Kommentare: Nach Abschluss unseres komplexen Service (Überseeumzüge) bekomme ich durch Survey Monkey hoffentlich differenzierte Rückmeldung. Dies soll uns helfen, unseren Service weiter zu verbessern.

Vorteile:

Das Umfragetool ist sehr gut und nützlich, und es ist gut erklärt.

Nachteile:

Die Methode, eine CSV-Datei zur Übersetzung zur Verfügung zu stellen, klappt in der Praxis gar nicht. Diese Option ist unausgereift. Siehe oben.Dazu kommt: es gibt KEINE Hotline, die hilft, das Problem zu lösen.

Kommentare: Perfekt, um einfache und auch komplexe Umfragen durchzuführen.

Vorteile:

SurveyMonkey ist sehr einfach zu bedienen, hat viele Funktionen und einen exzellenten Kundenservice. Jegliche Umfragen auch mit komplexen Fragenverzweigungen sind einfach bereitstellst.

Nachteile:

Mehr Designoptionen und Benachrichtigungen wären interessant.

Große Zielgruppe

Vorteile:

Wir können in jeder Zielgruppe ausreichend Teilnehmer über die Software gewinnen und so valide Ergebnisse erhalten.

Nachteile:

Eine ausgiebigere Einführung wäre wünschenswert. Alles alleine herausfinden verlangsamt die Prozesse enorm.

It's easy to use and self explanatory. However, if you need assistance there is someone there to help.

Nachteile:

They send a lot of promotion emails that clog up your inbox.

It's steady product but pretty much that's it

Good tool for carrying out Surveys

Kommentare: I have used SurveyMonkey almost in all of my career, it’s very basic and easy to use and implement and I have had fun, the customizable templates have been great too

Vorteile:

Simplistic approach and easy to use and distribution

Nachteile:

Though recently some new features with color schemes and themes have been introduced but some are very tacky and not professional enough.

SurveyMonkey is a Powerful Survey Tool with a Few Drawbacks

However, like most platforms, it has its strengths and weaknesses depending on the user’s needs and the plan they choose. Overall, the features are good and the price is worth it for the capabilities.

Vorteile:

The best parts of SurveyMonkey are its ease of you, customizable templates, ability to use logic or advanced question types, data analytics, and integration to other platforms.

Nachteile:

Although SurveyMonkey offers survey logic for questions, creating complex skip patterns or advanced logic can be difficult to set up. SurveyMonkey does not have built-in A/B testing, which would allow users to test different versions of a survey or compare different questions to see which performs better.

Some limitations in results but a bargain at the price when you consider the integration options.

Kommentare: A great low-cost tool that provides seamless integration and clear concise results with little administrative configuration.

Vorteile:

The ability to integrate the applications with multiple applications. This really helped us ensure that we maximized the response to our polls. Especially grateful to be able to integrate into Salesforce where most of our users perform the bulk of their job duties.

Nachteile:

I would have preferred that there be increased flexibility in the method and manner of the reports/results from the surveys. For the most part the results are comprehensive and clear. But there are have been a few surveys that included a less conventional responses and the application struggled with the output.

Great survey platform for the majority of applications

Kommentare: Excellent for continuous improvement, employee feedback, and customer feedback. Enhanced metrics and data may be more difficult to set up but are still possible.

Vorteile:

SurveyMonkey makes it easy to create and send surveys to your target audience. Data is compiled and presented in an easy to understand format and makes for effective application.

Nachteile:

Customization of survey questions can be problematic. If you want more detail in your responses, it can be difficult to figure out how to set up the survey.

How my experience can shape others decisions ...

Kommentare: Positive ,I am deeply involved online with purchasing ,donating,writing in solo or team projects ,creating presentations for PowerPoint,etc..so I'm constantly looking for new work software and first step is usually reading reviews to know about the experience others have ,so we're helping eachother.

Vorteile:

Quick survey ,good content ,smart questions,straight to the point

Nachteile:

Sometimes,let's say after a lengthy interaction with a online customer service the last thing I want to do is spend more time looking at my phone and answering questions abou ñbñjkn

Survey Monkey Seasoned User

Kommentare: Overall, I love it and would recommend using this over other survey tools. Also, the monkey is cute too. :)

Vorteile:

I like the ability that you have to tailor this program to suit your need. It allows you to conduct a companywide poll to get feedback from your staff quickly and effectively so that everyone can feel like their ideas were heard. I also love the anonymity it offers.

Nachteile:

Sometimes it can still be difficult to speak your mind freely, because the company can ask questions in a certain way that if you were honest, they would know who the person was answering, which makes the survey not as anonymous as one would hope.

What I like the least about SurveyMonkey is the option for choosing dates when getting specific survey results because you would have to manually put the date.

Can't think of a better software for our forms and surveys

Kommentare: SurveyMonkey has been very very handy for our form and survey needs. We mainly use it to manage the registrations and attendee feedback for our events. We used to use Google Forms but it was nowhere near as advanced as SM. It's easy to set up, has lots of advanced form fields like hidden fields and conditional fields, and has better reporting features. Great tool to have overall

Vorteile:

Th etemplate library has dozens of ready-made event-related forms and surveys. It's saved us time from having to design them ourselves, and it's given us new ideas for different fields and question types. The interface also looks smooth and is easy to use for our respondents.

Nachteile:

The lower-tier limits are a bit too low in my opinion. We had to upgrade before we could become 100% confident about using it.

Survey Monkey for Staff and Projects

Kommentare: We use it regularly for various reasons and it has surved us well. We sometimes use Google Survey but for more official work we always use SM. Its a recognized platform that many know how to use.

Vorteile:

Easy to use. Intuitive. Surveys are visually appealing and we can customize as needed for project and audience.

Nachteile:

Sometimes I wish there were suggestions because we get stuck on which format for a question is best. The overall platform is great, no complaints.

An easy and simple survey platform

Kommentare: I have used Survey Monkey for 3 years now and have been very pleased. It gets the job done quickly and makes my surveys look very professional. I am very happy with the platform.

Vorteile:

It makes creating surveys easy and simple. The platform is very intuitive and has multiple options that I hadn't even considered but now can't live without.

Nachteile:

I wish that it had a spell checker. If it has one I haven't found it. Sometimes I feel like the laid out steps are a little redundant but overall the steps do help you not miss anything.

Kommentare: Overall a very good market research tool. Easy to fetch client feedback and survey reports. Must use tool with free version available. One can use for his studies especially for marketing

Nachteile:

Reordering of any big survey questions is a cumbersome task.

Great Analytic Tool

Kommentare: I've mostly used it for post-service customer opinions, and it's been a fantastic tool to learn where I may need to adjust certain facets of my services or products. Customer surveys are always a great idea, and SurveyMonkey makes collecting those data easy and very intuitive.

Vorteile:

It's a great way to get customer opinions and ratings, but it can also bar used to reply quizzes and other types of questionnaires.

Nachteile:

I haven't really experienced any significant cons with SurveyMonkey.

Survey Monkey from the view of a Data Analyst

Kommentare: I love Survey Monkey I've been using it for over 7 months and I don't think I'll stop. It helps me analysis large amounts of data for my surveys and manage the countless amounts of feedback I receive. I'm able to create surveys and get data from them easily. I really enjoy it.

Vorteile:

I love how easy it was to build surveys. As a Data Analyst every day I have to make many surveys and if can be a quite tedious task but Survey Monkey speads up the process and makes it more enjoyable. This is because I can add customizable questions.

Nachteile:

What I didn't like was the pricing. Other alternatives that I know of are free e.g. Google Forms it felt a bit annoying to have to pay for features etc but it's worth the money. But having Google Forms as a free alternative is definitely tempting to switch to.

Nachteile:

Misleading Auto-Renewal and Poor Customer Service

Kommentare: I had a frustrating experience with SurveyMonkey’s automatic renewal process. I was charged for an additional year of service without clear notice or consent. Despite not selecting auto-renewal, the charge went through, and customer support was unhelpful, refusing to issue a refund and citing their non-refundable policy. Under Australian Consumer Law, businesses are required to provide clear communication and gain explicit consent before renewing subscriptions, which SurveyMonkey failed to do. Their policies feel unfair and misleading, and the customer service team did little to resolve the issue. I would recommend being cautious with their subscription plans.

Enjoyable and relaxing surveys

Kommentare: Entertaining surveys to do for a few hours a day and earn rewards.

Vorteile:

I like that the surveys are very straightforward and easy to understand. The length of each survey i like as well because each survey can be completed within a few minutes.

Nachteile:

To be honest I dont really have any cons for survey monkey cause so far I haven't had any negative experiences so far doing surveys with this company.

Kommentare: SurveyMonkey is our go-to app for creating feedback surveys for our end users & also to gain insights from within the organization. The survey builder is easy to use & requires no coding knowledge. We have so many templates available for customization & use. Surveys can be branded with our logos & tags, an all round great product that meets our needs.

Vorteile:

-SurveyMoneky easily integrates with other applications like Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom & more.-There are several templates available for different categories.-SurveyMonkey has a built in analytics dashboard that generates data visualization based on the published surveys.-Recently, they rolled out SurveyMonkey Genius which is an AI that helps us with quick suggestions & readymade questions while creating our surveys.

Nachteile:

Free version is limited and not suitable for organizations.Too many emails from their customer support for upsell & features updates.

Terrible Subscription

Kommentare: Terrible. I will never recommend this to anyone. Especially since you can online surveys for free. This platform serves no purpose in my mind other than tricking people into buying a subscription.

Vorteile:

I didn’t find survey monkey useful at all. I used it one time for a survey during my subscription and realized it was not worth my money. I requested a refund after a one time use and was told no. I paid $408 dollars to use this platform one time.

Nachteile:

The fact that the support team was so unreasonable after clearly being able to see that I did use the platform and still denied my request for a refund.
