Perfect for bed and breakfast, inn, motels and small hotels
Kommentare: ReservIT offers a booking engine platform as well as channel manager connectable to many major OTAs and the GDS. Easy to use, they launched few years ago a new version of their booking engine with an improved environment of navigation. ReservIT has 2-ways interfaces with major Property Management System such Hotello and IQware which makes it effective for hotels. Low cost, low in maintenance and great customer service and support. Most independent property in France and Quebec use this last and seem to be perfectly running.
Vorteile:
Easy to use; Offers main fonctonnality that its competitor (Synxis, Travelclick, etc); Connectable to PMS; GDS interface; 2-ways interfaces with major OTAs
Nachteile:
Doesn't support business intelligence report such as Rate 360, Agency 360.

Works well, but expensive compared to other options
Vorteile:
It worked pretty well while we used it. There were lots of options, and it alright in use. The calendar was useful. Was also nice that the direct booking was options were managed on the same extranet.
Nachteile:
Was a bit dated looking. Also, most instructions were only available in French, since it is a French product. Most of all, it was really expensive compared to many modern options. Charged per connection, and per booking. As if OTA commissions weren't enough to pay for, we had to pay to use the connect the OTA.

des beugs à répétition, les clients continuent de reserver sur BOOKING
Kommentare: J ai le sentiment d'avoir perdu bp de temps et d'énergie avec reservit. La direction n 'est pas du tout commerciale, malgré tous les beugs et erreurs du logiciel, j 'ai recu un avoir de 90 € . Avec le covid et l arret des reservations ils n'ont fait aucun geste . le mieux est de gérer vos réservations vous même ou booking ( meme si cher ) plus fiable

la compétence et la gentillesse des formateurs lors de la mise en route
Nachteile:
Mis en service en Novembre, les beugs ont commencé en Janvier, les clients n 'arrivaient pas à réserver, j ai loupé 2 ventes, le reste des clients ont réservés sur BOOKING.Le logiciel revient finalement très cher
