Best way to manage every aspect of your files

Kommentare: I couldn't imaging working without it. It makes my job a lot easier.

Vorteile:

Neos is very helpful to the attorney and staff. It helps us keep track of important dates and deadlines as well as stay up to date with the facts of the case. Thanks to many features, specifically the notes feature, we are able to efficiently communicate with our clients, providers, and counsel. I also like how smoothly it integrates with Microsoft Outlook.

Nachteile:

I am still trying to get used the changes that were recently made to the calendar.

The best tool for a solo practioner!

Kommentare: Excellent. Once we worked through a few bugs, everything is great!

Vorteile:

That I can create templates for almost all documents I use!

Nachteile:

I can't really think of anything at this time.

DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID

Kommentare: Terrible. Pitiful customer service and the product is terrible. Not only does it have unfixable glitches it is also not user friendly and it is difficult to navigate!

Vorteile:

None. Absolutely not a single one. Neos is terrible.

Nachteile:

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Needles was great, but there is absolutely nothing good about Neos.

Litigation Assistant

Kommentare: Overall, I really like Neos because it has helped me navigate the case better.

Vorteile:

Easy to navigate throughout the different tabs.

Nachteile:

Accessing PDF's and Videos along with Saving and editing PDF's

Neos is super easy to use

Kommentare: Overall I love it and I love how everyone can collab perfectly and do their jobs in each and every case and we can all see who did what with their notes and just go from there without having to be updated on any new thing with the cases

Vorteile:

How easy and quickly I can get to things like messages and my checklist for each case and client and how organized all the documents are when I'm trying to look for them.

Nachteile:

I don't think I've found anything I dislike, everything is pretty straightforward on Neos, maybe just the automatic font and positioning I have to play around with when I'm trying to create a letter on docs I find a little tedious.

Change is good

Kommentare: Overall. I believe that it has made our office more productive.

Vorteile:

Having the information that I need at my fingertips and being able to generate documents.

Nachteile:

The calendar and not being able to see it in color codes.

Neos is Superior to all other case management software

Kommentare: Compared to the other case software management I've used, Neos is far superior. One of my favorite features is that you can keep multiple clients' files open and can volley between them at the top of the screen.

Vorteile:

Neos is extremely user friendly and is the best when it comes to categorizing and organizing client documents! As a litigation paralegal, it's imperative that I keep everything organized as I have deadlines that are always looming! Neos has a fantastic case calendar which syncs with my email and outlook Calendar making it easy to manage deadlines all in one place! Another feature I like is the ability to toggle between different client files at the top of the screen. This feature is such a time saver!

Nachteile:

If there's one thing I would complain about, it's that sometimes Neos takes forever to load which I'm sure is due to multiple users being on at once.

Neos Makes Me Happy

Kommentare: Neos makes managing my cases easy. I think the company made the right choice by going with Neos.

Vorteile:

The integration of the other products we use in the office make it easier and faster to work on cases and knowing if I need help it is a click away.

Nachteile:

I can't say there are any major issues with Neos I know when updates come out sometimes things need to get worked up and I know I can count on that happening in a timely manner.

You won't regret Neos.

Kommentare: Neos has helped with staying organized and being able to manage and save all information I could possibly think of while managing my cases, client info, treatment, court deadlines, the list goes on...

Easy to navigate and pretty self-explanatory. One of the best case management programs I have ever worked with.

Nachteile:

I honestly do not have anything negative to say about Neos.

Great for Management

Kommentare: Overall, it is a great management system for files.

Vorteile:

Neos is great for it combining calendar, notes, emails, and deadlines all in one place. Looking up my client and everything going on or due all together makes things easier to manage.

Nachteile:

It can be difficult to figure out how to initially set things up and while you can send notes in office, they do not pop up on your screen so you may miss something urgent if you don't check your notes constantly.

Transitioning from Needles to Neos

Kommentare: It has been a great transition from Needles to Neos. Although there are some minor things I miss, this is a much better product, and will help our firm manage our cases more successfully.

Vorteile:

I like that it syncs with my Outlook calendar and that I can access it from everywhere. It's also very intuitive to use.

Nachteile:

I don't like that it doesn't make any sounds to tell you that you have a new message. I don't like the little notification bell at the top.

I also love the texting feature - it's been a key for keeping track of client communications, all within the platform. Plus, the integration with DocuSign makes signing documents a breeze. But what really stands out for me is how effortlessly I can link companion cases and transfer information between files, keeping everything running smoothly. Overall, Neos has become an indispensable tool in my daily workflow, making case management a breeze.

Nachteile:

The lack of email notifications for client texts or signed documents. It would greatly enhance communication efficiency if the platform could alert users via email when clients send texts or sign documents, ensuring that no important messages or updates go unnoticed.

Neos is Amazing

Vorteile:

I'm able to breeze through my case work for each client. Documents are at my finger tips and in one place. Billing and notes are easy to find and out into Needles.

Nachteile:

I have not come across anything I do not like.

really bad customer service

Kommentare: Fair to lousy. They have been telling us for over a year that they would fix the calendar function. They made us switch to Microsoft Outlook. Neos does not properly integrate with Outlook. Links are constatnly broken. Searches are extemey slow.

Vorteile:

organization of all aspects of case management. like many other software products, it has more functions than we need.

Nachteile:

cakendar function is extermely poor. customer service is poor.

NEOS Review

Kommentare: Having used other case management software, I have felt my learning and use of Neos has been easy and seamless, very user friendly.

Vorteile:

Easy of accessing documents, user friendly set up

Nachteile:

The calendar, after the update the calendar is not as clear and concise.

Great service and constantly updating platform

Vorteile:

I have been extremely pleased with Neos software, but even more so with their customer support and constant technological updates to the software platform. They are constantly offering video tutorials, and various updates to help improve the user experience. We use this constantly. It is the backbone of our firm's case management. Highly recommend!

Nachteile:

Can be glitchy sometimes. Takes several days or weeks to fix sometimes.

A Neos user's review after five months...

Kommentare: I like the regular emails from Neos with updates, training opportunities, and communication from them. It was a very difficult transition from TrialWorks at first, but I think we all appreciate all the advantages Neos has.

Vorteile:

I love the ability to personalize Neos: the staff and default tasks, the checklists, the case dates, even the layout views for each person. However, the absolute best feature for me are the customizable reports and "living" Dashboards. I created several of those and am constantly referring to them to keep organized. I can't not mention the support crew. They are all so knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

Nachteile:

The Neos calendar. When scheduling a calendar item from Neos, the case name does not show up on the calendar; you have to manually type in the case name in the subject line.

Another step forward towards the future

Vorteile:

Neos' tracking system for records helps me organize where, how, and when to request all records and keep providers organized.

Nachteile:

that I cannot hold multiple tabs open under the same case file.

Aesthetically pleasing, easy to navigate and so many accessibilities.

Nachteile:

Initially, transitioning was difficult. The process seemed like it could've been smoother/quicker.

Great Experience

Kommentare: Overall Neos has made my job easier. The features have made it easier to communicate with clients. I enjoy being able to drop documents right into all of my clients' files.

The changes to Neos have made me job easier.

Nachteile:

You have to relearn Neos because certain features can be removed or replace.

Case management made easy

Kommentare: Great! It occasionally crashes and has difficulty syncing with SharePoint but that is easily resolved with a patch.

Vorteile:

Easy to keep track files and the progress of cases.

Nachteile:

Editing takes a while to sync (Ex. Renaming files)

There are many features but not aware of all of them to be able to implement to its full potential.

Keep cases moving forward

Vorteile:

The checklist and document creation features are set up to handle a practice such as ours where we get a lot of potential client calls. Document creation is smooth once it is set up. The intakes work well and the dynamic fields in the intakes keep improving. The ability to SMS from Neos is a real plus, but I was not satisfied with having to subscribe to Ring Central to fully use SMS.

Nachteile:

Neos is best used for non-litigated case files. It does not have a case calendaring system for any jurisdiction's rules. It schedules items on the weekends when we are closed and I must go back to check for any items set for the weekend to move them to a work day.

Needles Neos - The Best Case Management Software

Kommentare: With Needles Neos being cloud based, and the world still experiencing the Pandemic, I appreciate the fact that I can access ALL my case documents from anywhere in the world. This feature has made working from home seamless.

Vorteile:

The feature I like most is the Checklist which keeps me on track with my cases.

Nachteile:

I think the thing I like least is that I have to ask the administrator to add things and that I am not able to do it myself.

Neos is a powerful cloud based software that allows me to manage my clients and cases efficiently.

Kommentare: The greatest problem Neos accomplished is the ability to fully use the software from anywhere. My employees and work from the office or their homes seamlessly. Features such as document management and Outlook integration has revolutionized efficiency in our law office. If we ever have an issue, the support team is very quick and helpful to resolve any issues that may come up. As an owner of the firm, I love being able to use my Dashboards to quickly measure the health of the firm.

Vorteile:

Managing every aspect of my cases efficiently from anywhere. I love being able to track my Intakes and communicate with potential new client easily. I love being able to standardize the way all cases are handled in my office. Document management is extremely powerful. Full integration with Microsoft Outlook is awesome. I love the reporting features and dashboards that allows me measure KPIs efficiently. Our transition to Neos was quick and easy with great support from the Neos team

Nachteile:

Neos always is offering new features almost monthly. I commonly interact with the suggestion portal (Ideas & Enhancements) where user experiences and wishes are actively addressed and implemented.
