Omni Accounts is a fantastic accounting software package - user-friendly, reliable and convenient.
Vorteile: I like the fact that my business can grow seamlessly with Omni, without having to change packages for upgrading. I can simply add switches to my current package and be upgraded immediately.
Nachteile: There is not yet a mobile app available for Omni, but I believe it is in the pipeline so should be available soon.

Very poor client service if the problem is challenging. Refuse to call a client back.
Kommentare: Good point of sale and stock management works fine with acceptable intuitive operation. Will be at least double the recommend rating if the company and its agents treated clients with respect and cared enough to realise that by the time they are phoned the situation may be pressing. How can an agent of a service provider not be able to phone a client back? This also proves that the company and its agents will not make follow calls to confirm that the client came right and/or if they are satisfied and the query can be closed. Recommendation will further go up if the company provided an easy fix for the "hanging log-in" situation mentioned in the review rather than telling the client to get more UPSs. UPS in any case does not protect against "hanging log-ins" from internet dropouts during remote access sessions.
Vorteile: Good Point of Sale and stock control and management software, average performance in accounting. .
Nachteile: Any power dips or internet connection dropouts when remotely logged in results in "hanging log-ins" which cannot be reset from the control panel. To fix requires waiting several hours or having to go through complicated server resets or database software kill instructions with ALL users logged out.
