Die klare Strukturierung der Projekte erleichtert es enorm, den Überblick zu behalten. Besonders die To-Do-Listen und Message Boards sind für uns sehr nützlich. Insgesamt ist Basecamp ein effektives Tool für unser Teammanagement.

Vorteile:

Das, was uns bei Basecamp besonders überzeugt, ist seine einfache Bedienung und die klare, übersichtliche Struktur. Selbst für neue Teammitglieder ist es leicht, sich zurechtzufinden.

Nachteile:

Ein Nachteil von Basecamp, den wir festgestellt haben, ist das Fehlen einer farblichen Abhebung der einzelnen Projekte. Eine solche Funktion würde die Übersichtlichkeit und das visuelle Management erheblich verbessern. Mit farblichen Markierungen könnten wir auf einen Blick den Status und die Kategorie verschiedener Projekte erkennen, was die Orientierung und Priorisierung in unserem Arbeitsalltag erleichtern würde.

Kommentare: Basecamp ist schlicht und einfach gehalten. Der Austausch und die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Kollegen kann durch das Tool aber verbessert werden.

Vorteile:

Basecamp ist einfach zu handhaben. Die Abstimmung innerhalb von Teams kann dadurch verbessert werden, beispielsweise durch tägliche Status-Emails.

Nachteile:

Die Oberfläche ist sehr einfach gehalten (optisch) und nicht ganz übersichtlich.

All the foundations you need

Vorteile:

Basecamp is the perfect solution for simplicity and efficiency. It has just what you need to manage projects, communications, and almost any collaborative work. You're not flooded with a ton of features that you'll never use. The message board is simple, yet effective, with just enough customisability. Most importantly, it's a product built for their own use case - so Basecamp's authors are using the platform to build their entire business around it. They have a ton of free resources, with my favourite being the Shape Up book about how Basecamp runs research & discovery on the platform.

Nachteile:

They've improved many of the things I didn't like, so I think the only remaining issue is that you can't set tasks to recur every 8+ days. It caps out at 7. It's a niche use case, but I needed it a few times already and had to work around this.

Comprehensive set of capabilities for us

Kommentare: Has special interface with other softwares which makes meeting management and scheduling great and possible.

Vorteile:

Basecamp is a unified workspace that manages all areas of everyday operations and duties for our company's management. It provides dozens of sales and marketing automation rules, charts, reports and calendar which are most appropriate for our organization.

Nachteile:

Very straightforward. It has maintained a clean reputation with us. I highly value Basecamp.

For a free software - a great starting point for project management

Vorteile:

It was free and was a great project management tool for the stage of our company at the time.

Nachteile:

It was extremely easy to let customer chats on specific tasks drag on way too long and then it was difficult to go back and review what went on.

Decent software. Could be better.

Kommentare: Basecamp works well and is a decent project management tool. If you have no used other project management tools than you will find it very helpful. However, if you have used software like Asana or Mondays, you quickly realize the limitations of Basecamp.

Vorteile:

Basecamp has single page projects that are relatively simple to use. The to-do lists are easy to use as well. Basecamp can also handle large file transfers.

Nachteile:

Basecamp isn’t the most user friendly software available. It’s quirky and somewhat difficult to figure out what to do if you aren’t familiar with the software.

Great tool to organize your projests

Vorteile:

Easy to implement to the company. Supporting tasks and project management. Easy to connect companies outside the business.

Nachteile:

Missing some functions in tasks editing.

Kommentare: Basecamp has given me an easy time to work with my colleagues even from home,we can share information regarding our projects using the software.
Basecamp is one of the best projects management tool I have used soo far.

Vorteile:

The user interface is very friendly,easy to navigate from one point to another,as compared to other tools,it has amazing features such as instant messaging that helps me and my colleagues during projects discussions

Nachteile:

I have not come across any dislike with Basecamp,soo far soo good.

Great entry level project management system

Vorteile:

The simplicity. Compared to other project management tools, Basecamp offered a simple to navigate system which was very user friendly.

Nachteile:

It was missing a few key features such as a reporting functionality

Excellent choice for universities!!

Kommentare: I am pleased with using Basecamp. This is our college software for remote students. It is easy to use learn and to use. I have had no issues with missing assignments or time scheduling. Overall pretty excellent for use in a college setting.

Vorteile:

This software utilizes my student assignments, allows me to easily upload projects and send feedback to other students.

Nachteile:

There is not much about Basecamp that I do not like. This software is actually pretty great.

Basecamp - All you might need for simpler projects

Sort of the opposite of the Pros - it's also not as flexible/powerful enough to do some of the things its competitors can do

Great for some users

Vorteile:

I liked the simple design and functionality. The software works how it is supposed to and isn't trying to be more than exactly what it is.

Nachteile:

If just wasn't at good at some of the things it did than other specialized tools. It wasn't as good as Slack at chat and async collaboration in chat. It wasn't as good at task management as Trello. It could do those things, but our team just preferred having multiple more specialized/feature-rich tools.

The ultimate collab

Kommentare: Basecamp keeps our team moving on time, step by step. We're more efficient and thorough, and we don't miss any details.

Vorteile:

One thing that's really nice about Basecamp is that the monthly price is the same no matter how many usersthe account will need. This means it's much more affordable especially for larger teams or companies. There's also a version of Basecamp that can be used for free, incase you'd like to try it out first.Setting up Basecamp was almost effortless. The Ul is so intuitive and helpful. Integrating Basecamp with other services is supported and may be done quickly without a complicated setup. Guest accounts are available and they add flexibility. Basecamp keeps all team members updated on events, deadlines, announcements, approvals, etc. Teams can manage projects, tasks, and ideas in one platform.It's looking to be the best collaboration app I've had.

Nachteile:

I'm disappointed to see that time tracking and Gantt charts were not included, however I still think we're thriving with Basecamp. I'd also like to be able to leave our team communication app behind and only use Basecamp.

Basecamp Powering Meaningful Ideas For Projects

Basecamp has given us ability to communicate with clients all over the world in order to get projects done. Basecamp allows members to share ideas inorder to come up with powerful outcomes. Working on projects has been easy because of collaborations which makes tasks get done faster.

Nachteile:

Basecamp for me has done well and doesn't have anything negative to talk on.

Basecamp is a Good Project and Team Management System

Vorteile:

It is easy to find what you're looking for in Basecamp once you've got your head around the program. We really like the way the program is a platform for team and project management all in one. It makes the management of every aspect of business easier!

Nachteile:

The one thing I personally didn't like was it felt a bit of a clunky interface and was not exactly easy to start using, took a while to figure it all out. But once you're familiar with it and have worked out the clunky bits, it does get easier to use!

Functional, Easy to use Tool for Project Management

I love that you can organize & thread different conversations, and it creates easy access for different members of teams that are working on the same projects. You don't have to worry about certain data being available only in someone's email inbox.

Nachteile:

Not the most aesthetic or visually pleasing platform, there are some other project management tools that are more aesthetic. However, it's functional

Great program for getting things done

Kommentare: Overall, I enjoyed using this program to keep my team's work on track. It was easy to share files, project updates, and more, in a very user-friendly format.

Vorteile:

Extremely easy to use interface and useful tools for collaboration that aren't overwhelming.

Nachteile:

Threaded conversations can be hard to track after months of collaboration.

Go all in and this will work the best.

Kommentare: Overall it was a great bang for our buck. As with all software it duplicated many functions that we achieved with different apps, so I would recommend using this app 100% for the best effect. (eg. if you use this for document organization only, but use Slack for chat, Outlook/G-Suite for messaging communications, and calendar, you'll get frustrated with having to monitor multiple platforms at once and you'll end up wasting a lot of time.

Vorteile:

BaseCamp had great tools for managing document versions, contracts, schedules, date reminders, tasks, task templates (repeating steps to similar projects), and the interface was good for amortizing tasks for users at stages of the projects.

Nachteile:

Sometimes getting to a view where you could have a mile high look at your tasks and projects in a way that was digestible and actionable was a little tough. It is very linear and text heavy, so great for folks with a mind for text and words. Not great for those with visual, graphic or pictorial learning and memory styles.

Basecamp is My Favorite Project Management Software

Vorteile:

I love the fact that mobile accessibility is supported, this helps me when working remotely as I can work from anywhere. Supports unlimited users, this is really helpful when we’re working as teammates on one project. No setup fee, free trial for first timers, this is really cool to small businesses. The starting fee is affordable and it’s based by the space required and your current projects, the bigger the space the more it’s priced. Task assignment is really helpful keeps us on track with the help of to do’s and we’re able to assign a task to a person and set deadlines, this has positively impacted our productivity. It’s very user friendly. I like the control I have on permissions I grant and deny permissions to people according to my preference, keeps my data safe and secure. Basecamp is a time saver, I rarely miss deadlines to my projects, always finish on time as this software keeps my projects organized and all my work eg plans, notes etc are kept in one central location

Nachteile:

I don’t have a slight negative thing about Basecamp. A happy and proud user
