesome. She spent over an hour giving me a tutorial on Fbook marketing. Time well spent. Also tracking my leads and where they are coming from.

Nachteile:

Well, its not free! They are responsive but not cheap.

DealerCenter is the best!

SHE HAS SPENT HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH ME PROGRAMMING ALL 4 OF MY STORES AND ALSO TOOK THE TIME TO CALL EACH STORE AND MAKE SURE THEY UNDERSTOOD THE SYSTEM.
