Best tool to guide students to commercial real estate career options.
Kommentare: Our relationship goes back to 2006 and it has been an awesome ride to use this tool for hiring the right candidate to now using it at the university to guide students in those areas of commercial or residential real estate that they will like and excel because they are a got fit behaviorally for that role.
I like the following: Customer service is the best, product is easy to use as an administrator and for our students to take. The output on page 5 is instrumental in seeing how the person is behaving at this time compared to the real pattern. I use this graph to inform students that we want to find them a position that will allow them to behave like the real graph and not the situational. Once we explore the issues impacting them that is reflective in the situational graph they are amazed at the accuracy of the results.
Not that I have experienced over the last 16 years.

Kommentare: McQuaig is a useful tool for our organization and hiring leaders and has helped us in our hiring process to hire top talent. We have everyone from manufacturing to our corporate level positions complete a word survey assessment from McQuaig. It’s user friendly and easy to navigate. It provides a detailed report after candidates have completed the assessment and interview questions. We use the feedback report to release candidates that were unsuccessful in our recruitment process.

Kommentare: We use the McQuaig on every search we complete and with all of our qualified candidates that we present. We enjoy the Job Fit Survey, as do our clients. Great tool, could use some updating on terminology and a better explanation of team fit.
We enjoy the flexibility of the tool to create a report that is customizable.
That you need to spend an extra credit for the Self Development survey and then it doesn't even offer the graph in the SDS. I think some of the terminology could be changed for better understanding for the candidates. Dislike the team comparison tool, find it quite useless and not of value at all. Should consider a wheel approach to see how a team fits together or are different, a much better visual is needed.

There are so many great features to the software. Top of mind: ease of use, comprehensive reporting including interview questions and comparison reports for benchmarking.
Nothing specific stands out as the software truly has it all.
