Kommentare: Ein Tool für die Event-Planung und Durchführung, das es in dieser Breite UND Tiefe kaum ein zweites Mal gibt.

Vorteile:

Wer Cvents Event-Software für mehrere Veranstaltungen oder komplexe Veranstaltungen nutzt, profitiert vom mega großen Leistungsumfang unterschiedlichster Module. Von der Registrierung, über die Event-Website bis zur Online-Event-Plattform, dem Check-In, dem Reporting und vielem mehr. So kommen alle Daten aus einem Topf und können effizient innerhalb des Cvent-Systems genutzt und an andere IT-Systeme, wie CRM & Co., übergeben werden. Aber auch die Daten von Ausstellern oder Referenten lassen sich wesentlich effizienter managen. Kein Update an 100 Stellen, sondern eine zentrale Eingabe und Änderungen in Echtzeit an anderen Stellen. Z.B. im Registrierungsformular und zeitgleich auf der Event-Website.

Nachteile:

Weil die Lösung so umfangreich ist, kann die Einarbeitung herausfordernd sein. Wer nur ein Einzelevent hat, sollte sich professionelle Unterstützung holen oder mit einer längeren Einarbeitungszeit rechnen.

An Event Management Must!

Vorteile:

The software is feature-rich from the planning stages of an event through to the execution. WYSIWYG site development, conditional logic in emails and easy-to-develop registration process make planning easy. OnArrival and Attendee Hub make the constituent experience seamless and positive.

Nachteile:

The libraries available to store your event documents and graphics need an update for ease-of-use.

Cvent Event Management - Mary Ann Hall

Kommentare: Once I read and understand the program, its easy with tutorials and articles in the help section to figure out what I want to do step by step. If those do not work there is an excellent customer service to assist.

Vorteile:

The ease of use, the valuable data that it compiles, and the ease for the attendees.

Nachteile:

I dont think there isnt anything I do not like about the Event Management.

Cvent Event Education Services

Vorteile:

Great software program for educational services learning how to manage events and the proper documents needed (i.e., RFP).

Nachteile:

There are no instructions or examples on how to accurately and properly fill out certain documents and forms, such as a request for proposal form.

CVENT Event Management very nearly does everything I need.

Kommentare: It can do a lot in regards to either managing or reporting on events or the registrations of the users of those events.
Undoubtedly there are even more features that I do not use as part of my role.

Vorteile:

It is versatile, allowing for integration with other systems and automation of certain tasks. It is thorough and detailed allowing for compatibility and customizability to suit your needs.

Nachteile:

There are a few things I would like to additionally have available in regards to reporting and the available fields to select from (given our custom fields, I can select 150 of up to 208 available options --- but there are still some nice-to-haves missing from that list.

Kommentare: It has been a learning curve but we are getting to the point where we are perfectionist and targeting more does issues we are getting but everything else is fabulous

Nachteile:

VAT issues sometimes when amending transactions the VAT option disappears

User-friendly and customizable. Also the customer support.

n/a I haven't had any issues that would cause me to write any cons.

Nachteile:

The platform's training resources are somewhat restrictive – comprehensive learning opportunities are primarily available through the annual Cvent CONNECT conference or in the Community webinars. This limitation can impact new users' ability to fully utilize the platform's capabilities.

Cvent: A Game-Changer for Event Professionals

Kommentare: My experience with Cvent has been outstanding across various event types. For large in-person events, I’ve relied on its speedy and responsive check-in feature, which made managing a large audience seamless. It ensured that attendees could check in quickly, reducing wait times and enhancing their overall experience. On the flip side, for smaller meetings, Cvent has been equally effective. I’ve used it to manage notifications, RSVPs, and all logistical details with ease. The platform’s versatility allows me to tailor my approach, whether I’m coordinating a massive conference or an intimate gathering. Overall, Cvent has been an invaluable tool for streamlining the entire event management process.

Vorteile:

What I like most about Cvent is its user-friendly interface, clear knowledge base, and the support from reliable account managers who truly understand my goals. It’s made event management seamless and effective since 2009!

Nachteile:

No major cons; it's a reliable and efficient tool.

Best Event planning Software

Kommentare: I love the software because of usability and features, integration with other software's makes it a dynamic product

Vorteile:

Software's online event registration form is easy to use and it adds meeting to outlook calender at ease, user interface is good too

Nachteile:

Nothing i can think of as never faced any issue, however i am sure product updates are always in place to make user experience better

All inclusive

Kommentare: It is nice how everything is all together and I can click back to different versions of the event.

Vorteile:

My favorite thing is that I can roll an event over from year to year and that everything is all in one place. There are a lot of options.

Nachteile:

I really do not like how many different "homepages" there are. I think it could do with a lot less click thru navigating.

Amazing all in one program

i love the ability to manage all aspects of the event through one cloud based software

lag times or when there is a system issue but its not often

Complex Software Perfect for Our Complex Conference

Vorteile:

Cvent has exceptional customer support!!!! Cvent provides a seamless registration - register online, selecting sessions, making payments, etc. The event app provides conference info, attendee schedules, networking opportunities and interactive features. The reporting tool allows us to track attendee engagement and much more to make our conferences better in the future.

Nachteile:

There are no downsides to using Cvent, however, there is a learning curve. The cost is higher than other options but Cvent is by far the most, robust, comprehensive platform.

Vorteile:

I enjoy how user friendly Cvent event management is. Creating the mobile app, uploading attendees and sending emails are important for our job, and having it all in one place is convenient!

Nachteile:

At this time, there are not any major cons I have with Cvent. Sometimes the website can act up a bit when adding attendees, however, that happens with all websites and customer support is helpful.

Kommentare: I have been using Cvent since my past 2 organisations for different products.One good thing is it's user friendly, once you start exploring its simple but there should be some FAQ kind of Video simulations which might help the user incase they are stuck with a feature within a feature

Powerful Event Management with Marketing

Kommentare: Overall, it has been a good experience with Cvent Event Management. I appreciate the support team that helped us setup the software and also answered to our queries afterwards. I think support is extremely important when using software. I love that we can run email marketing campaigns right from the software which saves a lot of time as I don't have to export all contact information and characteristics to other email marking software.

Vorteile:

The customer support of Cvent is top notch. Once, I couldn't figure out how to do a simple thing and I reached out to support and they seemed to be happy to help me. Regarding feature, I like the attendee management feature and the ability to export event reports. This makes it easier to plan further event.

Nachteile:

There can be significant learning curve. I personally roamed around the software for week before I could use it as I wanted to. I wish the developers focused on user experience because I believe there is definitely rooms for improvement. However, once we learn - its a powerful piece of amazing software.

Kommentare: Overall, I have had great experiences with Cvent and it always runs our registration smoothly.

Vorteile:

I like that everything is in one place and I can organize all my attendees for each event easily.

Nachteile:

Sometimes links do not work and I need to add and delete sessions from people and if they are not in the same registration type it gets tricky.

Vorteile:

I use cvent event management daily. It's incredibly helpful for events where you need to register several attendees and collect their data.

Nachteile:

It can be tedious at times to set up a website and makes changes.

Comprehensive platform that allows you to work within multiple avenues and cater the needs to exactly what you are working on. Easy to use. Great help desk and support.

Nachteile:

Can be sometimes difficult to figure out more intimate details.

Cvent Event Management from new user

Vorteile:

It is user-friendly. Cvent offers trainings on the platform, as well as a support phone number and email.

Nachteile:

It can seem overwhelming for a new user. It is so robust and has so many avenues to take. Initial training is needed for a new user, instead of just being self-taught by reading and watching videos alone.

Would recommend to any event team looking to facilitate virtual, hybrid and in person events

Vorteile:

Vast functionality which ticks all of our boxes as a business. We not only use cvent to facilitate virtual events, but also hybrid and in person too. We enjoy using the on arrival software for checking attendees into events, which speeds up the entire process and provides realtime data on how attendance is going throughout the arrival period.Setting up event and registration pages is easy, interactive and the front end always looks great and provides an overall easy experience for our registerting attendees.

Nachteile:

Sometimes the simple functionality is made overly complex in cvent to actually deliver. But when it is, it works great.Their badge printing needs to be easier to facilitate.

Cvent journey

Vorteile:

Cvent allows for plenty of customisation and fits plenty of needs within the same platform. We can get a lot done without too much headache.

Nachteile:

The abstract management customisation possibilities are very limited at the moment.

One stop solution for hybrid meetings!

Vorteile:

Simplified product for managing an event end to end from managing invitee lists to attendee details report.

Nachteile:

If it had "Auto save" feature could be better in site designer & email designer.

What's not to like about Cvent?

Kommentare: Overall, I would always choose Cvent, as it is the best program for event sourcing that I know of on the market!

Vorteile:

Cvent is easy to navigate! I have used Cvent at all of the hotel brands that I have worked for, in the many years that I have been in Hospitality sales. This is the most user friendly, easy to understand program on the market!

Nachteile:

I would have to say that the only thing that I would improve would be the client decision information for all RFPs. The decisions are not always communicated to the venues that bid on the piece of business.
