Intuitive (mostly) and easy to learn. Broad functionality, use the parts you need.
Kommentare: Telecom control of Trouble Tickets and New Service Requests for field engineers, Cabling, Ext. Number management, Carrier billing (Wired and Wireless) and payments, Invoicing Charge-backs to internal departments. Reporting on users and administrators for daily and periodic tasks.
Vorteile:
Robust all-in-one telecom ticketing, Ext.#, Cabling, Users, & Billing/Invoicing/Charge-back database. We access COMIT daily, all day, in our normal operations. PCR is very responsive to requests and questions.
Nachteile:
Tools for cleaning up DB errors are lacking, but a call to PCR can resolve most problems. I'd like an additional category to permit marking such items to keep them out of reports.
